FLOTATION DEVICE WITH BOARDING APPARATUS
A boarding apparatus for use on a flotation device, in accordance with various embodiments is disclosed herein. The boarding apparatus comprises a stirrup ladder. The boarding apparatus may be integral to a lifeline assembly of the flotation device. The boarding apparatus may be removably coupled to a loop patch of the flotation device. The boarding apparatus may release from the loop patch and become a boarding configuration for the flotation device.
RESCUE LADDER ATTACHMENT
A safety rescue attachment for a ladder includes a foldable safety extension having a ladder engagement clamp on a terminal end thereof.
SYSTEMS, MEDIA, AND METHODS FOR AN INTERACTIVE SPEED LADDER
Systems, media and methods for an interactive speed ladder are provided. A system includes a speed ladder that has parallel side members and parallel cross members each connecting each of the side members. The system may further include a receiving module configured to receive light path sequence data and foot movement data of a user relative to the speed ladder, wherein the light path sequence data and the foot movement data are received from different sources. The system may also further include lights, located within the cross members, configured to display a light path sequence based upon sequence data received prior to a start of the sequence and an output module configured to output user foot movement data.

UAV- OR PERSONAL FLYING DEVICE-DELIVERED DEPLOYABLE DESCENT DEVICE
An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) or manned/unmanned personal flying device (PFD) may be used to deliver a deployable descent system to an elevated location at which people await rescue, such as people trapped in an upper story of a burning building. The UAV or PFD may be used to deliver the descent system, attach the descent system to the building, and deploy the descent system. After deployment, the descent system may be tensioned to prevent sway and facilitate descent. Standoffs may be installed or integrated into the descent system to provide for adequate handholds for descending individuals. Various equipment and methods used in such systems are described herein.
Trauma Relief Strap Assembly for Safety Harness
A trauma relief strap assembly has a relief strap with a first strap and a second strap connected to the first strap at two or more connection points along a major longitudinal length of the relief strap. The relief strap further has one or more steps formed as a closed loop between two adjacent connection points. Each step has a longitudinal portion extending in a direction of the major longitudinal length of the relief strap and defined by one of the first strap and the second strap, and a lateral portion protruding laterally from the longitudinal portion and defined by the other of the first strap and the second strap.
ROPE ASSEMBLIES
A rope assembly comprises a rope, wherein the rope comprises a plurality of braided or twisted strands. The rope assembly also comprises an attachment structure formed of a polymer. The attachment structure defines an opening through the rope between the strands. The strands are fixedly held in the attachment structure by being encased within the polymer.
Rescue Ladder
Systems and methods are disclosed herein for a rescue ladder. The rescue ladder may include a cross member disposed between a first longitudinal member and a second longitudinal member and coupled to the first longitudinal member and the second longitudinal member. The rescue ladder may include a handle member coupled with at least one of the first longitudinal member, the second longitudinal member, or the cross member.
