The auxiliary material moving assembly is configured to be mounted on a material moving machine. The auxiliary material moving assembly comprises at least one attachment arm, preferably at least two foldable or rotatable attachment arms, and at least one material moving element. The material moving machine includes a snowplow, snow plow-blower, or other material moving machine. Preferably, the auxiliary material moving element comprises one or more snow cutter, snow beater, screw-like auger, auger, ribbon-cutter, rotary fan, impeller, rotary (sweeping) broom, blower, scraper, paddle or other mechanical device that permits handling, removal and management of snow, ice and/or other materials.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MOVING AND REMOVING WINTER CONTAMINANTS FROM AIRFIELD AND ROADWAY PAVEMENTS USING A SYSTEM OF ATTACHMENTS
A system for removing contaminants from a surface, attached to a vehicle movable in a first direction. The system includes a first scraper for removing contaminants from a surface. A first conveyor system includes a continuous track element for conveying the contaminants removed from the surface in a second direction that is not aligned with the first direction. A second scraper removes contaminants from the surface and is positioned between the first conveyor and the vehicle. A second conveyor system is positioned between the vehicle and the second scraper and includes a continuous track element for conveying the contaminants removed from the surface in a third direction that is not aligned with the first direction. An ice and compact breaker is positioned between the first conveyor system and the second conveyor system. The ice and compact breaker includes a plurality of teeth for breaking the contaminants on the surface.
SNOW PLOW-BLOWER
A snow plow-blower operates as a snow plow, snow blower/thrower or as a snow plow-blower combination. The snow plow-blower includes a plow head blade and at least one blower door. The cavity contains a snow moving means, single, dual, or multi staged, for moving snow, ice and other materials out through at least one discharge chute and/or at least one opening. The blower door is adapted to move to an open configuration to expose said cavity, and from the open configuration to a closed configuration to thereby prevent snow, ice and other material ingress into the snow blower unit. Preferably, at least one retractable and extendable wing is located on the plow head blade to advantageously provide varying closed and open extended position configurations or positions for the removal of snow, ice or other material and debris.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CONVEYING SNOW ALONG THE WIDTH OF A DISPLACEMENT SNOWPLOW
A system for removing contaminants from a surface. The system being attached to a vehicle that is movable in a first direction. The system including a first scraper for removing contaminants from a surface and a first conveyor system including a continuous track element for conveying the contaminants removed from the surface in a second direction wherein the second direction is not aligned with the first direction.

DRIVING SYSTEM FOR DRIVING AT LEAST ONE AUGER OF A SNOW REMOVAL DEVICE, A SNOW REMOVAL DEVICE PROVIDED WITH SUCH A DRIVING SYSTEM, A KIT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SUCH A DRIVING SYSTEM, A METHOD FOR INSTALLING SUCH A DRIVING SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF COMPONENTS OR PARTS OF THE DRIVING SYSTEM
A driving system for driving at least one auger of a snow removing device comprising at least one at least one self-adjusting chain tensioner. A first portion of the driving system is positioned within an auger housing and a second portion of the driving system is positioned outside the auger housing. The roller chain is adapted to move across a third opening provided in the auger housing. The first portion is covered by a front guard to prevent snow or debris contained in the auger housing to contact said first portion. The front guard is provided with an opening adapted to surround a portion of a shaft element of the auger with a play between periphery of the opening and the periphery of a corresponding portion the shaft element. The play is either small enough to prevent water and or debris to enter the first casing, or filled with a filling element and/or covered with a sealing element secured to the front guard or the corresponding portion of the shaft element of the at least one auger, to have the play small enough to prevent water and/or debris to enter the first casing. The second portion prevent snow or debris present around the snow removing device to contact the said second portion. A snow blower provided with the driving system, a kit comprising parts and/or components of the driving system, a method for assembling the driving system, and a method for manufacturing some components or parts of the driving system.

Snow discharge diverter
The plowing of streets and roadways in areas with snowy climates is typically done with a labor intensive manually operated snow removal apparatus mounted on a vehicle designed to push the snow off the roadway. A long standing problem is that there may be areas near the roadway, such as, driveways, mailboxes, crosswalks, cross streets, and fire hydrants that should not be blocked or covered with discharged snow. The present invention is an apparatus and a method by which the snow removal apparatus can be operated automatically without the need for manual intervention, to avoid throwing discharged snow on areas that would be undesirable to block or cover with snow.
