An apparatus for collecting and disposing pet waste comprises a sleeve having a body and a cover which collective define an uninterrupted cavity. The sleeve has an openable member, the body has an open terminal end, and the cover has an eyelet for dispensing bags. The apparatus has a receptacle removably secured within the cavity. The receptacle has a closed end on one side and a lid comprising a cap on the other. The cap has a snap projection and the lid has a snap groove to allow the cap to be snapped opened and closed. A length of the receptacle is greater than a length of the body such that when the receptacle is secured within the cavity, at least a part of the lid extends beyond the terminal end and the closed end is adjacent the openable member such that a waste bag roll can be placed thereon.

A bag dispenser having a housing adapted to receive plastic bags. The housing has a front end, a back end that is spaced apart from the front end, a top side, a bottom side that is spaced apart from the top side, a left side, a right side that is spaced apart from the left side, a front opening that is disposed at the front end, and a pair of back openings that are disposed at the back end. The pet leash extends outwardly through an opening in the upper housing. A pickup mechanism containing a flexible containing element is held by mechanical elements secured in an open lower housing. An open plastic bag is inserted and held within the flexible containing element and a pair of flexible lines is connected between the lever and the pickup mechanism so that moving the lever to a closed position closes the flexible containing element and the plastic bag to pick up solid pet waste. In the closed position a user may carry the device and dispose of the plastic bag and solid pet waste, when desired, by moving the lever to the open position.

A combination pet leash and sanitary solid pet waste pickup device has a body with an upper housing having a carrying handle, a lever rotatably held in a guide and a retractable leash mechanism mounted therein. The pet leash extends outwardly through an opening in the upper housing. A pickup mechanism containing a flexible containing element is held by mechanical elements secured in an open lower housing. An open plastic bag is inserted and held within the flexible containing element and a pair of flexible lines is connected between the lever and the pickup mechanism so that moving the lever to a closed position closes the flexible containing element and the plastic bag to pick up solid pet waste. In the closed position a user may carry the device and dispose of the plastic bag and solid pet waste, when desired, by moving the lever to the open position.

A pet waste collection bag encloses an open-topped chamber with compartmentalized spaces for aiming waste bag dispenser and retaining filled pet waste bags. The traction rope reel is used for winding and mounting a traction rope on the traction rope reel, at least one side of the dung picking clamp is provided with an opening with a size large enough to mount the traction rope reel into the dung picking clamp or take the traction rope reel out of the dung picking clamp through the opening, the dung picking clamp is fixedly connected with the handle, the trigger buckle is rotatably mounted on the handle, the trigger buckle is connected with the driving assembly connected with the dung picking clamp, and the trigger buckle is used for driving the driving assembly to be close to or far away from the handle under an action of external force.

A pet traction and dung picking integrated device comprises a traction rope reel, a dung picking clamp, a handle, a trigger buckle and a driving assembly. The traction rope reel is used for winding and mounting a traction rope on the traction rope reel, at least one side of the dung picking clamp is provided with an opening with a size large enough to mount the traction rope reel into the dung picking clamp or take the traction rope reel out of the dung picking clamp through the opening, the dung picking clamp is fixedly connected with the handle, the trigger buckle is rotatably mounted on the handle, the trigger buckle is connected with the driving assembly connected with the dung picking clamp, and the trigger buckle is used for driving the driving assembly to be close to or far away from the handle under an action of external force.

A re-usable pooper scooper device and a dog leash comprising same are disclosed. The pooper scooper device is easily manufactured, compact and less cumbersome to carry than those of the prior art, and is particularly useful for collecting faeces from challenging ground surfaces.
