Work tool attachment for a work machine
A work machine comprising a frame and a ground-engaging mechanism, the ground-engaging mechanism configured to support the frame on a surface, a boom assembly coupled to the frame, the boom assembly having a pair of boom arms pivotally coupled to the frame and moveable relative to the frame by a pair of boom hydraulic cylinders, an attachment coupler coupled to a distal section of the boom arms, and an attachment. The attachment comprises a work tool. The work tool is coupled to the C-frame. A pair of first C-frame sections are pivotally coupled to the frame of the work machine, and a second C-frame section is pivotally coupled to the attachment coupler, wherein actuating the pair of boom hydraulic cylinders engages the boom arms, pitching the attachment upwards or downwards.
EXCAVATOR BLADE CYLINDER
Disclosed embodiments include power machines with a lower implement pivotally coupled to an undercarriage frame by a lower lift arm structure and which include one or more cylinders or actuators that are operable to pivot the lower lift arm structure and lower implement relative to the undercarriage frame. A configuration of the one or more cylinders which mounts the cylinders behind the lower implement, with attachments to the undercarriage and to the lower lift arm structure at positions which allow the cylinders to be surrounded and protected by the undercarriage, reduces damage to the cylinders during operation.
AUTOMATED MATERIAL SPREADING SYSTEM
A vehicle may be configured to recognize a material pile and locate the material pile within a physical environment. The vehicle may also determine various characteristics or properties associated with the material pile and, based on the determined characteristics, define one or more tasks associated with spreading the material over a defined region according to defined spreading parameters.
Work tool attachment for a work machine
A work machine extending in a fore-aft direction comprising a frame and a ground-engaging mechanism, the ground-engaging mechanism configured to support the frame on a ground surface; a boom assembly coupled to the frame, the boom assembly having a pair of boom arms pivotally coupled to the frame; and an attachment coupled to a fore-section of the boom arms. The attachment may comprise a guide rigidly coupled to a fore-section of the frame; a movable member coupled to the guide, the movable member moveable relative to the frame by a pair of hydraulic cylinders, the guide restricting movement of the movable member in a non-vertical direction; and a work tool coupled to the movable member wherein actuating the pair of hydraulic cylinders engages the movable member, vertically lifting or lowering the work tool relative to the frame.
VERTICALLY ADJUSTABLE ADAPTOR FOR A WORK VEHICLE IMPLEMENT
An adaptor configured to move a work vehicle implement includes a work vehicle portion that includes a first receiver interface configured to couple to a work vehicle. The first receiver interface includes at least one receiver locking feature configured to non-movably couple the work vehicle portion to the first connector interface. The adaptor also includes a work implement portion moveably coupled to the work vehicle portion and a second connector interface configured to couple to a second receiver interface of the work vehicle implement. The adaptor also includes a track system comprising a slot disposed within the work vehicle portion and a slider disposed on the work implement portion, wherein the slider is configured to move along the slot, and at least one actuator configured to actuate the work implement portion with respect to the work vehicle portion along a guide path.
Construction Machine
Provided is a construction machine that can prevent a machine body from being lowered without placing a blade in a floating state when the machine body is jacked up, even if the operator performs an erroneous operation, and that can perform favorable leveling work by placing the blade in the floating state when the machine body is not jacked up. A hydraulic excavator includes a pressure sensor that detects the pressure in a bottom-side oil chamber of a blade cylinder, and a controller that switches between validation and invalidation of a floating command and a lowering command for a blade operation device. In the case where the pressure detected by the pressure sensor is less than a predetermined value, the controller switches a solenoid selector valve to an interruption position to invalidate the floating command when a forward stroke of the operation lever is equal to or more than a reference value. In the case where the pressure detected by the pressure sensor is equal to or more than the predetermined value, the controller holds the solenoid selector valve in a communication position to validate the floating command when the forward stroke of the operation lever is equal to or more than the reference value.
GRADE CONTROL HAVING REAL TIME CYLINDER STOP LENGTHS
A work vehicle includes a work implement operatively connected to a frame through an actuator having a cylinder and a piston rod. Control circuitry is operatively connected to the actuator and includes a processer and a memory, wherein the memory is configured to store program instructions and the processor is configured to execute the stored program instructions to: identify one of an initial retracted reference position of the piston rod based on an initial minimum retracted distance or an initial extended reference position of the piston rod based on an initial maximum extended distance; identifying an end of stroke position of the piston rod after identifying one of the initial retracted reference position of the piston rod or the initial extended reference position of the piston rod; and moving the work implement with respect to the work vehicle based on a work implement command modified by the identified end of stroke position.
Grading device for skid steer equipment
A grading device is attachable to skid steer equipment. The device is fashioned as a standard bucket attachment secured to a box or dozer blade. The bucket attachment is configured to secure to the universal attachment arm of skid steer equipment.
Work machine grading control system
A mobile work machine includes a frame and a ground engaging element movably supported by the frame and driven by an engine to drive movement of the mobile work machine. The mobile work machine includes a movable element movably supported by the frame to move relative to the frame and an actuator coupled to the movable element to controllably drive movement of the movable element. The mobile work machine includes a sensor that detects an operation characteristic and generates a sensor signal, indicative of the operation characteristic and a grade control system that receives the sensor signal from the sensor and determines a spillage metric, based on the sensor signal. The mobile work machine also includes a control system that generates an actuator control signal based on the spillage metric. The control signal is indicative of a commanded movement of the actuator. The control system controls the actuator to perform the commanded movement.
