WASHOVER TOOLS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS OF USE
A washover tool including an inner housing and an outer housing forming an enclosed annulus. The washover tool includes a rod member coupled to the outer housing, the rod member configured to supply a fluid to the annulus. The washover tool includes a front face plate having a plurality of openings in fluid communication with the annulus. The annulus of the washover tool is configured to receive a fluid through the rod member and configured to eject the fluid through the plurality of openings of the front face plate to washover a pipe embedded in a ground.
Iris fishing tool overshot catch
A gripping assembly for a fishing tool which includes first and second end members and a plurality of gripping members which are retained by the first and second end members and which are moveable between a radially expanded configuration and a radially restricted configuration by rotation of the second end member with respect to the first end member.

Finishing tool with inflatable overshot
A fishing tool for a fishing arrangement to remove a stuck fish or object from a wellbore. The fishing tool includes an overshot housing which defines an interior chamber. An inflatable bladder element resides within the interior chamber and is inflatable radially inwardly to capture a portion of the stuck fish. The fish is removed as the fishing arrangement is pulled out of the wellbore.

Expandable Retrievable Plug and Methods of Use
An expandable, retrievable plug includes a base, a plurality of arm bars pivotably attached to the base and movable between stowed and extended configurations, and a set of expandable blades operatively coupled to and angularly interposing each pair of angularly adjacent arm bars such that, as the plurality of arm bars move to the extended configuration, each set of expandable blades transitions from a stacked state to a fanned state. An inflatable element is attached to the base and is engageable with the plurality of arm bars, and an expandable seal is mounted to the plurality of arm bars and each set of expandable blades. Selectively inflating the inflatable element transitions the plurality of arm bars from the stowed configuration to the extended configuration, which transitions each set of expandable blades from the stacked state to the fanned state, and simultaneously radially expands the expandable seal.

Universal grapple overshot for fishing irregular shaped objects
Systems and methods for retrieving equipment from a wellbore of a subterranean well include an overshot housing having a central axis. The overshot housing is a tubular shaped member with a housing bore. An internal sleeve is located within the overshot housing. The internal sleeve is a tubular shaped member with a sleeve bore. The internal sleeve is axially moveable within the overshot housing. A catching net is located radially outward of the internal sleeve, within the overshot housing. The catching net moveable between a contracted position and an extended position. The catching net has a shorter axial length and a wider radial width in the contracted position than in the extended position. An anchoring assembly is located at a downhole end of the catching net. The anchoring assembly is actuable to releasably secure the downhole end of the catching net to the equipment.

Downhole Surveying and Core Sample Orientation Systems, Devices and Methods
A method and system for obtaining orientation of a core sample core drilled from underlying rock. A core orientation recording device (116) records its orientation at random and/or non-predetermined time intervals from a reference time during a drilling operation. The time intervals are generated to be within a range of minimum and maximum time intervals. After a time interval elapsed from the reference time plus a wait time of at least the minimum random or non-predetermined time interval, the core sample is separated from the underlying rock and brought to the surface and its original orientation is determined from orientation data recorded closest in time to the elapsed time plus the minimum time interval. A remote communicator (160) having the elapsed time interrogates the core orientation recordal device (116) to identify the required orientation data and requires the core orientation recordal device to identify a correct orientation of the core sample.
