Connection system for coupling an implement to a work vehicle with alignment indicator system
A connection system for coupling an implement to a work vehicle. The connection system includes a receiver assembly of the implement, which couples the implement to a connector assembly of the work vehicle. An implement frame includes a first end having a mounting portion and a second end coupled to a mounting assembly of the implement frame. The mounting portion of the implement frame couples the implement directly to a frame of the work vehicle. The receiver assembly is directly coupled to the implement frame. An alignment indicator system provides a visual indication of alignment of the receiver assembly with the connector assembly.
Removable Tool Assembly For Construction Machines
The invention relates to a removable tool assembly for a backhoe digging apparatus of a construction equipment machine having spaced apart parallel first and second fastening pins, said removable tool assembly including an attachment mechanism for releasably attaching said removable tool assembly onto the backhoe digging apparatus, the attachment mechanism including:—a first attachment element having first receiving areas adapted to receive the first fastening pin, and—a second attachment element having second receiving areas adapted to receive the second fastening pin, wherein the second attachment element is movable relative to the first attachment element between a first position, in which the first and second fastening pins can be removed from the first and second receiving areas.
SKID DEVICE ATTACHABLE TO LOADER BUCKET, LOADER BUCKET ASSEMBLY FOR MOVING MATERIAL, AND METHOD THEREOF
A skid device and a loader bucket assembly includes the skid device, which include a ski-shaped base plate. The skid device is attachable to a front end of a loader bucket including a plurality of mounting holes for securing an accessory, such as an edge plate and a toothbar, to a bottom side of the loader bucket at a front side thereof, with a portion of the accessory extending forwardly of a front edge of the loader bucket when the accessory is mounted to the loader bucket. The skid device is also attachable to the loader bucket without the accessory mounted thereto. Two or more skid devices can be attached to the front end of the loading bucket to enable it to move materials on the ground.
Utility whisker broom
A first work tool arm is rotatably attached to a frame or reference structure, a second work tool arm rotatably attached to the first work tool arm, and a work tool attached to an end of the second work tool arm. An actuator and a spring are each rotatably attached to the second work tool arm and configured such that separate movement of the first work tool arm relative to the frame or reference structure and movement of the second work tool arm and work tool relative to the first work tool arm are achieved with actuation of the actuator.
Mobile material sifter
The concepts, systems and methods described herein are directed towards a device sifting soils. The device is provided to including: a frame having open areas at top, bottom, and rear side; a plurality of wheels coupled to the frame; a first screen coupled to the frame, wherein the first screen has a grid to receive material for sifting; a vibrating unit coupled to the first screen, wherein the vibrating unit is configured to vibrate the first screen such that small objects and dirt in the material pass through the screen and the open areas of the frame and the large objects in the material fall off from the first screen at a first side of the sifting device; and a tow hitch to be coupled to a vehicle, the vehicle pulling the sifting device using the tow hitch.
Hydraulic power shovel with tamping function
A hydraulic power shovel includes a frame, a power cylinder, a hydraulic installation, and a control unit. The frame is configured to support a turret equipped with an arm terminated by a tool, such as a bucket having a tamping surface. The power cylinder is linked to the arm and is configured to press on the turret. The hydraulic installation includes an adjustable flow pump configured to supply the power cylinder via a slide valve and a hydraulic liquid tank. The control unit is linked to (i) a control member actuated by the operator and configured to generate a control signal, and (ii) a sensor configured to generate a sensor signal corresponding to a pressure and temperature of hydraulic liquid in the power cylinder. A vapour pressure diagram of the hydraulic liquid is available in the control unit.
LOCKING ARRANGEMENT FOR A CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
An arrangement for a construction machine includes a machine frame; and an articulated boom. The articulated boom is arranged on the machine frame. The articulated boom includes a proximal arm that is mounted in an articulated manner to the machine frame and a distal arm that is connected in an articulated manner to the proximal arm. The arrangement is configured to be operated in an operational mode, in which the proximal arm and the machine frame are interlocked.
SPECIALTY CONCRETE REMOVER
A concrete removing apparatus comprises a claw, a cleaving blade, and a bracket. The claw generally has a lower portion, a back portion, and an upper portion. The lower portion generally has a bottom surface, a sloped top surface, and extends forward from the back portion. The upper portion generally extends forward from the back portion partially overhanging the bottom portion and forming a locking notch defined by a front edge of the back portion, a bottom surface of the upper portion, and the top surface of the bottom portion. The cleaving blade is generally attached to a rear surface of the back portion of the claw. The bracket is generally mounted on a top surface of the upper portion of the claw and configured to pivotally connect the bracket to an arm and a hydraulic cylinder of a construction machine.
Modular backscreen for implement
Disclosed embodiments include backscreens, backscreen accessories for implements of power machines, and implements including the same. In the backscreens or backscreen accessories, a first backscreen portion is attached to a frame of the implement, for example by welding. The first backscreen portion includes at least one first portion interface feature. A second backscreen portion has at least one second portion interface feature. The at least one first portion interface feature and the at least one second portion interface feature are configured to engage one another to removably couple the second backscreen portion to the first backscreen portion.
EXCAVATOR INCLUDING UPPER SWING BODY HAVING FREE SWING FUNCTION
A system for enabling an upper swing body of construction equipment to swing freely. A working device is attached to the upper swing body to lift and move an object. A swing motor is connected to a power unit to swing the upper swing body. A controller is electrically connected to the working device and the swing motor to detect forces applied to the working device, and based on the detected forces, generating a control signal to control the swing motor so that the upper swing body swings freely. The system enables the upper swing body to swing freely to reduce energy consumption while ensuring safety when the upper swing body lifts a load.
