The system includes an airless reservoir for holding iodine, an iodine source connected to the reservoir for providing the iodine, a dispersal device for dispersing the iodine from the reservoir into an environment, and an electronic controller connected to the iodine source and the dispersal device for controlling the iodine source and the dispersal device. The method includes providing iodine from an iodine source to an iodine reservoir and dispersing the iodine from the reservoir into an atmosphere with an iodine dispersal device, wherein providing and dispersing the iodine is controlled by an electronic connecter.
Sanitization of an article using in situ electrolysis
A system, comprising: a chlorine source in form of an electrolysis unit to generate an in-situ generated active chlorine; wherein a concentration of perchlorate is not more than half of a concentration of chlorate; and pH of a fluid containing in-situ generated active chlorine is more than 7.4; a buffer tank to store a concentrate of in-situ generated active chlorine as a free available chlorine (FAC); a fluid distribution system to supply FAC in form of an in-use fluid to the cabinet; wherein the system is configured to clean and disinfect an article with the fluid while complying with national and international standards for food safety, operator's safety and regulatory requirements regarding the use of biocides.
Dry fog production and application methods and systems
A method of treating a biological surface. The method includes a first generator dispersing a first dryfog within a sealed chamber, then exhausting the first dry fog from the sealed chamber. Further the first generator or a second generator dispersing a second dry fog within the sealed chamber, then exhausting the second dry fog from the sealed chamber.
MOVING HANDRAIL STERILIZING APPARATUS
Disclosed is a moving handrail sterilizing apparatus. The moving handrail sterilizing apparatus includes: a moving handrail; a first sterilizing unit which is disposed so as to be in contact with one side of the moving handrail and wipes away foreign substances on a surface of the handrail; a sterilizing panel which is disposed on one side of the first sterilizing unit and irradiates the first sterilizing unit with ultraviolet rays and plasma; a second sterilizing unit, which is spaced a certain distance from the first sterilizing unit along the direction in which the moving handrail moves, is provided below the moving handrail and provides a sterilizing agent to the moving handrail; and an air blower fan which is disposed between the second sterilizing unit and the moving handrail and blows air so that the sterilizing agent is uniformly supplied to the moving handrail.
DEODORANT COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING ZINC AND ERYTHRITOL
Embodiments include formulations for topical administration of sugar alcohol to treat a skin condition such as athlete's foot, a yeast infection, jock itch (Tinea cruris), a toe nail infection, diaper rash, diaper candidiasis, ringworm (Tinea capitis), impetigo, erythrasma, pitted keratolysis, trichomycosis and sphingomonas paucimobilis. The formulation can include a moisturizer, an emollient, a sugar alcohol and zinc. In aspects, the sugar alcohol is erythritol with zinc chloride at a molar ratio of about 3:1. Embodiments also include erythritol-zinc antimicrobial coatings for personal use products.
