Horizontal shaft electric powerhead
An electric powerhead includes a housing including a mounting plate including a shaft opening and a plurality of first openings arranged in a standard horizontal shaft engine mounting pattern. The housing also includes a base including a plurality of second openings arranged in a standard horizontal shaft engine support pattern. The electric powerhead further includes an electric motor positioned within the housing, where the electric motor includes an output shaft that extends through the shaft opening of the mounting plate and where the output shaft is configured to rotate about an axis of rotation.
ELECTRIC SNOWBLOWER
Disclosed is a two-stage electric powered snowblower. It has an auger, a blower, and a main drive shaft. A first electric motor is operably coupled to the drive shaft to rotate the drive shaft at a desired speed. The drive shaft is operably coupled to the auger to rotate the auger. The auger rotates to pull snow into the snowblower housing so that it can be forced out of a chute in the desired direction. A second electric motor is operably coupled to the blower to drive the blower at a desired speed which is typically higher than the speed of the auger. The second electric motor is mounted adjacent the first electric motor. The blower is operably coupled to the second electric motor. The drive shaft extends through the second electric motor the blower.
AN APPARATUS FOR HANDLING LOOSE MATERIAL
Disclosed herein is an apparatus for handling loose material being mounted to or mountable on a forward end of a prime mover, the apparatus having a frame which is configured to suspend a plurality of rotary tools therefrom for cutting and/or moving material and at least one tool being configured so as to be able to direct the material in a pre-determined direction relative to a forward movement of the prime mover.
SNOW THROWER
A snow thrower is provided and includes: a snow removal system and a power system configured to drive the snow removal system to work. The power system includes a first motor. The snow removal system includes a transmission shaft, an auger assembly in transmission connection with the transmission shaft, and a snow throwing impeller mounted to the transmission shaft. An output shaft of the first motor is connected with the transmission shaft directly, so that when the first motor rotates, power is transmitted to the transmission shaft through the output shaft, so as to drive the auger assembly to rotate.
SNOW THROWER IMPELLER
Provided is a snow thrower impeller assembly (24) that defines a mounting slot (84) for a wiper (70). The wiper includes a wiper portion (86) that slides into the mounting slot to mount the wiper to the impeller (54). The wiper contacts an interior wall (56) of an associated impeller housing during rotational operation of the impeller in order to limit a gap (74) between an impeller blade (66) and the interior wall. The wiper can move radially inward and outward to remain in contact with the interior wall without input from the operator. Another embodiment of the impeller assembly includes impeller blades with a first portion (116) and a second portion (118). The second portion extends at a non-zero angle from the first blade portion of the impeller blade. Methods of improving the efficiency of the snow thrower are also provided.

SNOW PLOUGH
A snow plough includes a driving source, an auger housing, a rotating shaft to be driven and rotated by the driving source within the auger housing, and an auger arranged within the auger housing and to be driven and rotated via the rotating shaft. The auger includes a snow-collecting blade located at least on one side in a width direction of the auger, the snow-collecting blade collecting snow toward a center of the auger in the width direction, and a snow-throwing blade located at the center of the auger in the width direction, the snow-throwing unit casting snow collected by the snow-collecting blade by a centrifugal force and discharging snow to an outside via a chute. The snow-throwing blade includes an outer circumferential snow-throwing plate rotating along an outer circumferential region positioned outside an inner circumferential region, the inner circumferential region being a non-snow-throwing region within the auger housing.

SNOW REMOVAL MACHINE
A snow removal machine is provided which may prevent ejection of snow collected by a snow-collecting unit to an outside and may perform efficient snow removal. A snow removal machine includes a driving source, an auger housing, a rotating shaft to be driven and rotated by the driving source within the auger housing, and an auger arranged within the auger housing and to be driven and rotated via the rotating shaft, the auger includes snow-collecting blades located on both sides in a width direction of the auger and collecting snow toward a center of the auger in the width direction and a snow-throwing blade located at the center of the auger in the width direction, casting snow collected by the snow-collecting blades by a centrifugal force, and discharging snow to an outside via a chute, and the snow-collecting blades are rotated at a lower speed than the snow-throwing blade.
