Pick-up broom attachment with internal water tank
A pick-up broom attachment for use with a work vehicle that includes a hood assembly, a bucket portion, and a water spray bar. The hood assembly includes a housing, a rotatable brush of generally cylindrical profile mounted for rotation, and a drive motor coupled to the housing for rotating the rotatable brush. The bucket portion is in coupled engagement behind and with the hood assembly and includes: a collection bin defined by a bottom bucket panel, a pair of side bucket panel members, and a rear bucket wall; an internal water tank located in a cavity in the bucket portion located rearward of the rear bucket wall; and a back panel located rearward of the internal water tank that includes implement interface members for connecting with a work vehicle. The water spray bar is mounted to the housing of the hood for delivering water in front of the hood assembly.
Apparatus for collecting garbage and debris for a motor-sweeper
The present invention relates to a motor-sweeper for cleaning large surfaces such as streets or industrial facilities. In particular it refers to an apparatus for collecting garbage and debris from the ground to apply to a motor-sweeper, wherein the broom for collecting garbage always remains adherent to the ground and the space between the garbage conveyor assembly toward the collecting container and the broom, and between the broom and the container remains uniform despite the wear of the brooms. Thus, the cleaning capability is not lost and the machine efficiency is improved.
Object-gathering apparatus
A self-propelled object-gathering apparatus includes a chassis, a drive system coupled to the chassis and configured to traverse the apparatus over a surface, and a receptacle coupled to the chassis. The apparatus also includes a sweep assembly coupled to the chassis and rotatable with respect to the chassis. The sweep assembly is configured to transfer objects from the surface into the receptacle by mechanical action on the objects, and without the use of negative pressure or vacuum suction acting on the objects during the transfer, in response to rotation of the sweep assembly.
Sweeping machine with side loading broom
A vehicular sweeping machine includes a frame and a broom assembly that is mounted to the frame. The broom assembly includes a broom enclosure, a left hub that is mounted on a left hub mount arm, and a right hub that is mounted on a right hub mount arm. A broom is mounted between the left hub and the right hub. An outer tube is attached to the rear of the broom enclosure and to one of the left and right hub mount arms. An inner tube has a fixed end that is attached to the left or right hub mount arm to which the outer tube is not attached. The inner tube also has a free end that is adapted to slide within the outer tube. A linear actuator is attached between the broom enclosure and the left or right hub mount arm to which the fixed end of the inner tube is attached. The linear actuator is adapted to move the hub mount arm to which it is attached between an inner position in which the broom is engaged with the left hub and the right hub and an outer position in which the broom is disengaged from one or both of the left hub and the right hub.
Street sweeper
An industrial street sweeper attachment removably attaches to a prime mover with a quick coupler and has a forward debris collecting hopper mounted on the front of a rotary brush compartment having a floating sweeping brush therein. The debris collecting hopper is hingedly attached to the brush compartment and has a linkage therebetween having a lifting arm and a lifting hydraulic cylinder which can remotely lock the debris collecting hopper to the brush compartment to receive swept debris from the rotary sweeping brush and can be remotely lifted to an open position for discharging debris.
Lawn Sweeper
In accordance with one aspect, a lawn sweeper for being towed by a lawn tractor including a body, a rotatable brush mounted to the body, and a motor for rotating the brush independently of the rotation of at least one wheel of the lawn sweeper. The lawn sweeper further includes a remote control for being operated by a user of the lawn tractor to control the motor. In another aspect, a lawn sweeper having a pair of wheels rotatable about a wheel axis, a body shiftable between raised and lowered positions relative to the wheels, and brush mounted to the body and rotatable about a brush axis. The brush axis is substantially vertically aligned with the wheel axis when the body is in the raised position and the lowered position.
Adjustable-width modular broom assembly for sweeping machine
A vehicular sweeping machine that is adapted to rotate a broom about a substantially horizontal axis to sweep material into a broom conveyor of fixed width is provided with a modular broom assembly that can accommodate a broom of a first length and a broom of a second length that is longer than the first length. The modular broom assembly includes a primary broom enclosure that is adapted to accommodate the broom of the first length, and an extension assembly that includes broom extension components which are adapted to be installed on the primary broom enclosure to increase the width of the primary broom enclosure to accommodate the broom of the second length, and to direct material swept by the broom of the second length into the broom conveyor.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR LITTER COLLECTION AND REMOVAL
The present invention relates to an object collection apparatus with a lightweight and robust support structure. An adjustable object engaging mechanism affixed to the front enables adaptation to diverse collection scenarios, while a configurable, durable collection receptacle at the rear accommodates various object sizes. A stepped transport conveyor system, powered by a motor, moves objects to the receptacle. An energy management system houses power generation and storage units, with an option for renewable energy sources. Operational parameters are managed via a control interface, and an optional self-leveling mechanism ensures efficiency on uneven terrain.
Cleaning device
A cleaning device with a frame can be driven on a ground surface and with a vibrating screen which is mounted on the frame such that it can be moved to a limited extent and which is connected to a contact element. A vibrating roller is attached to the frame such that it can be rotated about a rotary axis, and it has an outer surface, in which radial elevations are formed. A pre-tensioning element pre-tensions the vibrating screen such that the contact element lies against the vibrating roller.
