System for Controlling the Position of a Work Implement
A system for controlling a ground engaging work implement includes a machine position sensor, a work surface position sensor, a work implement position sensor, and a controller. The controller determines the position of the machine, determines the topography of the work surface, determines a location of a pre-task trigger location adjacent the task start location, and determine a position of the lowest surface of the ground engaging work implement. The controller generates traverse signals to propel the machine from the task end location towards the task start location, generate work implement height signals to maintain the lowest surface of the ground engaging work implement at or above the traversing threshold height as the machine travels from the task end location towards the task start location, and generate work implement lowering signals to lower the work implement to the pre-task threshold height after the machine passes the pre-task trigger location.
REGENERATION VALVE FOR A HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
A regeneration valve includes a housing defining a first port, a second port, a third port, and a chamber fluidly communicating with the first, second, and third ports. The chamber has a valve element movable between a first position, in which the second port fluidly communicates with the first port, and a second position, in which the second port fluidly communicates with the third port. A resilient member biases the valve element towards the first position. In operation, a flow restrictor element moves between the first port and the second port for restricting fluid flow from the second port to the first port. At a predetermined flow rate between the second port and the first port, if a supply pressure of fluid at the actuation chamber exceeds the bias of the resilient member, the valve element moves to the second position for fluidly communicating the second and third ports.
Scarifier Assembly
A scarifier assembly for connection to a vehicle, including right and left housing assemblies, each of which includes a first and second pivots. The scarifier assembly has a pivotal arm assembly having a rear cross member with a forward extending right end connected to the first pivot of the right housing assembly and a forward extending left end connected to the first pivot of the left housing assembly. A plurality of elongate teeth are removably connected to a plurality of flanges that are connected to the rear cross member. A right lift actuator is pivotally connected to the second pivot of the right housing assembly and pivotally connected to the forward extending right end of the pivotal arm assembly, and a left lift actuator is pivotally connected to the second pivot of the left housing assembly and pivotally connected to the forward extending left end of the pivotal arm assembly.
MODULAR MANIFOLD HAVING AT LEAST TWO CONTROL MODULES FOR CONTROLLING OPERATION OF AT LEAST TWO HYDRAULIC ACTUATORS OF AN EARTHMOVING MACHINE
A control module for controlling an operation of a hydraulic actuator that is associated with an earthmoving machine includes a body. The body has a spool chamber and a load sensing passageway associated with the spool chamber. The body also has a spool positioned axially, and at least partially, within the spool chamber. The spool is spring-biased by an end cap located at a first end of the body. The body also has a pair of electrohydraulic spool actuators that are located at a second end of the body and. operable to axially displace the spool within the spool chamber. The pair of spool actuators are positioned in parallel and disposed adjacent to one another. The body also has an inlet chamber disposed parallel to the spool chamber and in selective fluid communication with the spool chamber via a spool supply passageway.
Motor grader with mid-mount scarifier system
A motor grader including a frame and a scarifier system coupled to the frame. The scarifier system includes a first pin member and second pin member both coupled to the frame and interconnected to one another. The scarifier system also includes a first and second arcuate drawbar arms in spaced relation and coupled to the first pin member and a carriage. An actuator is coupled to the first arcuate drawbar arm and the second pin member to rotate the carriage about a pivot axis of the first pin member.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINE EQUIPPED WITH DOZER
Provided is a construction machine equipped with a dozer and capable of holding the dozer in an upper position. The construction machine includes a dozer cylinder that brings the dozer into rotational movement, a first cylinder pin, a first connection member joined with an end of the first cylinder pin and defining a first through-hole, a second cylinder pin, a second connection member joined with an end of the second cylinder pin and defining a second through-hole, and a fixing member to be detachably connected to the first and second connection members to interconnect them and thereby fix the dozer in the upper position.
Frame assembly for machine
A frame assembly for a machine includes a main frame and a crossmember. The main frame includes first pair of rails and a second pair of rails laterally spaced from the first pair of rails. Each of the first pair of rails and the second pair of rails includes a first rail and a second rail vertically spaced from the first rail. The crossmember includes a first flange connected to both the first rail and second rail of the first pair of rails. The crossmember further includes a second flange connected to both the first rail and the second rail of the second pair of rails.
Grading device for skid steer equipment
A grading device is attachable to skid steer equipment. The device is fashioned as a standard bucket attachment secured to a box or dozer blade. The bucket attachment is configured to secure to the universal attachment arm of skid steer equipment.
WORK VEHICLE AND WORK VEHICLE MONITORING SYSTEM
A work vehicle monitoring system includes a work vehicle and a monitoring device provided on an exterior of the work vehicle. The work vehicle includes a steering clutch, a rotary member having a first hydraulic fluid supply channel, a drive unit, a support member having a second hydraulic fluid supply channel, a sealing ring disposed between the first hydraulic fluid supply channel and the second hydraulic fluid supply channel, a controller that controls a pressure of a hydraulic fluid inside the first hydraulic fluid supply channel and the second hydraulic fluid supply channel, and an external output component that outputs data related to the pressure, a rotational speed, and a time. The monitoring device accepts the data from the external output component and outputs maintenance information about the sealing ring when a predicted wear amount of the sealing ring obtained from the determination basis data exceeds a specific threshold.
