Guard Rail System
A protective barrier includes a rigid upright member including a post, a fitting having a housing with a first outer surface and a first inner surface. The housing includes a first hole extending from the first outer surface to the first inner surface; a first end, a second end and an inner chamber defined by the inner surface of the housing and extending from the first end to the second end; the first end having a flange sized and shaped for attachment to an outer surface of the rigid upright; at least one support member disposed within the inner chamber and extending from the first end toward the second end of the housing, the support member including a second hole. The protective barrier also comprises a hollow rail including a third end sized and shaped for being received within the inner chamber, the hollow plastic rail including a third hole; and a fastener extending through the first hole, second hole and third hole such that the hollow plastic rail is secured to the fitting.
Metallurgical steel post design for solar farm foundations and increased guardrail durability
A high-grade post or pile system for the foundation of a solar array, which may facilitate the installation of a solar array rack in more corrosive soils. Such a post may also satisfy the need for a foundation able to resist ground forces, in particular the effects of wind on the exterior of the array, and may reduce problems with beam refusal. The post may be used in other applications such as guardrail posts. In contrast to existing posts for solar arrays, the high-grade post may be formed from higher-grade steel.
ANCHORING DEVICE
An anchoring device for a fence, wherein the anchoring device comprises at least one fence post and elongated support beams (1, 2, 3) connected to the fence post to support the fence post, wherein the fence post comprises a post portion (4) comprising a lower section which is provided to extend substantially underground and an upper section which is provided to extend substantially aboveground in installed state of the anchoring device, wherein the anchoring device comprises a first and a second said support beam (1, 2), wherein these support beams (1, 2) are connected to the post portion (4) at the height of the lower section of the post portion (4) in such a way that the first and second support beam (1, 2) extend opposite each other, extend beyond the rear part and are provided to extend substantially underground in installed state of the anchoring device.
IMPROVEMENTS IN AND RELATING TO ROAD SAFETY RAIL SYSTEMS AND PARTS AND FITTINGS THEREFOR
A road safety rail system comprising at least one continuous rail, or a plurality of sequentially connected system rails, forming a main body of a barrier, which are supported above ground by one or more ground engaging posts, wherein the system also comprises a terminal end section (TES) having an upstream end and a downstream end, the TES including: a stationary component comprising one or more standard terminal end (STE)-rails at the downstream end connected to at least one formed terminal end (FTE)-rail located at the upstream end of the TES, the STE rails being supported at a set horizontal axis height above ground level by a plurality of posts; wherein the at least one FTE-rail(s)-include(s) a twist from a primarily vertical orientation to a primarily horizontal orientation; Wherein the at least one FTE rail(s) bends down from a set horizontal axis height Y above ground level to a horizontal axis height being at, or near ground level; a moving energy absorbing component comprising an impact head including a base and upright projection, the base comprising an axial orifice extending from a downstream entry point to an upstream exit point, through which an upstream terminus of an FTE rail is passed before the FTE rail is directly or indirectly connected to a releasable connection point coupled to a ground anchor; wherein the impact head is connected via at least one beam to a post detacher element located downstream of said impact head a pre-determined distance therefrom.
HELICAL PILE FOUNDATION SYSTEM
A post foundation system is provided. The system has a shaft with a helical disk attached to one end and a post support attached to the other end. The helical disk drives the shaft into the ground as a rotational force is applied to the shaft. A fin section is rotatably coupled about the shaft between its first and second ends. The fin section can have one or more fins extending outwardly from the shaft. The fin section engages the ground to stabilize the post foundation system as the shaft of the post foundation system is driven into the ground.
Temporary bollard wall support structure
A brace for supporting a bollard panel in a vertical position includes a linear structural member having a panel connector to secure adjacent bollard panels to the linear structural member.

Barrier construction
The present invention relates to posts, carriages, methods of manufacturing the components and their assembly into a barrier. The invention also includes a Z post attachment includes an attachment tab 8.016 and end engagement flange 8.024, 8.026 adapted to engage the end of the post. The arrangement can include a delineator 8.030 which is skew in relation to the tab 8.016, so as to provide reflector faces 8.032 which face oncoming traffic.
Road safety rail systems and parts and fittings therefor
