SELF-PROPELLED MACHINE
A self-propelled machine includes a drive motor, a handle having two grips, an electromechanical converting device, and a speed adjusting element configured to move relative to the handle to adjust a rotational speed of the drive motor and configured to be operated by a user when the user holds one of the two grips with a single hand. The speed adjusting element is disposed between the two grips. The electromechanical converting device is configured to convert a positional change of the speed adjusting element into an electrical signal for adjusting the rotational speed of the drive motor. The speed adjusting element is movable between a first position and a second position. The rotational speed of the drive motor when the speed adjusting element is in the first position is greater than the rotational speed of the drive motor when the speed adjusting element is in the second position.
SYSTEM TO REMOVE SNICE FROM PAVEMENT AND METHOD THEREFOR
A system that is towed behind a vehicle to remove snice from pavement. The system includes a trailer. The trailer includes a longitudinal substantially rigid frame structure, a trailer hitch connected to a front end of the trailer for selective connection-disconnection to the vehicle, and a suspension appliance connected to a rear portion of the trailer to separate at least a rear portion of the frame structure from the pavement. At least two additive snice removal tools are connected to the frame structure and located underneath the trailer and over the pavement, each of the tools enabling a different type of snice removal from the pavement when towing the system behind the vehicle to remove snice from the pavement.
ENDLESS SCREW ROTOR SYSTEM, SNOWBLOWER PROVIDED WITH SUCH A SYSTEM, KIT FOR ASSEMBLING THE SAME, AND CORRESPONDING METHODS OF MANUFACTURING, ASSEMBLING AND OPERATING ASSOCIATED THERETO
A snowblower for blowing snow, the snowblower comprising a propulsion assembly being operatively disposed about a fluid passage for propelling the snow. The snowblower also comprises a pallet assembly being operatively connected to the propulsion assembly for assisting in the propelling of the snow to be blown, the pallet assembly comprising at least one pallet component being rotatable about a main pivot axis, said at least one pallet component comprising base and distal components, the base component being mountable about the main pivot axis of the pallet assembly, and the distal component being made of a flexible material capable of elastic deformation, said distal component being further positioned, shaped and sized for allowing the passage of debris to pass by between a distal edge of the distal component and a complementary component of the fluid passage.
SNOW THROWER
A snow thrower includes a motor, an auger driven by the motor to rotate, a handle device for a user to operate, an auger housing for containing the auger and a frame for connecting the handle device and the auger housing. The auger housing is made of at least two different materials.
EXTENSIBLE SNOWBLOWER
The present disclosure concerns a snowblower, comprising an auger housing configurable in a compacted configuration and in an extended configuration wherein a length of the auger housing is greater in the extended configuration than in the compacted configuration; and an auger assembly mounted to the auger housing and comprising a telescopic drive shaft assembly including first and second shaft sections slidably mounted to each other to substantially conform to the length of the auger housing in each configuration; and snow-gathering devices mounted to the first and second shaft sections and rotatable therewith. It also concerns a walk-behind snowblower assembly and a motorized snowblower assembly comprising such a snowblower.
BRUSH RETROFIT FOR A SNOW REMOVAL VEHICLE
A brush retrofit for mounting behind a snow plow blade of a snow removal vehicle includes a base frame, a stationary brush assembly movably mounted to the base frame, a retrofit mount configured to secure the base frame to a support structure of the snow removal vehicle behind the snow plow blade, a brush elevation actuator that when activated moves the stationary brush assembly relative to the base frame between a raised storage position and a lowered in-use position, and a retrofit mount configured to secure the base frame to a support structure of the snow removal vehicle behind the snow plow blade.
EXTENDABLE AND FLEXIBLE SNOW THROWING DEVICE
An extendable and flexible snow thrower includes a handle, an extendable section, and an end section. A power unit is also integrated into one of the components of the snow thrower. The power unit includes a rechargeable battery. The snow thrower also includes the handle which is composed of an ergonomic shape and material that aids in comfortable use. In addition, the expendable section is flexible for directional disposal of snow or ice. Furthermore, the end section includes a rotary brush with a heating element. Heat from the heating element is radiated through metallic protrusion(s) situated in between bristle(s). The radiated heat may aid in loosening the snow or ice from an operational surface. The loosened snow or ice is routed through the end section for disposal.
AUTONOMOUS PATH TREATMENT SYSTEMS AND METHODS
An autonomous path treatment system and associated path treatment method uses a mobile path recording device having a locator, a processor and firmware to capture a sequence of coordinates and directions of travel of a path as the mobile device is moved along the path and generate a path program file. The system also has an autonomous path treatment robot having: a treatment mechanism for treating the path; a controller having a processor and memory storing firmware that when executed obeys steps of the path program file to control the motor and the treatment mechanism to treat the path; and a server configured to execute a path program to process the captured sequence of coordinates and directions into the path program file containing instructions for controlling the autonomous path treatment robot to treat the path based upon the coordinates.
Snow thrower and steering method thereof
The disclosure provides a snow thrower and a steering method thereof. The snow thrower includes a chassis, a wheel assembly, a working assembly, a power assembly and a battery assembly. The wheel assembly is connected with the chassis and includes wheels arranged at both sides of the chassis. The working assembly is connected with the chassis and includes an auger assembly and an impeller assembly. The auger assembly includes an auger and a auger housing at least partially accommodating the auger. The impeller assembly includes an impeller and an impeller housing at least partially accommodating the impeller. The power assembly includes a motor and is connected with the working assembly to drive the working assembly to work.
