APPARATUS FOR AERATING A PASTY PRODUCT AND FOR MIXING WITH ANOTHER PRODUCT
The invention relates to an apparatus for aerating a pasty product. The apparatus comprises a housing (1) with an inlet (4) for the pasty product to be aerated and an outlet (5) for the aerated product. The apparatus comprises at least a first set of a rotor and a stator (21) and a second set of a rotor and a stator (22). The apparatus further comprises a gas injector (6) for injecting, upstream of the first set of a rotor and a stator (21), a gas into the pasty product to be aerated. The apparatus further comprises an intermediate mixing chamber (7) provided in the housing between the first and the second sets of a rotor and a stator (21, 22). A secondary product introduction means protrudes into the intermediate mixing chamber (7) so as to issue into said intermediate mixing chamber (7). A method for aerating a pasty product is also provided.

Powder tray made of plastics material for the production of confectionery products and comprising a powder tray bottom (2) which has an upper face (3) and a lower face (4), side elements (5) which are interconnected at corner regions and provide side surfaces (14), and powder tray feet (10) which on their lower face form a stand surface (11) and are arranged in the corner regions, wherein the side elements (5) form a powder tray edge (8) which together with the powder tray bottom (2) provide a receiving space (9) for molding powder. The powder tray is characterized in that at least one of the powder tray feet (10) has a first recess (12) which subdivides the powder tray foot into two foot portions (13, 13).

The invention relates to a method and a device for demolding at least one confectionary item (2), which is to be demolded from a cavity (4) of a casting mold (3) upside down by means of a gripping arrangement (5), wherein the gripping arrangement (5) has at least one suction element (6) with which the substantially flat base (32) of the confectionary item, which base is facing upwards, is suctioned, wherein the confectionary item (2), where it is transferred upside down by a switching off of the negative pressure, wherein before or after the suction element (6) has suctioned the base (32) of the confectionery item (2), a loosening movement is generated which introduces alternating forces into the confectionery item (2) which generate deformations in the confectionery item (2) which act right up to the outer border layer of said confectionery item and reduce the adhesive force of said confectionery item at the contact surface of the cavity (4) and at least partially release the adhesive force, and wherein the confectionery item (2) is then completely removed from the cavity (4) by the suction element (6).

An edible decoration is laser kiss cut from an edible decorating sheet by optically sensing at least one printed edible design on the edible decorating sheet relative to a laser cutting tool coordinate system and driving a laser along a circuit of cutting locations defined in the laser cutting tool coordinate system. The laser beam forms a separation channel by laser ablation of at least a portion of the edible decorating sheet at the cutting locations while leaving intact the non-adhesive releasable backing upon which the edible decorating sheet rests.
