DUAL BLADE IMPLEMENT SYSTEM
20180163367 · 2018-06-14 · ·

An implement system for a machine includes a primary blade and a secondary blade coupled to the primary blade through a linkage mechanism such that the secondary blade is trailing the primary blade. The implement system includes an actuator which controls a movement of the secondary blade. The implement system includes at least one position sensor which generates signals indicative of a position of the primary blade and a position of the secondary blade. The implement system further includes a controller which is in communication with the primary blade, the secondary blade and the position sensor. The controller receives the signals indicative of the position of the primary blade and the position of the secondary blade. The controller operates the actuator to control the movement of the secondary blade based on the position of the primary blade and secondary blade.

Simplified Bucket Articulated Rake Attachment
20180155899 · 2018-06-07 ·

An articulated rake assembly attachable to an excavating vehicle having a bucket. The rake assembly has a rake mechanism adapted and constructed to retain material having a certain size. A reciprocating mechanism operationally connects the rake mechanism to the bucket of the vehicle, and is adapted and constructed to selectively reciprocate the rake mechanism with respect to the bucket, thereby selectively retaining material. The rake mechanism configurable to have either or both a push orientation and a gather orientation.

Skid loader attachment including a rotatable and extendable claw
09976280 · 2018-05-22 ·

An attachment for a skid loader includes a base configured to attached to a loader arm of the skid loader, a rotatable coupling attached to the base on a side opposite the loader arm, and a claw portion attached to the rotatable coupling. The claw portion includes a stationary jaw and a pivoting jaw. The pivoting jaw pivotable with respect to the stationary jaw about a pivot rod. The pivoting jaw is coupled to the rotatable coupling via a hydraulic cylinder such that movement of the pivoting jaw about the pivoting rod is effected by actuation of the hydraulic cylinder.

ATTACHMENT ASSEMBLY FOR CLAMPING BUCKETS AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS THEREOF

The present disclosure relates to an attachment assembly configured to be removably coupled between a first jaw and a second jaw of a clamping bucket. The attachment assembly includes a pair of sidewalls spaced from each other in a first direction and at least two structural beams spaced from each other in a second direction. Each of the first sidewall and the second sidewall includes a first connection interface configured to be removably coupled between the front jaw and the rear jaw, a retention arm configured to interconnect to a back surface of the rear jaw, and a second connection interface configured to interface with a working tool. The attachment assembly can also include a reaction arm configured to be arranged adjacent a bottom surface of the front jaw of the clamping bucket.

Excavator shearing implement
09932720 · 2018-04-03 ·

A shearing implement for use with an excavator has a thumb having a grasping side and a cutting side and being pivotably attachable to the boom. A shearing blade member is pivotably attached to the cutting side of the thumb. A linear actuator has a first end attached to the shearing blade member and a second end attachable to the boom or the thumb so that extension and retraction of the linear actuator causes the shearing blade member to rotate relative to the thumb.

Hose caddy for powered implements mounted on loaders
09927048 · 2018-03-27 ·

A hose caddy is pivotally mounted on a powered implement connected to the boom arms of a loader to control the positioning of hydraulic hoses or electrical wiring. The hose caddy is formed with an elongated retention member that provides for the detachable mounting of a first support member at the upper end and a second support member at the lower end. Each support member has a detachable hose clamp member for engaging the hoses and controlling the positioning of the hoses relative to the retention member. The retention member is pivotally connected to an implement mounting bracket by a pivot pin. A spring biasing mechanism mounts on the pivot pin to bias the pivotal movement of the implement mounting bracket toward the retention member. A bunk defacing apparatus is also disclosed to facilitate the operation of dislodging and collecting silage material from a compacted bunker of silage material.

Apparatus and method for enhanced grading control
09920501 · 2018-03-20 ·

A rollered grading assembly, including an elongated roller drum, an axle extending through the drum, an elongated housing partially enclosing the drum and connected to the axle, an elongated blade connected to the housing, a pivot rod perpendicular to the axle and connected to the housing, a coupler connected to the housing, and a pivot actuator connected to the coupler and housing. The coupler has a proximal end connected to the housing portion and positioned adjacent the roller drum and a spaced distal end extending away from the housing. Movement of the distal end a first distance while the proximal end remains stationary urges the housing to pivot around the drum and move the blade portion a second, shorter distance into a desired position relative grade.

FLOW RATE CONTROL APPARATUS OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR

A flow rate control apparatus for construction equipment includes: a boom cylinder driven by hydraulic fluid; a first control valve for controlling a hydraulic fluid flow supplied to the boom cylinder; an option actuator driven by hydraulic fluid; a second control valve for controlling a hydraulic fluid flow supplied to the option actuator; a boom cylinder manipulation lever and an option actuator manipulation lever; a confluence line selectively confluence the hydraulic fluid supplied to the boom cylinder with the hydraulic fluid of the option actuator; a center bypass switching valve provided at the furthest downstream side of a fluid supply path of the first hydraulic pump; a confluence switching valve selectively opening and closing the confluence line; a confluence selection valve applying a pilot pressure to the confluence switching valve; and a controller for controlling the confluence selection valve.
