LOCKING ARRANGEMENT FOR A CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
An arrangement for a construction machine includes a machine frame; and an articulated boom. The articulated boom is arranged on the machine frame. The articulated boom includes a proximal arm that is mounted in an articulated manner to the machine frame and a distal arm that is connected in an articulated manner to the proximal arm. The arrangement is configured to be operated in an operational mode, in which the proximal arm and the machine frame are interlocked.
Multiple Tool Electric Construction Machine
A construction machine comprises a machine frame and an articulated boom pivotably mounted to the machine frame. An electric motor is connected to a battery for operating a component of the construction machine. The construction machine is configured to be operated in a loader mode in which a first tool is mounted to the articulated boom, and in an excavator mode in which a second tool is mounted to the articulated boom. The construction machine comprises a tool storage for storing the first tool and/or the second tool. The construction machine is configured to replace one of the first tool and second tool when mounted to the articulated boom with the other one of the first tool and the second tool when stored in the tool storage. A method of changing an operational mode and a method of selecting an operational mode of a construction machine are also described.
LOADER PARKING STAND
A loader for a tractor includes a loader arm, a parking support, and a lock brace. The parking support includes a support pivot end pivotally coupled to the loader arm, a ground engagement end opposite the support pivot end, and a plurality of connection regions disposed between the support pivot end and the ground engagement end. At least one connection region of the plurality of connection regions includes an obstruction. The lock brace includes a brace pivot end pivotally coupled to the loader arm and an attachment end opposite the brace pivot end. The attachment end is made to removably couple to any of the connection regions. The obstruction obstructs coupling of the attachment end of the lock brace to the respective connection region of the parking support.
Tool changer for a construction machine
A tool changer for a construction machine includes at least one tool retaining portion for holding a tool being mountable to the tool mount, the tool changer being configured to be movably attached to the construction machine. The tool changer also includes and a moving mechanism for moving the tool retaining portion in alignment with the articulated boom of the construction machine to allow for picking of the tool by the tool mount. The construction machine includes an articulated boom with a tool mount.
ATTACHMENT SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE BUCKET
An attachment system and, more specifically, an attachment system for with vehicles with buckets, such as lawn tractors or other similar compact tractors, is disclosed. The attachment system includes a frame, two bucket adapter arms, and two swing arms which securely attach the attachment system to the bucket of the vehicle by effectively surrounding the bucket. The frame or base of the attachment system may be configured to allow the attachment system to be used with various other yard devices, including, but not limited to, a leaf collector, mobile scaffold, auger, snow blade, water tank, trencher, and other lawn care related equipment. The disclosed attachment system provides a universal attachment that may be strongly and securely attached to the bucket of a vehicle.
A WORKING MACHINE HAVING AN ATTACHMENT DEVICE AND A SYSTEM FOR MONITORING ATTACHMENT STATUS OF AN ATTACHMENT DEVICE
A working machine includes an attachment device, and an attachment device carrying equipment enabling detachment and attachment of the attachment device. The working machine further includes a system for monitoring attachment status of the attachment device, the system including: a sensor configuration arranged and configured to indicate the attachment status of the attachment device, and a control unit configured to monitor the sensor configuration to establish the attachment status of the attachment device, and configured to store location data of the attachment device based on the attachment status of the attachment device. An indication that the attachment device is de-attached from the attachment device carrying equipment determines that the location data of the attachment device is stored.
Multiple tool construction machine
A construction machine that includes a machine frame and an articulated boom. The articulated boom is pivotably mounted to the machine frame. The construction machine is configured to be operated in a loader mode in which a first tool is mounted to the articulated boom, and in an excavator mode in which a second tool is mounted to the articulated boom. The construction machine further includes a tool storage for storing the first tool and/or the second tool. The construction machine is configured to replace one of the first tool and second tool when mounted to the articulated boom with the other one of the first tool and second tool when stored in the tool storage.
Stand of front loader, front loader, and work vehicle with supporting-time guiding hole
A stand of a front loader includes: a main body that is disposed on a boom and swings between a supporting position in which the main body supports a front loader and a storage position in which the main body is stored; a grounding-member swing shaft that is disposed on the main body and engages with the boom to hold the main body in the storage position; a swinging member swingably disposed on the boom; and an engagement lever disposed on the swinging member, wherein the main body has a guiding hole that guides the engagement lever to regulate a swinging range of the main body.
METHOD AND ARRANGEMENT FOR CARRYING OUT CONSTRUCTION MEASURES
The invention relates to a method and an arrangement for carrying out construction measures, in particular foundation engineering measures, on a construction site with a number n of construction machines, in particular foundation engineering machines, on which attachment components, in particular construction tools, are fixed in a releasable and changing manner, wherein a number N of attachment components are kept on the construction site, wherein N>n>2. Provision is made in that in a computer unit the number n and the type of construction machines and the number N and the type of attachment components present on a construction site are saved, in that the computer unit has a data connection to the individual construction machines and queries information on the actuators of the individual construction machines, in that depending on the information received the computer unit ascertains which attachment component is fixed on the individual construction machine, and in that the computer unit ascertains and indicates which attachment components are freely available on the construction site.
