VERTICALLY ADJUSTABLE ADAPTOR FOR A WORK VEHICLE IMPLEMENT
An adaptor configured to move a work vehicle implement includes a work vehicle portion that includes a first receiver interface configured to couple to a work vehicle. The first receiver interface includes at least one receiver locking feature configured to non-movably couple the work vehicle portion to the first connector interface. The adaptor also includes a work implement portion moveably coupled to the work vehicle portion and a second connector interface configured to couple to a second receiver interface of the work vehicle implement. The adaptor also includes a track system comprising a slot disposed within the work vehicle portion and a slider disposed on the work implement portion, wherein the slider is configured to move along the slot, and at least one actuator configured to actuate the work implement portion with respect to the work vehicle portion along a guide path.
Work vehicle
A lift cylinder is attached to a center part of a vehicle body in a vehicle width direction. The lift cylinder causes a work implement to move up and down. A supporting member is attached to the center part of the vehicle body in the vehicle width direction and extends upward from the vehicle body. An imaging device is supported by the supporting member and captures images of a region in front of the vehicle body. A penetrating part is formed in the supporting member. The lift cylinder is disposed through the penetrating part.
CROWNING GRADER ASSEMBLY
A crowning grader assembly connects with a machine to grade a road or driveway. The crowning grader assembly has a rear drive mount and a forward drive mount. The grader assembly is configured to be selectively connected to the machine and be pushed forward from the rear drive mount or be connected to the machine and be pulled forward from the forward drive mount. The grader assembly has components that allow the blade of the grader assembly to be moved or set to a desired angle through the use of various actuators to set a desired crowning angle of the blade to impart to the road during operation of the grader assembly.
BULLDOZER
A bulldozer includes a blade disposed in front of a vehicle body. First and second cameras are disposed to the left and right of the vehicle body, respectively. A first optical axis of the first camera faces forward and downward. The first camera overlaps a left crawler belt as seen in a plan view of the bulldozer and is arranged to capture a first image of a gap between a lower edge of the blade and the left crawler belt. A second optical axis of the second camera faces forward and downward. The second camera overlaps a right crawler belt as seen in a plan view of the bulldozer and is arranged to capture a second image of a gap between a lower edge of the blade and the right crawler belt. A display is configured to display the first and second images side-by-side.
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR WORK VEHICLE, AND METHOD FOR SETTING TRAJECTORY OF WORK IMPLEMENT
A control system for a work vehicle includes a controller. The controller decides a target profile of a work site. The controller generates a command signal to move a work implement according to the target profile. The controller acquires the load to which the work vehicle is subjected. The controller modifies the target profile according to the magnitude of the load. The controller generates a command signal to operate the work implement according to the modified target profile.
SAND BUNKER RAKE AND INFIELD GROOMER APPARATUS
A sand bunker rake/infield groomer vehicle having a frame; a plurality of wheels to traverse a driven surface, wherein the wheels are rotatably mounted to the frame; a power source mounted to the frame; and a rear attachment structure attached to the frame, wherein the rear attachment structure provides a joint enabling rotation; a bracket including a shaft wherein the bracket is configured to cooperate with an associated rake/grooming attachment; and a pivoting bracket mounted to the frame.
Track vehicle with fluidly damped idler recoil system
A track vehicle includes: a frame; a rotatable driving wheel carried by the frame; a track engaged with the driving wheel; an idler wheel engaged with the track; a tensioner coupled to the idler wheel to force the idler wheel into engagement with the track; a recoiler coupled to the tensioner; and a fluid damper attached to the frame and coupled to the tensioner and the recoiler. The fluid damper includes: a fluid chamber having two ports; a piston coupled to at least one of the tensioner and the recoiler within the fluid chamber; and a restriction circuit fluidly connected to the ports and configured to form a closed fluid circuit. The restriction circuit permits a substantially unrestricted fluid flow through the closed fluid circuit when the piston moves in one direction and a restricted fluid flow through the closed fluid circuit when the piston moves in the opposite direction.
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR WORK VEHICLE, CONTROL METHOD, AND WORK VEHICLE
A control system for a work vehicle includes a controller. The controller receives actual topography information of a work target. The controller determines a design surface that is positioned below the actual topography. The controller generates a command signal to move the work implement along the design surface. The controller determines if slip of the work vehicle has occurred. The controller raises the design surface when the blade tip of the work implement is positioned below an initial target surface when the slip occurs. The initial target surface is the design surface before the occurrence of the slip.
BLADE LEVELLING APPARATUS WITH PROVISION FOR MOUNTED ACCESSORIES
The present invention is directed to levelling apparatus, typically as used on tractors, excavators and skid-steer vehicles, and references the levelling assembly and mounting options including directly to the existing blade of vehicles as well as other mounting arrangements. Preferred embodiments of a levelling apparatus include a blade body portion and body mounting portion connected by an arrangement of fixed and adjustable linkages, preferably hydraulic, to allow movement of the blade body portion (relative to the body mounting portion) in substantially an up and down direction, as well as rotational movement about an axis perpendicular to the general plane of an attached blade.
GUARD RAIL SYSTEM
A guard rail system is provided. The guard rail system includes a bracket portion adapted to at least partially surround at least a portion of a track of a machine. The guard rail system includes at least one retention device provided in association with the bracket portion. The at least one retention device is adapted to removably affix the bracket portion to the portion of the track. The guard rail system also includes at least one receiving unit located on the bracket portion. The guard rail system further includes a rail member adapted to be removably affixed to the at least one receiving unit.
