WEIGHTED UNIT FOR HOLDING DOWN TEMPORARY OR REMOVABLE TRAFFIC STANDS, SIGNS AND OTHER OBJECTS
A weighted unit is provided. The weighted unit includes an enclosed shape, the shape having horizontal channels running along the entire base of the unit from one side to an opposing side, such that the horizontal channel is open to each opposing side, the weighted unit being placed over a horizontal and/or vertical member of an object to be held down with the channel engaging the horizontal member to hold the object in place. Protrusions or other features are integrally formed in the weighted unit to allow the weighted unit to hang from the object to be weighed down without the weighted unit touching the ground. The weighted unit may be placed directly over the top of a horizontal member of the object to be weighed down without also engaging, or being placed around, a vertical component of the same object.
Surface marking assembly
A surface marking assembly for providing guidance to vehicle operators includes first and second panels. The first panel is configured to couple to a surface, such as tarmac of a road. A plurality of solar cells is coupled to a top of the first panel. At least one battery is coupled to the first panel and is operationally coupled to the solar cells, which are configured to charge the battery. A plurality of bulbs is coupled to the first panel and is operationally coupled to the battery. The second panel, which is textured and substantially transparent, is coupled to the first panel to protect the solar cells and the bulbs. The battery is positioned to power the bulbs to provide visual direction to an operator of a vehicle proximate to the first panel. The second panel is configured to provide vibratory and auditory notifications to the operator.
SIGN WITH PLANTER BASE
Sign apparatuses are disclosed, configured with a base, a display panel, and a support post. The base of the sign apparatus may include a planter portion containing display elements such as plant material, where the plant material comprises at least a portion of the ballast weight necessary to stabilize the sign apparatus against the wind and other forces. The base may also include a ballast area for holding additional ballast material.

DEVICE FOR FORMING POST SLEEVES AND RELATED METHODS
A method of forming a post sleeve within a post hole in the ground to include a post receiving cavity to insertably receive and support a post is provided. The method includes positioning a post sleeve core within the post hole with the aid of an elongate installation member and depositing uncured material into the post hole to at least partially surround the post sleeve core while the post sleeve core is attached to the elongate installation member. The method further includes allowing the uncured material to harden around the post sleeve core to form at least a portion of the post-receiving cavity of the post sleeve and removing the post sleeve core from the hardened material to expose the post receiving cavity to receive and support the post. Other related methods of forming post sleeves are also provided.

ELASTIC BOLLARD FOR RACK PROTECTION
An elastic bollard for rack protection is installed in front of a rack structure to effectively buffer external shock and prevent damage to a rack structure, so that when a shock is applied from multiple directions to a vertical pole installed upright on the ground, the vertical pole tilts in the direction in which the external force is applied, and since the elastic part is installed inside, the vertical pole tilts in the direction of application of the external force, and simultaneously can be restored to its original upright state due to the elastic force, thereby making it possible to more effectively absorb and alleviate shock, and furthermore, since the case part itself is equipped with an elastic buffer part, it is possible to maximize a shock alleviation effect.
