WORK MACHINE
A work machine includes a hydraulic actuator configured to be driven via hydraulic oil. A control valve has a first pilot port and is connected to the hydraulic actuator to control the hydraulic actuator. The hydraulic actuator is configured to move in a first mode when a first pilot pressure is applied to the first pilot port. A first pilot valve is connected to the first pilot port of the control valve via the first pilot oil supply pipe to control applying the first pilot pressure to the first pilot port. The hydraulic oil is configured to be drained via a drain pipe. The drain pipe and the first pilot oil supply pipe are provided in a heat exchanger to exchange heat between the hydraulic oil in the drain pipe and the hydraulic oil in the first pilot oil supply pipe via the heat exchanger.
Loader vehicle
A loader vehicle includes a front unit and a rear unit pivotally connected to each other by an articulated joint arrangement allowing mutual rotation of the front unit and the rear unit. The loader vehicle includes a loading unit assembly and a control valve arrangement arranged to hydraulically control the loading unit assembly, wherein the control valve arrangement is arranged at a rear portion of the front unit in the vicinity of the articulated joint arrangement.
Work vehicle
A work vehicle includes a riding-type traveling vehicle body and a hydraulically operable front loader coupled to a front of the traveling vehicle body. The traveling vehicle body includes left and right rear wheels disposed to the left and right of a driver seat, left and right rear fenders covering the left and right rear wheels, a valve unit for the front loader and an operating lever for the front loader. The valve unit is disposed in a space between the rear wheel and the rear fender on one of left and right sides, and the operating lever extends from the space, upward of the rear fender on the one of the left and right sides.
Hydraulic system for working machine
A hydraulic system for a working machine includes a first hydraulic apparatus to be activated by the operation fluid, a second hydraulic apparatus being configured to be activated by the operation fluid, a first operation valve to control the operation fluid to be supplied to the first hydraulic apparatus, a second operation valve to control the operation fluid to be supplied to the second hydraulic apparatus, a first fluid tube connecting the first operation valve to the first hydraulic apparatus, a second fluid tube connecting the first operation valve to the second hydraulic apparatus, a third fluid tube connecting the first fluid tube to the second fluid tube, and an outputting fluid tube connected to any one of the first operation valve and the second operation valve and configured to output the operation fluid supplied from any one of the first fluid tube and the second fluid tube.
Valve guard for valve assembly
A valve guard for a valve assembly associated with a machine includes a first portion and a second portion disposed adjacent to the first portion. Each of the first and second portions includes a plurality of tabs. Further, at least one tab of the plurality of tabs is adapted to be removed from the first and second portions based on a configuration of the valve assembly. The removal of the at least one tab from the first and second portions provides at least one passage for connecting at least one fluid line with the valve assembly.
Small-sized construction machine
A floor-plate side opening part (17B) through which each lever part (24, 26) of a traveling lever pedal (21) is inserted is provided on a front side of a floor plate (18). A mat-side opening part (19C) corresponding to the floor-plate side opening part (17B) is provided on a floor mat (19). A cover member (32) formed of a flat plate part (33) covering the mat-side opening part (19C) and having a slit (33A, 33B) allowing tilting of each lever part (24, 26) and a cylindrical part (34) extending from the flat plate part (33) is provided on the mat-side opening part (19C). An entire-circumferential lip part (19D) is provided on the mat-side opening part 19C. An entire-circumferential stepped part (35) for sealing a space from the entire-circumferential lip part (19D) is provided on the flat plate part (33). An entire-circumferential engaging protrusion part (17C) is provided on the floor-plate side opening part (17B), and an entire-circumferential recessed groove (36) engaged with the entire-circumferential engaging protrusion part (17C) is provided on the cylindrical part (34).
ELECTRIC EXCAVATOR
An exterior cover includes a left side panel and a right side panel opposite to each other in a left/right direction, a vent provided in left side panel, and a vent provided in right side panel. A battery is arranged between left side panel and right side panel, and supplies power to an electric motor. A hydraulic equipment is arranged forward of battery. A cooling device includes a cooling fan, and is arranged facing an area located between battery and hydraulic equipment in plan view in the left/right direction.
ELECTRIC EXCAVATOR
A revolving frame revolves around a center of revolution. A battery is supported by the revolving frame. An electric motor is supported by the revolving frame and supplied with electric power from the battery. A hydraulic pump is supported by the revolving frame, driven by the electric motor, and arranged closer to the center of revolution than the electric motor in a plan view.
