PLOW ASSEMBLY
20220136191 · 2022-05-05 ·

A snow plow having a wing that is rotatably coupled to a side of a primary plow, and configured to rotate about a first axis substantially parallel to the side of the primary plow. A portion of the wing is operable to rotate about a second axis that is non-parallel to the first axis, where the portion is operable to rotate upward about the second axis relative to the ground in response to the wing encountering an obstruction. A snow plow having a receiver coupled to a surface of the primary plow and an actuator coupled to the receiver. The receiver allows the snow plow to move proximally and distally with respect to a vehicle.

CONVERTIBLE SNOW PLOW
20230295888 · 2023-09-21 ·

A convertible snow plow comprises a support frame having a forward end and a rearward end, the rearward end adapted to be mounted to a vehicle, a pair of plow blades hinged together along inboard ends of the blades at a hinge at the forward end of the support frame, an actuator having opposite ends, one end connected to the support frame, and a two-position linkage connected to the other end of the actuator and to at least one of the blades. When the linkage is in the first position the blades are in a straight blade configuration and the actuator is operable to position the blades in straight blade forward, straight blade left, and straight blade right positions, and when the linkage is in the second position the blades are in a V-blade configuration and the actuator is operable to position the blades in forward swept V and rearward swept V positions.

Triangular Snow Shovel
20230332363 · 2023-10-19 ·

A triangular-shaped snow shovel and a snow removal method are described. The snow shovel can include a reinforced handlebar, equipped with a soft foam grip, the handlebar extends to the snow shovel attached with two pins and two clicks to hold the snow shovel. The snow shovel has two sides that end in a rounded shape in the shape of skies to prevent the shovel from getting stuck. The method may include the triangular snow shovel and a different method of removing snow without it accumulating in front of the shovel due to its triangular shape which causes snow to come off one side of the shovel.

SNOWPLOW ASSEMBLY AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
20230279627 · 2023-09-07 ·

A snowplow assembly for attachment to a vehicle, comprising a first plow blade assembly and a second plow blade assembly, connectable to each other by a hinge; a support assembly fixedly couplable to the first plow blade assembly; and wherein the first and second plow blade assemblies are configured to be angularly adjustable relative to at least a portion of the support assembly.

Multi-position snowplow blade with translatable trip edge

A V-blade for a snowplow, a snowplow incorporating the V-blade and a method of use thereof. The blade includes left and right wings engaged with a central shaft. A trip edge is provided on each wing and includes a lower section of moldboard, a cutting edge, and snow shield engaged with an upper section of the moldboard via a biasing assembly. The assembly biases the trip edge into alignment with the upper section. When an obstacle on the surface is struck by the trip edge, the trip edge pivots relative to the upper section about a horizontal axis extending along a shaft of the biasing assembly. A translation assembly causes the trip edge to move laterally in a first direction away from the central shaft and parallel to the vertical axis extending therealong. The trip edge returns to its original position under spring force.

SNOWBANK DECONSTRUCTING SYSTEM

An autonomous snowbank deconstructing system includes an autonomous vehicle, one or more boom arms coupled to the autonomous vehicle, and a dulled shovel component coupled to the one or more boom arms. The autonomous vehicle is configured to autonomously gather loose debris to form one or more debris piles with repetitive, low-impact contact of the dulled shovel component with the loose debris, and autonomously deconstruct accumulated debris with repetitive, low-impact contact of the dulled shovel component with the accumulated debris.

Snowbank deconstructing system

A snowbank deconstructing system includes a dulled motorized instrument configured to make repetitive, low-impact contact with accumulated snow. The dulled motorized instrument is configured to be safe to human touch during the repetitive, low-impact contact with the accumulated snow.

Smooth Push Interference Free Snow Shovel
20220282438 · 2022-09-08 ·

A hand operated snow shovel that will smoothly transition over expansion joints and uneven heights between adjacent surfaces due to the unique design of the leading edge of the blade. The leading edge of the invention is set at an angle to the centerline of the blade to create an offset which effectively makes the leading edge wider than an expansion joint opening and prevents the leading edge from dropping into the expansion joint. In addition, the leading corner of the blade is curved upwards higher than the acceptable height differences in uneven adjacent surfaces. The upwards curve creates a lifting surface for the blade which will cause the leading edge to raise as it is pushed forward allowing the leading edge to smoothly transition from a lower surface to a higher surface as the blade is pushed forward.

WIDTH-ADJUSTABLE SCRAPER BLADE DEVICE
20220243411 · 2022-08-04 · ·

The scraper blade device is adjustable in width and can be used for cleaning a roadway surface. It includes a main transversal support and an elongated moldboard. The moldboard includes two partially overlapping elongated moldboard units. The scraper blade device also includes a plurality of blade segments that can be tilted with reference to one another to follow profile variations of the roadway surface. This, among other things, allows the efficiency of the cleaning to be preserved even when the scraper blade device becomes very large when fully extended.
