Exhaust fan for preventing air pollution
An exhaust fan for preventing air pollution includes a main body and at least one gas detection module. The main body is configured to form an airflow-guiding path and includes a gas guider and a filtration and purification component disposed in the airflow-guiding path. The gas guider introduces an air convection for guiding an air pollution source contained in an air to pass through the filtration and purification component so as to filter and purify the air pollution source. The at least one gas detection module is disposed in the airflow-guiding path for detecting the air pollution source and transmitting gas detection data.
Sterilizer for car by using HOCL and control method thereof
A sterilizer for a vehicle includes a controller, a supply water storage configured to accommodate water required for generating hypochlorous acid water (HOCL) under control of the controller, an HOCL generator configured to generate HOCL by using water accommodated in the supply water storage under the control of the controller, and a sprayer configured to inject the HOCL generated in the HOCL generator to the vehicle under the control of the controller.
SANITIZING AND DISINFECTING SUBSTRATES LOADED WITH HYPOCHLOROUS ACID SOLUTION
Sanitizing and disinfecting substrates loaded with, or to be loaded with a stable liquid HOCl solution are disclosed. The substrates may be a multi-ply laminate of a nonwoven fabric material having first and second outer layers of a normally hydrophobic synthetic polymer polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and/or polyester (PET) fibers, and an inner layer of synthetic polymer PET fibers and/or organic polymer fluff pulp. The layers may be bonded together by adhesive bonding, chemical bonding or thermal bonding. A container is provided for receiving and storing the substrates and for subsequently dispensing the substrates. A combination container and substrates is provided for receiving and storing the substrates and subsequently dispensing substrates loaded with the HOCl solution or to be loaded with the HOCl solution. Substrates may be pre-moistened with the HOCl solution and disposed within the container, or alternatively, disposed within the container and subsequently moistened with the HOCl solution.
APPARATUS FOR GENERATING DRY MIST
A dry mist generating apparatus has a housing, an ultrasonic transducer, a fan inducing airflow within the plastic housing, a diffuser plate for directing airflow, increasing velocity, and decreasing pressure, at least one opening for releasing the resulting dry mist, and a reservoir for capturing droplets that exceed 4 microns. A dry mist system may include one or more sensors, communication devices, and processors, which are all configured to monitor and automatically sanitize a given area in response to a triggering event, such as detecting airborne pathogens. Separate zones may be defined, with each having at least one sensor and/or a dry mist generating apparatus. Some dry mist systems may be sized so as to be portable and placeable on a desk or counter with a swappable reservoir.
METHOD AND PRODUCTS FOR GENERATION OF DISINFECTANT COMPOSITIONS
A method and products are provided for in situ generation of a disinfectant composition for the treatment of organic matter. The method comprises bringing together a first reagent (12) and a second reagent (14) via a membrane (15) to generate the disinfectant composition. A pouch (10) for use in the method comprises a first section (11) for housing the first reagent (12) and a second section (13) for housing the second reagent (14). The pouch (10) further comprises a membrane (15) adapted in use to permit the first reagent (12) and the second reagent (14) to be brought together, thereby to generate the disinfectant composition. The pouch (10) can be incorporated into the structure of a bag (17) or packaging having a chamber for the organic matter, the pouch (10) being arranged such that the generated disinfectant composition is dispensed into the chamber.
Method for removing organic pollutants from water bodies by activating persulfate with nutrient-enhanced soybean sprout-based biochar
A method for removing organic pollutants from water bodies by activating persulfate with nutrient-enhanced soybean sprout-based biochar involves a method for removing organic pollutants from water bodies by activating persulfate with biochar. The invention is intended to solve the technical problems that existing biochar materials show poor catalytic activity when used for activating persulfate and requires the addition of a large amount of modifiers, which easily leads to secondary pollution to the environment, and the existing biochar materials are susceptible to interference from halogen ions, oxoanions, and natural organic matters in a persulfate system. The raw material of a catalyst used in the invention is soybean, and has an activation process mainly based on non-radical activation, exhibiting high reaction rate and saving persulfate. With the addition of 0.2 g/L catalyst and 0.5 mM potassium persulfate, the degradation efficiency against 10 mg/L phenol can reach 100% within 10 min.
