Tip with protrusions for a ground displacement operation for a foundation pile

A tip is described which extends axially along a central longitudinal axis and is configured to displace the ground when the tip is being rotated about its central longitudinal axis during a ground displacement operation for a foundation pile. The tip comprises a tip body; several spiral-shaped ribs protruding from the tip body; and several protrusions arranged to the ribs. The protrusions comprise a point which is arranged such that, during rotation of the tip about its central longitudinal axis, the point of the protrusion is ahead of the rib to which the protrusion is arranged. The tip body, the ribs and the protrusions are made as a single-piece casting.

Multifunctional wall clamping device of static piling machine

A multifunctional wall clamping device includes a wall-clamping platform, a main body, and a wall-pressing device, wherein the main body has a center hole. The wall-pressing device includes a wall-pressing hydraulic cylinder disposed on an upper support, and a jacking cylinder disposed on a lower support. The wall-clamping platform includes two U-shape pincer boxes with a same geometry and a U-shaped horizontal cross section. The U-shape pincer boxes are arranged with openings facing each other on the same axis to form a combination with a rectangular cross section. A piston rod of the wall-pressing hydraulic cylinder is connected to a top of the wall-clamping platform such that the wall-clamping platform is vertically suspended in the center hole. Outside walls of the wall-clamping platform include roller wheels, which can roll on inner walls of the center hole and inner walls of rectangular columns of the upper support and the lower support.

A concentrically loaded foundation pier system which includes several concentrically stacked steel pipes filled with concrete. The entire pier is installed centrally beneath the footing of the structure. Shims are placed between the top-most pier element and a pier cap which prevents shifting when the soil expands and contracts. The final structure is end-loaded and pressed to the bedrock or other load-bearing strata. An alternative embodiment includes a temporary lifting assembly which can be fastened about the structural pier without need for bolts or other fasteners.

Water-permeable pipe pile system capable of accelerating soil consolidation and method of using the same

Disclosed is a water-permeable pipe pile system capable of accelerating soil consolidation. The system includes a hollow pile, an aerating device, and a drain device. Holes are evenly distributed on the wall of the pile, the bottom of the pile is closed, and a gas-tight gland is provided on the top of the pile. The aerating device includes a gas pipe and a gas pump, the lower end of the gas pipe passing through the gas-tight gland and extending into the cavity of the pile, and the upper end thereof connected to the gas pump. The drain device includes a drain pipe and a water pump, the lower end of the drain pipe passing through the gas-tight gland and extending towards the bottom of the cavity of the pile, and the upper end thereof connected to the water pump. Combining advantages of a water-permeable pipe pile and features of the high-pressure gas splitting technology, the water-permeable pipe pile system can accelerate dissipation of excess pore water pressure in the surrounding soil mass and rapidly increase the skin friction of the pile. Requirements on the bearing capacity of pipe piles and the service life of a construction are thus satisfied and desirable economic effects are achieved. Besides, the method of using the system is simple.
