VISUALIZATION OF FISH WHILE FISHING IN A WELLBORE
Methods and apparatus for retrieving a fish from a wellbore. A method includes introducing a specialized fishing tool into the wellbore. The specialized fishing tool includes a fishing subassembly comprising a nonreflective interior, a shroud coupled to the fishing subassembly, and a camera disposed at least partially within the shroud and configured to view the interior of the fishing subassembly. The specialized fishing tool is conveyed downhole in the wellbore to a location of the fish. The fish is visualized with the camera. The fish is coupled to the fishing subassembly, and the fish is retrieved from the wellbore.
EXPANDABLE OVERSHOT-SPEAR TOOL
A convertible fishing tool is provided for removing an object (fish) from a wellbore. The fishing tool includes an elongated hollow main housing and a plurality of slip blades that are disposed distal to the main housing and move radially between fully retracted positions and fully extended positions. In the fully retracted positions, the fishing tool is in spear configuration and in the fully extended positions, the fishing tool is in an overshot configuration. The fishing tool also includes an actuation system configured to move the plurality of slip blades in a radial direction between the fully retracted positions and the fully extended positions.

ROBOTIC FISHING TOOL
A downhole robotic fishing tool includes a main body configured to be positioned in a wellbore and an intermediate body connected to a downhole end of the main body by an upper articulating joint. A robotic hand is connected to a downhole end of the intermediate body by a lower articulating joint. The robotic hand is configurable between an open configuration and a closed configuration and includes a palm, a robotic thumb and a robotic finger attached at their respective proximal ends to the palm in opposition. When in the closed configuration, the distal ends of the thumb and finger are within a grasp center area centered on a center point defined by an intersection of a grasping axis and an opposition axis of the robotic hand. A camera is positioned on the palm that has an optical axis that intersects the grasp center area proximate the center point.

RETRIEVABLE RE-CONNECTING DEVICE WITH INTERNAL SEAL AND SLIPS FOR CONNECTING TO THE TOP OF AN EXISTING TUBING IN A WELL BORE
The present invention relates to a re-connecting device (1) for connecting and sealing against a damaged existing/remaining tubing (5) in a well bore, a casing string (2) or a pipe, the tubing (5) having smaller diameter than the casing string (2), and for repairing of the tubing (5), comprising an outer body (3) and at least one sealing element (18) arranged therein, the outer body (3) is arranged to enable the entrance of, and surrounding, the end part of the tubing (5) in the well bore, casing string (2) or pipe, and a sealing assembly (8) is arranged in the outer body (3), of the re-connecting device (1), for sealing it against the tubing (5). The invention is achieved by that an internal and axially movable assembly (6) is arranged inside the outer body (3) and comprising at least one of an anchoring assembly (7), the sealing assembly (8) and/or a releaseable locking assembly (9), where the movable assembly (6) and at least one of its anchoring assembly (7), sealing assembly (8) and/or releaseable locking assembly (9) is/are arranged to be activated by applying an axial mechanical/physical stroke to the top of the moveable assembly (6).
Method and apparatus for gaining reentry below abandoned wellbore equipment
Systems and methods for accessing a wellbore of a subterranean well downhole of abandoned subterranean wellbore equipment include a re-entry guide secured to an uphole end of an overshot. The re-entry guide and overshot together form a re-entry tool. The overshot has an inner diameter gripping assembly sized to grip a tubing stub. The re-entry guide has an outer diameter sized to match a drift inner diameter of a casing of the subterranean well.
