MATERIAL EXHAUST CONNECTION FOR HORIZONTAL BORE
An earth boring apparatus may include an earth-boring cutter head, and a casing secured to the cutter head and extending rearwardly therefrom so that the casing and cutter head are rotatable together as a unit. A casing cuttings passage may extend from adjacent the casing front end to adjacent the casing back end. An entrance opening of the casing cuttings passage, which is adjacent the cutter head, is adapted to allow cuttings to move through the entrance opening into the casing cuttings passage. In some implementations there may be a stationary auger positioned within the casing cuttings passage rearwardly from the entrance opening, such that the stationary auger does not rotate when the casing and cutter head are rotated together as a unit.
Apparatus for drilling deeper and wider well bore with casing
An apparatus and method for drilling deeper and wider well bores is provided. The apparatus includes a motorized drill head for cutting and shredding ground material; a separate excavation line; a separate fluid delivery line; a separate close loop engine cooling line; and a casing system. Excavation line includes repetitive stationary segments of the main pipe with periodical segments of an in-line excavation pump. The close loop cooling line includes a heat exchanger in the motorized drill head and in the in-line excavation pump and one on the ground surface in the binary unit where fluid is cooled and in process electricity produced. The diameter of the excavation line and rate of flow of mud and cuttings through it and the diameter of the fluid delivery line and rate of fluid flow through it are in balance requiring only limited fluid column at the bottom of the well bore.
Downhole force generating tool
The disclosure of this application is directed to a downhole tool comprising a central element/member and a sleeve that is rotatably and orbitally disposed around the central element/member. The sleeve rotates and orbits around the central element/member responsive to fluid flowing through the downhole too. The disclosure is also related to a method of advancing the downhole tool in a well by flowing fluid through the tool.

STEERING HEAD
A steering head for use with a casing, the steering head having a generally cylindrical body with a first body end with a lead edge, a second body end with a rear edge, and a body surface extending from the lead edge to the rear edge, an outer tube with an internal side generally facing the body surface, the outer tube extending from the first body end to the second body end, and a steering flap disposed on an external side of the outer tube having a first flap face facing radially inwardly and a second flap face facing radially outwardly. A biased hinge is secured to both the outer tube and the steering flap, the biased hinge being operative to retract the steering flap into a retracted position from an extending position.

A DOWNHOLE PRODUCTION CASING STRING
The present invention relates to a downhole production casing string for insertion in a borehole in a reservoir, the downhole production casing string having a first end nearest a top of the borehole and a second end furthest away from the top, the downhole production casing string extending along a longitudinal axis and comprising at least one opening which during production allows hydrocarbon-containing fluid from the reservoir into the downhole production casing string, a plurality of casing parts having end sections and a base section between the end sections, the base section having an outer diameter, and at least one annular projecting element having an outer face and at least one helical groove arranged in or on the outer face and having an overall outer diameter which is larger than the outer diameter of the base section. Furthermore, the invention relates to a downhole production casing string system for completing a well downhole and to a method of implementing a production casing string according to the invention.
