PLATFORM LADDER APPARATUS
20180066474 · 2018-03-08 · ·

A platform ladder apparatus (2) has a transport position and a use position in which the apparatus is arranged to lean against a wall (W) for performing work at an elevated level. The apparatus (2) has a ladder (4) and a working platform (20). A proximal side of the platform is pivotally connected at an upper end of the ladder such that it may be pivoted towards the ladder (4) to a stowed position essentially parallel to the ladder (4). The apparatus further comprises a pair of wall support arms (80) for stabilizing the apparatus in the use position in relation to the wall. The wall support arms (80) are connected to the platform (20) for movement between a stowed arm position in which the arms (80) project out from a distal side (24) of the platform (20) thereby preventing use of the apparatus, and a stabilizing arm position in which the arms (80) project sideways from the platform (20) in opposite lateral directions, respectively, for stabilizing the apparatus (2) in relation to the wall (W).

ELEVATED WORKING PLATFORM AND RELATED METHODS

Elevated work platforms, as well as associated methods, are provided. In one particular embodiment, an elevated platform apparatus is provided comprising a first rail assembly having a pair of rails coupled with a plurality of rungs, a second rail assembly hingedly coupled with the first rail assembly, a platform configured to rest upon a portion of the first rail assembly and the second rails assembly and a cage associated with the platform. The cage may include at least one bar and at least one gate, the at least one gate being configured to swing in a first direction upon a user stepping on to the platform from the first rail assembly, and then swing back to a closed position after the user is standing on the platform. The at least one gate is also limited from being displaced in a second direction, opposite the first direction, beyond the closed position.

The utility model provides a bridge crane construction platform, including: a platform framework, which is configured to be connected to a translation trolley of a girder of a bridge crane: a fixing frame, wherein a first end of the fixing frame is fixedly connected to the platform framework: a rotating single-arm mechanism, which is arranged at a second end of the fixing frame and is rotatably connected to the fixing frame, and the second end facing away from the first end: a lifting hook mechanism, which is arranged on the rotating single-arm mechanism and is used for lifting materials. For the bridge crane construction platform of the utility model, the platform framework is arranged on a platform trolley of the bridge crane, so that the platform framework can rapidly translate along with the platform trolley, and the maneuverability of the bridge crane construction platform is effectively improved. In addition, the rotating single-arm structure, which can rotate, is provided on the fixing frame on the platform framework, so that the direction of the rotating single-arm structure can be adjusted according to the arrangement of components in the bridge crane. In this way, the applicability is effectively improved, and the extension construction of parts and components at a front end of a front girder of the bridge crane is implemented.
