Anti-fatigue cold mixed epoxy resin material, preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to an anti-fatigue cold mixed epoxy resin material, preparation method and application thereof, comprising component A and component B with mass ratio of 1:1-10:1, component A comprising fluid epoxy resin, active toughener, active diluents, coupling agent and defoamer; component B is any one of or a mixture of two or more than two of alicyclic amine or amino terminated polyether, cyanoethylamine, phenolic modified amine or hydroxyalkyl modified amine. Introduced epoxy terminated organosilicon block polyurethane prepolymer breaks the limitation that elongation at fracture of epoxy resin system based on “sea-island structure” is difficult to break through 100%. The invention is suitable for bridge deck pavement of long-span cable bearing bridge, waterproof bonding material or used for airport pavement, municipal viaduct, ramp and other occasions with high requirements for fatigue resistance of pavement material.

Method, apparatus and system for producing a polyurethane sports flooring
A method for producing polyurethane flooring includes providing polyurethane reactive components including a isocyanate component and a polyol component, determining environmental data, determining process parameters for mixing the polyurethane reactive components, wherein the process parameters depend on the environmental data, mixing the foam for the polyurethane flooring by mixing the isocyanate component and the polyol component using a froth foam process with the process parameters, applying a first lane of the liquid foam to a ground, applying a second lane of the liquid foam to the ground, wherein a side edge of the second lane gets in contact with a side edge of the first lane, wherein the process parameter are determined so that the foam of the first lane is not cured before applying the foam of the second lane. Furthermore, the invention relates to an apparatus and a system for producing a polyurethane flooring.
Epoxy truck
A truck-mounted system for dispensing a coating to a road surface includes a coating storage and dispensing system and an aggregate storage and spreader system disposed on the truck chassis. The coating storage and dispensing system includes a liquid storage unit, a plurality of heating units, and a plurality of pumping units for separately storing, heating, and pumping the liquid components of the coating. The liquid components are mixed and dispensed to the road surface by a dispenser. The aggregate storage and spreader system includes a container for aggregate material and a spreader unit for dispensing the aggregate material to the road surface over the coating. The spreader unit is movable between folded and extended positions on the truck chassis.
STEERING ANGLE CALIBRATION
Among other things, techniques are described for steering angle calibration. An autonomous vehicle receives a steering angle measurement and a yaw rate measurement, and estimates a steering angle offset using the steering angle measurement, the yaw rate measurement, and a wheel base of the autonomous vehicle. An estimated yaw rate is determined based on a yaw rate model, the steering angle measurement and the estimated steering angle offset. The yaw rate measurement and the estimated yaw rate are compared and an action is initiated on the autonomous vehicle in response to the comparing.
Agricultural Oil Seed And Preservation Agent
This invention is in the field of asphalt construction or pavement applications, compositions and methods of use thereof. The invention also relates to methods of using the composition to surface seal and as a penetrating preservation agent to extend the life of the asphalt construction or pavement. The present invention relates to asphalt repair compositions, sealing or coating compositions, and methods for coating structures such as roadways, such as asphaltic surfaces to improve structure lifetime.
NOVEL PROCESS AND COMPOSITION FOR DUST CONTROL
Compositions for dust suppression, methods for forming the compositions, and methods for using the compositions are provided. In one embodiment, the composition includes a non-sulfonated lignin and an alkylene glycol alkyl ether solvent. The compositions may be applied to an exposed surface of a substrate.
Methods for maintaining unpaved roads
Methods are described for maintaining unpaved roads. The methods include applying an aqueous composition to a section of an unpaved road (such as a mine haul road in a mine). The aqueous composition includes from 5 to 10,000 ppm of a synthetic polymer in water, and may be applied periodically. The synthetic polymer may be compatible with chemical processes employed by the mine, and the method may also include subsequently mining the section of the mine haul road.
COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR SURFACE REPAIR
A composition and method of repairing damaged concrete and asphalt surfaces includes a two-part polymer resin mixture. To effectuate a repair, the damaged portion is cleaned of debris and loose pieces. The two-part polymer resin mixture is mixed onsite and is applied as a protective overlay over the damaged portion. Once cured, the mixture provides a protective layer over the damaged area.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MODIFYING AND REPAVING PAVED SURFACES
An ultrathin bonded asphalt surface (UBAS) system and method for resurfacing paved asphalt surfaces, particularly local, collector and residential streets in residential neighborhoods, including cul-de-sacs and roundabouts. The asphalt surface can be prepared with a milling machine. A spray paver applies emulsion bonding liquid (EBL) to the prepared asphalt surface at a predetermined shot rate. Aggregate material is discharged from the spray paver onto the EBL. The system is utilized in performing a UBAS resurfacing method according to the present invention.
