Articulating rolling compactor attachment
A skid steer rolling compactor attachment may include a universal attachment plate configured to attach to the skid steer. A boom extending from the attachment plate may pivot about at least one articulating hinge attached to the boom. The boom may be configured to move a roller to compact a ground surface as the skid steer travels in a forward direction. In order to prevent roll-overs on uneven surfaces, the skid steer may be operated on a level surface and articulate the boom such that the roller contacts the ground parallel to the direction of travel. The skid steer may then compact inclined surfaces while travelling on level surfaces thus improving worker safety.
Pipe Laying Apparatus
The present invention relates to compactor mechanism for compacting of aggregate material about a pipe in a trench, the pipe having a predetermined pipe gradient, wherein the compactor mechanism comprises a single powered compacting element, the compacting element being configured to be moveable in a reciprocating motion along the length of a placed pipe for simultaneously compacting the aggregate to a pre-defined minimum density about the bed and sides of the pipe along the length of the pipe to maintain the pipe gradient.
Compaction management system
A compaction management system includes a position calculation unit that, when a bucket is pressed against a compaction target ground, calculates a position of the bucket, a rolling compaction force calculation unit that, when the bucket is pressed against the compaction target ground, calculates a rolling compaction force applied to the compaction target ground using the attitude of the machine body, the attitude of the attachment, a pressure of a cylinder, and dimensions of the attachment, a rolling compaction record creation unit that creates a rolling compaction record in which the position calculated by the position calculation unit is associated with the rolling compaction force calculated by the rolling compaction force calculation unit, and a storage control unit that causes a storage device to store the rolling compaction record created by the rolling compaction record creation unit.
Earth working apparatus
An earth working apparatus, for laying a pipe or cable underground. The earth working apparatus comprises a plurality of trenching modules. Each trenching module is arranged sequentially in a first plane and comprises a cutter in communication with a conveyor. In a second aspect, each trenching module cuts a layer of earth and conveys said layer of earth to a collection device or to a collection area.
HYDRAULIC FLUID SYSTEMS FOR MACHINE IMPLEMENTS
A hydraulic fluid system is provided for a work implement having a support plate, the work implement being provided on a machine having an auxiliary hydraulic fluid supply line and an auxiliary hydraulic fluid return line. The hydraulic fluid system includes a motor having an inlet port and an outlet port, and a mounting plate coupled to the support plate of the implement. The mounting plate further defines a supply conduit configured to fluidly communicate between the auxiliary hydraulic fluid supply line and the inlet port of the motor, and a return conduit fluidly communicating between the outlet port of the motor and the auxiliary hydraulic fluid return line. A kit and a method for retrofitting a hydraulic fluid system are also disclosed.
Rotating hydraulic gear motor
A rotating hydraulic gear motor for use with vibratory compactors, includes a long shaft and a first gear attached to the long shaft, a short shaft and a second gear attached to the short shaft, the second gear meshing with the first gear. A yoke bushing member includes a first aperture and a second aperture that are spaced away from each other a predetermined distance. The long shaft is disposed in the first aperture of the yoke bushing member and the short shaft is disposed in the second aperture.
IMPACT WEAR PLATES FOR VIBRATORY PLATE COMPACTOR
A vibratory plate compactor is disclosed. The vibratory plate compactor may comprise a base plate configured to vibrate and compact a work surface, and an upper yoke having at least one leg disposed above and facing the base plate. The vibratory plate compactor may further comprise an impact wear plate affixed to the bottom surface of the at least one leg. The impact wear plate may be unattached to the base plate, and may be at least partially formed from a non-metallic material.
Impact wear plates for vibratory plate compactor
A vibratory plate compactor.
Leveling, tune-up and compacting device
A new and combined grader with high efficiency and low cost is introduced.
ROTATING HYDRAULIC GEAR MOTOR
A mechanism comprises a long shaft and a first gear attached to the long shaft, a short shaft and a second gear attached to the short shaft, the second gear meshing with the first gear. A yoke bushing member defining a first aperture and a second aperture that are spaced away from each other a predetermined distance is also provided. The long shaft is disposed in the first aperture of the yoke bushing member and the short shaft is disposed in the second aperture. The long shaft is longer than the short shaft and is stationary.
