MINING OR CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE AND A HYDRAULIC CYLINDER CONDUIT ENCLOSING A CONDUIT ARRANGEMENT
A mining or construction vehicle comprising an extendable boom comprised of a first and a second telescopic section extending in a longitudinal direction, wherein the first telescopic section is arranged to be connected to the mining or construction vehicle and a hydraulic device is arranged to be connected to a mounting device at a free end of the second telescopic section, wherein a hydraulic cylinder is arranged in connection to the extendable boom to govern extension of said extendable boom. Hydraulic conduit for supply of hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic device on the mounting device are arranged through the length of the extendable boom.
WALKING SYSTEM FOR A COMPLETION OR WORKOVER RIG
A walking system for a workover rig or completion rig mounted on a motor vehicle. The walking system includes a main platform having ramps and tracks for the motor vehicle to drive up onto and a base beam extending perpendicularly on both sides of the main platform to act as outriggers for stability. The system further includes a workstring platform for storing tubulars that make up the workstring, which is elevated above a wellhead. The main platform and base beam have walking assemblies for lifting the rig and moving it laterally so that it can be positioned over the wellhead for workover or completion operations.
Automated drilling/service rig apparatus
An automated rig apparatus for drilling or servicing a well is provided. The apparatus can include a motor vehicle having a frame, and a hinged derrick mast pivotally attached to the frame. The apparatus can further include a rack disposed in the mast and a carriage assembly with pinion motors configured to travel up and down the rack when the mast is raised to a vertical position. A tool carrier configured to receive a top drive unit or a power swivel unit can be attached to the carriage assembly. The apparatus can further include a movable platform and an operators cab configured to be moved to a desired position relative to the derrick mast when the mast is raised to a vertical position. The apparatus can further include a hydraulic drive assembly to operate the apparatus, and a mud pump and manifold for pumping drilling mud.
Modular drilling rig having pipe lifting capability and ventilation therein
A drilling system for use at a wellhead has a plurality of modules each containing rig component equipment. The plurality of modules are connected or interconnected together so as to form a drilling rig. Each of the plurality of modules has a size adapted to be lifted by forklift or a front end loader. The plurality of modules are arranged such that one end of the plurality of modules is adjacent to the wellhead. A pipe handling system is positioned adjacent to one end of the plurality of modules. A ventilation system is cooperative with the plurality of modules so as to move air toward or away from heat-generating equipment in the plurality of modules.
Coiled tubing rig
A coiled tubing rig includes a skid, a mast, and a drill floor. The mast may be pivotably coupled to the skid and may be moved between a horizontal position and a vertical position by a hydraulic cylinder. The drill floor may be pivotably coupled to the mast. The drill floor may be moved from a retracted to a deployed position by a hydraulic cylinder. The skid may include a BOP cradle and BOP controls. The coiled tubing rig may include a jib which may telescopically or pivotably extend from the mast. The coiled tubing rig may include a coiled tubing injector which is slidably positionable between a retracted and a deployed position.
MOBILE WELL SERVICING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
A mobile well servicing system and method are provided for performing well services. The mobile well servicing system can include a work surface on a platform supporting an equipment such a jack, a blowout preventer (BOP), a coiled tubing (CT) injector and a mast. The mast is pivotable between a first position, with a lifting point positioned over the work surface, and a second position, with the lifting point positioned behind the platform. A hoist winch assembly mounted at the platform raises the equipment from the platform when the mast is at the first position. The equipment then pass through a space between two parallel legs of the mast, and lowered to a wellhead when the mast is at the second position. Multiple tasks such as well completion, change of dynamic temperature sensor (DTS) and electric submersible pump (ESP) can be achieved using this system.
Telescopic mast for drilling and associated drilling rig
A telescopic mast includes at least one first structure including a fixing portion adapted to be fixed to a drill floor. At least one second structure is mobile relative to the first structure, to obtain a telescopic mast. A moving system is adapted to extend and retract a longitudinal extension of the telescopic mast, by moving the second structure. The moving system includes at least one first actuator device, adapted to be fixed to the first structure or to the drill floor at its first end. The second structure is fixed at a first end of at least one second actuator device. At least one supply chamber is adapted to supply at least the first actuator device and at least the second actuator. At least one first actuator device and the at least one second actuator device are aligned along a single direction and operate with opposite directions.
Telescopic deployment mast
A lifting mast assembly includes telescoping load bearing arms pivotably coupled to a support base and configured to pivot in unison. Each telescoping arm includes a first arm section and an aligned second arm section. The first arm sections are configured to telescope in unison with one another. Likewise, the second arm sections are configured to telescope in unison with one another. Each first arm section may telescope independently of the second arm section with which it is coaxially aligned. A first support member is coupled to each of the first arm sections, and a second support member is coupled to each of the second arm sections. Different loads can be supported on the first and second support members simultaneously.
Local electrical room module for well construction apparatus
An apparatus having a skid, a boom having a first end attached to the skid and pivotable around an axis proximate the first end such that a second end of the boom raises and lowers relative to the skid, and a room mounted on the skid. The apparatus may further include a raisable apparatus supported by the second end of the boom and having one or more plug panels configured to connect to one or more first cables. The apparatus may also include second cables routed from the raisable apparatus and attached to and supported at least in part by the boom, wherein the second cables may be configured to provide electrical power to the raisable apparatus.
