wherein the roller disk has a thickness of at least 40 mm, and/or that a reinforcing arrangement with a reinforcing ring arranged in the inner roller space at an axial interval to the roller disk and connected to the roller jacket on its inner circumferential surface, and with a reinforcing structural group connected to the roller disk and to the reinforcing ring is provided associated with the roller disk.
EARTH WORKING ROLLER
An earth working roller for use in an earth working machine comprising a roller drum (30), which extends in a direction along a roller axis of rotation (D), surrounds a roller interior (34), and has an essentially circular outer circumferential contour, wherein a substrate breaking configuration (38) is provided on the outer circumferential surface (32) of the roller drum (30), characterized in that the substrate breaking configuration (38) comprises a plurality of impact bars (40) along the roller drum (30) essentially in the direction of the roller drum axis of rotation (D), as well as a plurality of breaker bars (44) along the roller drum (30) in an essentially circumferential direction.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A construction machine includes a system area rotatable about an axis of rotation with respect to a machine frame. On the rotatable system area is at least one sensor, a data transmission unit with at least one transmission antenna, and a first data transmission arrangement for transmitting data from the at least one sensor to the data transmission unit. On the machine frame is a data receiving unit with at least one receiving antenna, a data evaluation system, and a second data transmission arrangement for transmitting data from the data receiving unit to the data evaluation system. The data transmission unit has at least two transmission antennas and/or the data receiving unit has at least two receiving antennas.
Modular concrete screed system
A concrete screed assembly broadly includes a plurality of elongated drum sections. The drum sections are interchangeably interconnectable in an end-to-end relationship to cooperatively form a rotatable concrete screed drum that is selectively variable depending on the drum sections interconnected to form the drum. The drum sections each present a concrete-forming outer surface configured to engage concrete as the drum is rotated. The drum sections each include opposite connection ends.
COMPACTING DRUM
A compacting drum includes an arcuate outer wall having a thickness and a recess formed in the arcuate outer wall. The recess extends into the thickness of the arcuate outer wall and has a central axis. A padfoot is movable, within the recess, between a fist position and a second position along the central axis.
Device and procedure to determine a size of contact representing the contact state of a compactor roller upon the substrate to be compacted
Device to determine a size of contact representing a contact state between a compactor roller and a substrate to be compacted, encompassing a compactor roller rotatable in at least one acquisition circumference area around a compactor roller axis and at least one contact sensor generating a contact signal, wherein the contact signal indicates a contact start and a contact end of an acquisition circumference area upon the substrate to be compacted.
PNEUMATIC TIRE COMPACTOR WITH WATER BALLAST
A water ballast for a compactor is disclosed. A ballast tank is installed under a cover plate having a plurality of holes. Through the holes of the cover plate, water falling onto the cover plate drains into the ballast tank. The edges all around the cover plate are slightly angled upwards in order to prevent water from draining out of the cover plate. Also, the water ballast has a ballast drain port on the compactor's frame. The ballast drain port is connected with a drain hole on the ballast tank by a drain hose so that it is used to drain out some water from the ballast tank.
Impact compactor
The invention relates to an impact compactor which includes a first part on which at least one non-round compactor drum is rotatably mounted; and a second part which is connected to, and movable relative to, the first part. The impact compactor also includes a damping arrangement which is connected between the first and second parts and which is configured to provide a damping function for the relative movement between the first and second parts. The damping arrangement includes an outer tubular member which defines a non-circular inner channel/passage; a non-circular inner shaft member which defines a first axis of rotation and which is positioned, at least partially, in the channel/passage defined by the outer tubular member; and at least one wedge formation which is wedged between the shaft member and the tubular member. The wedge formation is at least partially resiliently deformable and is configured to resist/oppose relative rotation between the shaft member and the tubular member about the first axis of rotation. One of the members is connected to the first part, while the other member is connected to the second part.
Roller tool for a ground processing roller
A roller tool for a soil processing roller includes a tool carrier to be fixed to an outer circumferential side of a carrier jacket and has a tethering area for fixedly tethering the tool carrier to an outer circumferential surface of the carrier jacket and an interchangeable holder clamping region, an interchangeable tool having an interchangeable tool shank elongated in the direction of a shank longitudinal axis, an interchangeable holder having an interchangeable holder opening elongated in the direction of an opening longitudinal axis for receiving the interchangeable tool shank of the interchangeable tool to be detachably fixed to the interchangeable holder and with an interchangeable holder counter-clamping region. The interchangeable holder counter-clamping region is brought into clamping interaction with the interchangeable holder clamping region for detachably fixing the interchangeable holder to the tool carrier. A clamping member is supported for generating the clamping interaction with respect to the tool carrier and the interchangeable holder.
Roller tool for a soil processing roller
A roller tool for a soil processing roller of a soil processing machine incudes a tool holder to be fixed on an outer peripheral side of a carrier casing. The tool holder has an attachment region for fixed attachment on an outer peripheral surface of the carrier casing and a tool holder opening elongated in the direction of an opening longitudinal axis for accommodating a replaceable tool shaft of a replaceable tool to be detachably fixed on the tool holder. The tool holder includes a first tool holder part, wherein the attachment region is provided completely on the first tool holder part, and a second tool holder part to be detachably attached to the first tool holder part. The second tool holder part, together with the first tool holder part, delimits the tool holder opening in the circumferential direction around the opening longitudinal axis.
