HYPOCHLOROUS FOGGING OR MISTING APPARATUS AND METHODS
A disinfecting device is easy to use and can be easily mounted in a dental operatory or other similar environment. The device can include a removable solution chamber attached to a base unit. The solution chamber can be a refillable chamber or a disposable chamber. The base unit can receive pressurized air, typically from a standard connection present in the dental operatory, or a dental chair, or the like. The pressurized air can be used to deliver a mist or an electrostatic fog of the solution in the solution chamber out of a nozzle. A hose can connect the base unit with the nozzle. In use, the user can turn on the system and use an activation/deactivation mechanism to deliver the atomized mist or fog to all surfaces in the room.
Method for recycling superabsorbent polymer derived from used absorbent article and recycled superabsorbent polymer derived from used absorbent article
A method of recycling superabsorbent polymers derived from a used absorbent article, the method including: treating the superabsorbent polymers with ozone water after inactivation; reactivating, with an alkaline aqueous solution, the superabsorbent polymers treated with the ozone water; and adding hydrophilic fine particles to the superabsorbent polymers reactivated with the alkaline aqueous solution and then drying the superabsorbent polymers.
Removal of Pathogens in an Environment
A method for providing a reduced pathogen environment is provided. The method includes providing a decontamination fluid and micro-aerosolizing the decontamination fluid within the environment for a predetermined period of time based on a volume of air in the environment, wherein the micro-aerosolized decontamination fluid has a particle size of between about 0.2 and about 1 micron.
PROCESS FOR DISINFECTION AND PROTECTING SURFACES FROM CONTAMINATION
A process for disinfecting a surface comprising at least two steps, step i) comprises applying a first disinfectant to the surface to kill microorganisms and viruses on the surface; and step ii) comprises applying an antimicrobial solution to the disinfected surface to form a prophylactic film to prevent microbial growth. An optional step iii) of testing or monitoring the surface for contamination is also provided.
Disinfectant Fogger
This present invention relates to a novel disinfectant fogger device and a disinfecting solution contained therein for disinfecting or sanitizing an enclosed space. The disinfecting solution is intended to kill germs, bacteria, viruses and other harmful microbes. The disinfectant fogger device is comprised of an aerosol container, the disinfecting solution, and a lock top nozzle that is repositionable from a first position to a second position by depressing the nozzle and then twisting it in a select clockwise or counterclockwise direction. Once activated, the pressurized disinfecting solution is released into the air, thereby killing germs, bacteria, viruses and other harmful microbes from all surfaces in the enclosed space.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DISINFECTING FOOD PACKAGING
Disclosed is a method for disinfecting packaging. In certain aspects, the method comprises placing the packaging in a contacting chamber and directly contacting the packaging with gaseous ozone for a time interval, wherein the time interval is sufficient to substantially reduce pathogens on the packaging. In certain embodiments, the time interval is from about 3 seconds to about 30 seconds. In certain aspects, the gaseous ozone is comprised of from about 6% to about 12% ozone and the time interval is sufficient to substantially reduce pathogens on the packaging.
COVID-19 DISINFECTANT HAND-HELD PORTABLE MISTING SPRAYER SYSTEM METHOD AND DEVICES
The embodiments disclose a method including providing a hand-held portable misting sprayer for applying HOCL to surfaces of objects for destroying airborne and surface contacted COVID-19 SARS-CoV-2 virus and other viruses, coupling a portable rechargeable battery to the hand-held portable misting sprayer for supplying power to operate elements of the hand-held portable misting sprayer, coupling a reservoir to the hand-held portable misting sprayer for containing a volume of HOCL for processing in spraying operations, coupling a motor to the hand-held portable misting sprayer for pressurizing HOCL through a spray nozzle for creating a mist, coupling electronic processing and communication modules to the hand-held portable misting sprayer and components for gathering, recording, processing data gathered, and transmitting the data to external digital devices wirelessly, and providing a hand-held/portable misting sprayer app for use on user digital devices for receiving and processing data transmitted from the hand-held portable misting sprayer.
Room Sanitization System
A disinfecting system for a room having at least a first and second wall defining a room dimension including a housing having a reservoir containing a disinfecting fluid, a nozzle assembly including a nozzle and a nozzle controller for dispensing the disinfecting fluid into a room, and a pump for communicating the disinfecting fluid from the reservoir to the nozzle assembly. A controller controls the dispensing of the disinfectant. A dispensing profile controls the dispensing of said disinfectant. The dispensing profile utilizes the dimensions of the room as instructions for the central controller to identify the range for dispensing the disinfecting fluid. The central controller utilizes the dispensing profile instructions for manipulating either the pump, fan or nozzle assembly to dispense a desired volume of the disinfectant fluid at a range as identified by the dispensing profile. Wherein the amount of sanitization fluid dispensed will remain in a fluid state within the room constituting a dwell time of at least between one minute and ten minutes.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR STERILIZING STERILIZATION FILTER UNIT
To sterilize a sterilization filter unit with heated steam, minimize the heat load on the sterilization filter unit and extend the service life of the sterilization filter unit.
Heated steam is supplied to a sterilization filter unit that sterilizes supplied air, the temperature of the heated steam discharged from the sterilization filter unit is measured at predetermined time intervals, the F value is calculated from the measured temperature, and sterilization of the sterilization filter unit is ended when the F value reaches a target value.
DECONTAMINATION APPARATUS AND DECONTAMINATION METHOD
A decontamination apparatus is configured to perform decontamination for at least one of microorganisms and viruses present inside an object to be decontaminated. A particle removal filter is attached to the inside of the object to be decontaminated. The decontamination apparatus is equipped with a vapor generator unit and a pump. The vapor generator unit is configured to generate vapor containing peracetic acid without heating and without releasing mist. The pump is configured to suck the vapor from the exhaust side of the particle removal filter and to supply the vapor to the air supplying side of the particle removal filter. This decontamination apparatus is used in a state where the decontamination apparatus is disposed outside the object to be decontaminated.
