DEMOULDING APPARATUS AND METHOD

There is herein described a demoulding apparatus and dislodging apparatus for demoulding (i.e. removing) a moulded product with a soft and/or elastic consistency from a cavity in a mould. In particular, there is described a demoulding apparatus and dislodging apparatus for demoulding (i.e. removing) a moulded product with a soft and/or elastic consistency from a cavity in a mould by performing a deformation on the moulded products in cavities via any form of movement, disturbing and/or nudging resulting in the breaking of any adhesion point between the moulded products and the cavities.

A method for extruding a confectionery is provided including supplying a plurality of ingredients to a mixer. The ingredients are mixed to form a confectionery composition in said mixer. Crystals are formed in the confectionery composition while the confectionery composition is in said mixer and the confectionery composition is output from said mixer.

Filling unit and method for filling a confectionery product into a mould or a container

A filling unit and a method for filling a confectionery mass into a container or a mold includes a fill housing with a filling nozzle (2) and at least two dosing pistons in a cylinder which is connected to the fill housing. In the fill housing, a valve is arranged for each cylinder. A mixing block with internal ducts connects each of the outlets with a respective internal duct in the filling nozzle. The confectionery mass is conducted from a filling nozzle into at least one of the cylinders after which the confectionery mass is dosed down into the mold or container by actuating the dosing pistons. The speeds of the pistons are controlled independently of each other, providing varying patterns in longitudinal direction of the ice-cream/confectionery product. The movement of the filling unit relative to the container or mold can be varied providing additional options for variation in patterns.

Roller board assemblies and methods of manufacture and use. A roller board assembly may include a roller board having a first roller board insert which is removably coupled to a housing and a second roller board insert which is also removably coupled to a housing. The removability of the first and second roller board inserts may allow for variation in the desired roller board insert configuration such as shape and size of grooves in the roller board, thus allowing for variation in the shape and size of the item to be rolled. A first coupler may couple the first roller board to the housing through a hole in the housing. A handle on the housing may allow a user to grip the housing and apply the motion required to roll an item.

PRODUCTION OF SOFT CONFECTIONERY BY MEANS OF ADDITIVE PROCESS WITH A NOZZLE AND SOFT CONFECTIONERY OBTAINABLE THEREBY

The present invention relates to a process for producing a soft candy, the process comprising as process steps a) providing a soft-candy precursor composition characterized by a water content in a range from 15 to 24% by weight, based on the soft-candy precursor composition; and b) shaping the soft-candy precursor composition by means of a nozzle having an outlet opening by overlaying a substrate with the soft-candy precursor composition to obtain a shaped article, the outlet opening of the nozzle traveling a three-dimensional trajectory;
the process further comprising a hardening of the shaped article to obtain a soft candy. The invention further relates to a soft candy obtainable by the process; a device comprising a soft-candy precursor composition; a process for producing a soft candy using the device; the use of the device; and the use of a soft-candy precursor composition.

Method and system of making a shortcake in a package container

A system for manufacturing a multi-layer shortcake can be realized by reversing the manufacturing process of the shortcake to normal. The assembly line conveyor system includes a package container having a top opening as a cake mold and a take-out film set as an insole in the package container. The packaged shortcake includes a topping layer of a cake, a first cream layer, a shape retaining sponge block, a second cream layer, and a cake base platform on the insole film and closed with a bottom lid. Preferably, the packaged shortcake contains a cake block between the first cream layer and the second cream layer for supporting the shape of the shortcake.
