MOULDING UNIT FOR GIRDER CONSTRUCTION BY MEANS OF QUICK-ASSEMBLY SYSTEMS
20210310261 · 2021-10-07 ·

The invention relates to a unit that comprises a closing piece arranged on a horizontal surface onto which side panels are secured, for which purpose the closing piece has side perforations arranged longitudinally and in line with projections that the side panels have on their lower edge. The side panels are vertically secured onto the closing piece via clips or the like secured onto the closing pieces. Thanks to the structural features of the parts and their engaging design, an assembly is obtained which is easy to assemble and dismantle, allowing girders to be built directly on site, as well as allowing the removal of forms from girders with complex geometries (holes, section reductions, etc.).

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PREDICTING CORROSION FATIGUE LIFE OF PRESTRESSED CONCRETE BRIDGES

The invention discloses a method and a system for predicting the corrosion fatigue life of prestressed concrete bridges. A corrosion level of the strand is predicted to obtain the residual tension force of a structure. A stress concentration factor is integrated to consider the stress concentration effect caused by pitting corrosion, and a growth model of the elastic stress of the strand under the coupled effect of corrosion and fatigue is proposed. A growth model of the plastic stress of the strand is established using a cross-section loss of the strand as a fatigue damage parameter based on a degenerated elastic modulus of the concrete after fatigue. Failure criteria for the concrete, the strand, and a longitudinal tension bar are defined, so that a set of methods for analyzing the life of a prestressed concrete bridge subjected to corrosive environment and fatigue load are formed.

Concrete structure body and manufacturing method thereof

A concrete structure body includes a first concrete member having a first facing surface; a second concrete member having a second facing surface and disposed such that the first facing surface and the second facing surface face each other; a connection portion that fills a gap between the first facing surface and the second facing surface; and a tendon disposed in the connection portion to extend along the first facing surface and the second facing surface and to which a tensile force is applied in a longitudinal direction.

Elevated guideway with propulsion duct for pneumatic transport

An elevated guideway performing the function of supporting, guiding and propelling pneumatic transport vehicles for passengers and loads. The two-part elevated guideway is formed by two components, each corresponding to one side of the cross section, divided by a vertical axis passing through the center of the slot. Components are not symmetrical, the left hand component having a wider top table. Components are joined through a niche already present at the lower slabs which is filled with a structural resin. Niche for joining the two-part elevated guideway has a central type female-female fitting. The elevated guideway includes guideway guards, two additions for installing the propulsion duct slot seal, tubes for the electric power supply and telecommunication and control cables, the protective railing for protection in the side emergency gangway, the unit for securing the rail via the web thereof, rails and the third and fourth electric power supply rails of the vehicle. The two-part elevated guideway may have, combined on the same beam of the propulsion duct, a secondary propulsion duct, thereby forming a single, non-separable structure.

Module for a structure

A construction module for a structure, comprising: a formwork member that includes a base, a pair of parallel side walls that extend upwardly from the base, and a pair of parallel end walls. The base, the side walls and the end walls define a cavity for reinforcement and concrete. A reinforcement member includes an upper portion and a lower portion. When the reinforcement member is located in the cavity and concrete fills the cavity, the lower portion of the reinforcement member and the concrete define an elongate beam.

Bridge Construction System and Method

The bridge construction system and method according to the present invention provides a lightweight, efficient, economical, long-lasting, and easily implemented composite steel structure that can be filled with concrete in place for the construction of pedestrian and smaller road bridges, specifically those found in rural areas. The bridge construction system of the present invention is unique in that it is a steel-frame reinforced composite bridge with decking and rebar caging that provides a permanent, non-removable form for poured-in-place concrete. The composite nature of the bridge allows for installation of the bridge to take place in one day, while the entire process from site preparation such as grading and excavation to cleanup takes a week or less. The quick installation of the bridge is designed to have a minimally invasive impact on the surrounding environment.
