COMPACTING POWER TOOL
A compacting power tool comprising: a housing; a motor; a reciprocating drive mechanism coupled to the motor; and a compacting foot coupled to the reciprocating drive mechanism and configured to engage a surface to be compacted; and a controller configured to receive at least one motor signal and to determine a change in the operational load of the motor based on the received at least one motor signal when the compacting foot is not engaging the surface to be compacted.

Device for compacting a substrate
A device for compacting a substrate, comprising an under carriage with a base arranged on the under carriage; a superstructure which is connected to the under carriage so as to transmit a force; a vibration exciter, by means of which at least the base of the undercarriage can be caused to vibrate and a contact plate, which is arranged on the base, said contact plate being arranged on a base lower face facing away from the superstructure such that the contact plate directly contacts the substrate to be compacted during the operation of the device. The contact plate and the base are connected together in a non-destructively releasable manner so as to transmit a force.

Hydraulic pole tamper handle assembly and adapter kit
A hydraulic pole tamper handle kit having an extended ergonomic handle including a frame and hose clamps to extend the life of the hose by securing the hoses to the frame and to improve the handle, orientation, safety, and usability of the pole tamper. The pole tamper is used to tamp or compact the dirt around a pole which has been set into a hole in the ground to fixedly secure the pole vertically in the ground.

PLATE COMPACTOR
A compactor includes a plate, a frame coupled to the plate, and an exciter assembly coupled to the plate and including an exciter shaft, an exciter pulley on the exciter shaft, and an eccentric weight on the exciter shaft. The compactor also includes a motor coupled to the frame and having an output shaft and a drive pulley on the output shaft, a belt wrapped around the exciter pulley and the drive pulley at a minimum tension value for transferring torque from the drive pulley to the exciter pulley, causing it to rotate, and a sensing circuit configured to detect if the tension in the belt is below the minimum tension value.
