CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A first pinhole is formed in a first member in a section facing a second member. A second pinhole is formed in the second member in a section facing the first member. A connecting pin is inserted into the first pinhole and the second pinhole from the side of the machine center. A coming-off prevention mechanism includes a coming-off prevention lever. The coming-off prevention lever can abut the inner end surface of the connecting pin. The coming-off prevention lever is supported by the second member to be able to move between an abutting position of abutting the inner end surface of the coupling pin and a non-abutting position of not abutting the inner end surface.
I-LOCK COUPLER
A quick coupler which features a safety mechanism which facilitates ease of use and assures safe use in the workplace by use of hydraulic circuits designed to automatically reset the safety locking mechanism on intentional removal of a front pin, including use of a 2-line hydraulic supply to the coupler.
Cross-link assembly for a dangling worktool for a machine
A cross-link assembly for a dangling worktool may include a frame configured to connect to a grapple, the frame having spaced apart arms; a pin movably engaged with the spaced apart arms, the pin having an abutment portion; and a lock member movably engaged with the frame. The lock member may be configured to engage with the abutment portion and have a lock portion configured to engage with a lock element provided on the grapple.
Multi-coupling device with pressure relief circuit
The present invention relates to a multi-coupling device of the plate type for the simultaneous connection of a plurality of hydraulic, electric and pneumatic lines through quick couplings. The device according to the present invention is characterized in that it comprises bayonet coupling means which allow the coupling of the two plates by means of the relative sliding of the mobile plate with respect to the fixed plate. By virtue of the presence of a dedicated hydraulic circuit which connects the female couplings of the fixed plate to one another, the multi-coupling device according to the present invention allows to separate the step of coupling of the plates from the step of hydraulic connection of the male and female couplings.
EXCAVATING IMPLEMENT HEADING CONTROL
An excavator comprises a chassis, an implement, and an assembly comprising a boom, a stick, and a coupling. The assembly is configured to define a heading {circumflex over (N)} and to swing with, or relative to, the chassis about a swing axis S. The stick is configured to curl relative to the boom about a curl axis C. The implement is coupled to a stick terminal point G via the coupling and is configured to rotate about a rotary axis R such that a leading edge of the implement defines a heading Î. An excavator control architecture comprises sensors and machine readable instructions to generate signals representative of {circumflex over (N)}, an assembly swing rate ω.sub.S about S, and a stick curl rate ω.sub.C about C, generate a signal representing a terminal point heading Ĝ based on {circumflex over (N)}, ω.sub.S, and ω.sub.C, and rotate the implement about R such that Î approximates Ĝ.
Quick coupler with hydraulic coupling manifold
A coupling assembly for releasably mounting, and hydraulically coupling, a tool to a work machine. The coupling assembly includes a mount attachable to the work machine and configured to receive the tool in a mounted position of the tool, a rigid retaining body movable in translation relative to the mount along a translation axis between a retaining position for retaining the tool to the mount and a release position for releasing the tool from the mount, a first and a second actuator operable to move the retaining body between the retaining and release positions, and a hydraulic coupling manifold movable in translation relative to the mount along the translation axis for hydraulically coupling the tool to the machine, wherein the hydraulic coupling manifold uses the first and second actuators as guides for moving along the translation axis.
Self-locking attachment coupler
The coupler is mounted on the end of the boom of a boom-tractor, and provides secure locking-in of a bucket. The coupler having been set to its latched-open condition, the tractor is driven to the bucket so that the bottom-lug of the bucket enters the coupler, whereupon the bucket is picked up and is automatically securely locked into coupler, without and manipulation of the coupler being required of the tractor-driver other than manipulation of the boom. For setting the bucket down on the ground, after use, the driver manually pulls out a slider of the coupler. That action sets the coupler into its slider-held condition, whereby when the tractor is driven away from the bucket, the coupler is automatically left set in the said latched-open condition.
Implement system for machine
An implement system is adapted for use with a machine including an implement and a fork assembly. The fork assembly having one or more loading members includes a first upright portion, a second upright portion, and a crimped portion. Further, the crimped portion interconnects the first upright portion and the second upright portion. A mounting device is configured to support the implement and the fork assembly. Further, the mounting device includes a first side plate and a second side plate. A first transverse member is disposed between the first side plate and the second side plate. A second transverse member is disposed between the first side plate and the second side plate, such that the one or more loading members of the fork assembly are pivotally connected to the second transverse member.
Implement and method for controlling the implement
The present disclosure relates to an implement connectable to a working vehicle. The implement includes an arm, a fastening arrangement arranged at a first part of the arm, and an attaching arrangement connected to a second part of the arm. The fastening arrangement is connectable to the working vehicle. The attaching arrangement is attachable to a working tool. The implement further includes a first hydraulic circuit configured to carry hydraulic fluid to at least one first hydraulic function and a local control element. The implement further includes a digital interface to the working vehicle. The local control element is arranged to receive an operator control signal via said digital interface for operator control of the at least one first hydraulic function.
COUPLER FOR AN IMPLEMENT ASSEMBLY
The present invention is related to a coupler for detachably coupling to a work tool is provided. The coupler includes a frame with a first aperture formed therein. The first aperture extends along a first axis inclined with respect to a transverse axis of the frame. The coupler further includes a first locking member provided within the first aperture. The coupler also includes an actuator configured to move the first locking member between an unlocked position in which first locking member is disengaged from the work tool, and a locked position in which the first locking member is engaged with the work tool.
