METHODS AND MACHINES FOR MAKING ORAL PRODUCTS
A method of forming an oral product includes extruding a mixture, conveying the extruded mixture through one or more pairs of forming rollers, and cutting the extruded mixture into one or more oral products. The mixture can include polymer and at least one flavorant, sweetener, active ingredient, or combination thereof. The extruded mixture forms an extrudate having a predetermined cross-sectional shape. The one or more pairs of forming rollers abut to define a passage there between as each forming roller rotates. The passage has a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the predetermined cross-sectional shape. The method can be performed using a machine including an extruder, one or more pairs of forming rollers, and a cutting device.
DEVICE FOR DOSING A CONSUMABLE PRODUCT
An apparatus for dispensing a foodstuff a heating block (59) having a top side (60) and a bottom side (61), the bottom side (61) being complementary to a portion of the cylinder (11), the heating block (59) being removable from the housing (16) and from the container (1).

System and method for conveying confection molds
A confection mold conveying system and methods for manufacturing of confection products, the system including a first conveyor segment and a second conveyor segment. The first conveyor segment has a first pusher bar and a series of spaced apart first pusher fingers extending therefrom. The first pusher fingers are oriented to engage confection mold trays while the first pusher bar is translated in a first direction. The first pusher fingers are re-oriented to avoid engagement with the confection mold trays while the first pusher bar is translated in a second direction opposite the first direction. The second conveyor segment receives the confection mold trays from the first conveyor segment and can include a first rotatable shaft with a first helical channel to receive a first tab of one of the confection mold trays. Rotation of the rotatable shaft thereby continuously advances the respective confection mold tray in the first direction.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISPENSING A SUBSTANCE INTO ONE OF MULTIPLE PATTERNS
A system and method is provided for dispensing a substance into one of multiple patterns. The system includes a container to hold a substance and a pump in flow communication with the substance. The pump directs the substance from the container to a housing. The housing includes a first removable component with first openings that define a first pattern. The first removable component is in flow communication with the pump. The first removable component is replaceable with a second removable component defining second openings that define a second pattern different from the first pattern. The pump directs the substance through the first openings such that the substance forms a first pattern on a surface positioned proximate to the housing that is based on the first pattern of the first removable component.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DOSING AND FEEDING A FLUID OR PASTY MIXTURE INTO MOULDS, IN PARTICULAR A CHOCOLATE-BASED MIXTURE
A fluid mixture, for example, a chocolate-based mixture, is dosed and fed to forming moulds through two cavities arranged on diametrically opposite sides of a longitudinal axis and having respective opposite inlets. The cavities are rotated in unison and in a stepwise manner around a longitudinal axis between an inlet opening for the mixture and an outlet opening for the mixture and dosed while keeping the volume of both cavities unchanged. One of the cavities is filled with a predefined quantity of fluid mixture and the other cavity is simultaneously emptied while keeping the cavities in angularly fixed positions around the longitudinal axis.
INSTANT COOKIE MAKER AND METHODS
The present application discloses an instant cookie maker, configured to make one single hot and fresh cookie in a short period of time, e.g., 3 minutes or less. Methods of fabricating and using the same are also disclosed.
DEVICE FOR PREPARATION OF GELATIN-BASED PRODUCTS
Methods and systems are provided for preparing a gelatin-based product. In one example, a device for preparing the gelatin-based product includes a mixing chamber, a first liquid reservoir fluidically coupled to the mixing chamber, and a chiller module. The device further includes a slideable tray including a number of slots for receiving a number of fluid vessels and an injection assembly fluidly coupled to the mixing chamber and positioned vertically above the tray.
DEPOSITING METHOD AND DEPOSITOR PLATE
A method and apparatus for producing confectionery products, preferably shells for chocolate products. The invention comprises depositing one or more inclusions into a mould cavity and depositing a food product into the mould cavity through a depositor plate comprising a plurality of nozzles.
