Pet Refuse Collecting Device with Hand Operated Scooping Plate
A pet refuse collecting device which is designed particularly around animal waste or excrement embodies a moveable metal plate in coordination with a moveable disposable plastic plate with a specially constructed paper bag to create a scooping action to collect waste. The device can move from a 180-degree non-use position to a 90-degree use position with rotation controlled by a two-part lever below the handle that operates the clamping mechanism closing the steel plate into the disposable plastic plate and specially constructed paper bag.
WASTE COLLECTION ATTACHMENT FOR VACUUM OF LEAF BLOWER AND METHOD OF USE
A waste collection device including a compartment for receiving pet waste or other waste. The device is attached to the end of a leaf blower, hand vacuum, or other device which provides suction. Accessories may be included which allow universal mounting to most or all types of vacuums and leaf blowers. A removable filter bag may be included for cleaner removal of waste.
Hygienic pulling waste collector
A hygienic pulling waste collector includes a frame with a leg, two frame arms coupled to the leg, a frame handle coupled to the leg, a rod coupled to the two frame arms, and two claws rotatably coupled to the rod and also attached to the two frame arms. The collector also includes a puller assembly having a puller handle, a puller frame, two puller arms coupled to the puller frame and attached to the two claws, and a spring coupled to the puller frame and the rod. The collector further includes a first locking member mounted to the leg, and a second locking member unevenly mounted to the rod. The puller frame is adapted to move inside the cavity disposed the leg. The first and second locking members each include a cover made of flexible material and incorporate a through cut.
Assistive cane and reach extension combination device
An assistive cane and reach extension combination device for improved stability and reach includes a shaft. A handle that is coupled to and extends from of the shaft is configured to be grasped in a hand of a user, positioning the shaft to transfer a load from the handle to a surface upon which the user is positioned. A bar that is hingedly coupled to the shaft proximate to the handle is selectively positionable in a stowed configuration, wherein the bar is substantially parallel to the shaft, and a deployed configuration, wherein the bar is selectively positionable transversely to the shaft. In the deployed configuration the bar and the shaft are configured to insert an article. An actuator that is coupled to the shaft is operationally coupled to the bar so that the actuator is positioned to selectively motivate the bar toward the shaft to grasp the article.
Cane or walking stick retrieving tip
A retrieving tip for a cane or walking stick that provides the user a means to retrieve objects from a walking surface. The device employs a single moveable finger contained within the tip that can be extended for use with the user's foot. The finger when extended may be guided by the user to slip beneath an object to be retrieved and secured between the finger and tip body when the cane or walking stick is pushed downward against the walking surface. The tip may be furnished on new canes and walking sticks or as a replacement tip on existing canes or walking sticks. No maintenance or adjustments are required.
DEVICES AND METHODS FOR COLLECTING WASTE
The disclosed technology includes a device for collecting animal waste. The device can comprise a collection portion, an inner shaft, and a rotating blade assembly configured to rotate a blade to collect the waste into the collection portion. The inner shaft can be affixed to the collection portion such that the waste collector can remain upright without the assistance of the user. Furthermore, the collection portion can be configured to retain collected waste until the waste is emptied. The blade can be modified to collect different types of waste on various surfaces.
Pet waste collecting device
A pet waste collecting device including a telescopic shaft assembly, a dispensing assembly, a scooping assembly and a handle assembly is disclosed. The telescopic shaft assembly can be retracted or expanded for easy use by users of all heights. The dispensing assembly is mounted onto the telescopic shaft assembly and is adapted to hold a granular material therein. When necessary, the granular material held therein is released to cover the pet waste for easier collecting thereof. The dispensing assembly is adapted to expand or retract along with the telescopic shaft assembly. Importantly, the handle assembly is mounted on a distal end of the telescopic shaft assembly. On an opposite distal end of the telescopic shaft assembly the scooping assembly is mounted thereon. Upon usage of the handle assembly the scooping assembly is controlled in order to open or close the scooping assembly to collect and later dispose of pet waste.
Waste catching device
A waste catching device includes an elongated rod having a first end and a second end. A handle is coupled to the first end the elongated rod. The handle includes a lever. A head is coupled to the second end of the elongated rod 18. The head includes a claw having a first pivoting arm and a second pivoting arm. A spring biases distal ends of the first pivoting arm and the second pivoting arm together. Bands couple the lever to proximal ends of the first pivoting arm and the second pivoting arm. The claw includes an open position and a closed position. The open position includes the lever actuated to pull the first pivoting arm and the second pivoting arm away from one another, and a closed position includes the lever released.
SCOOPER ASSEMBLY
A scooper assembly has a scoop container attached to the end of a hiking stick and a bag-retainer for retaining a roil of waste collection bags. The container is configured with a set of teeth that extend out from the bottom of the inlet opening and an outlet opening on the back of the container is configured for dumping feces from the container. The container is configured to retain a bag around the back outlet opening. The bag-retainer has a slot for pulling the end of the roll of bags therethrough, bag-teeth to aid in tearing a bag off from the roll, and a cleat and tray for holding a filled bag. A light-mount is configured to allow positioning of a light in any direction and a detachable rake may be alternately used to collect feces. A receptacle for personal articles and for pepper spray is provided.
ANIMAL WASTE EXTRACTION DEVICE
An animal waste extraction device including a gripper having a plurality of fingers movable between an open position and a closed position, each finger having a retainer proximate an end of the finger adapted to be selectively heatable to a first temperature. In response to the plurality of fingers being in the closed position and surrounding an animal waste, a layer surrounding the animal waste and separating the animal waste and the plurality of fingers, the finger retainers being heatable to the first temperature sufficient to at least partially melt the layer proximate the finger retainers, the layer forming an enclosure surrounding the animal waste.
