The operation device includes an operation lever and a control valve to be operated using the operation lever and connected to hydraulic hoses. The control valve includes a valve member to be actuated by operating the operation lever, and a block containing fluid passages through which fluid selectively flows upon actuation of the valve member. The fluid passages bend such that first ports in an upper surface of the block facing the valve member and second ports in a peripheral surface extending from a periphery of the upper surface are in communication with each other. The hydraulic hoses are connected to the second ports and extend in a direction away from the peripheral surface.

Fuel tank of working vehicle

A fuel tank includes an upper surface portion, a bottom surface portion, and a peripheral wall portion, and a weir portion vertically arranged at the bottom surface portion and causing a fuel in a predetermined amount to stay in a predetermined position of an inner portion when a vehicle body is inclined. The peripheral wall portion includes a first wall and a second wall which is perpendicular to and continuous with one end side of the first wall. The weir portion includes a first weir, a second weir, a third weir parallel to the first weir, a fourth weir parallel to the first weir and arranged between the first weir and the third weir, and a fifth weir interconnecting the third weir and the fourth weir.

Internal support structure for underground battery machines

An internal support structure for fuel cells within a work machine having a rear end frame with an exterior frame wall in which the fuel cells are stored is disclosed. The internal support structure may include a radiator support housing, a first pedestal and a second pedestal mounted to and extending upward from the bottom wall. The radiator support housing may be disposed proximate a radiator opening of the exterior frame wall, and the pedestals may be disposed forward of the radiator support housing. A first rail may be mounted to the radiator support housing and the first pedestal, and a second rail may be mounted to the radiator support housing and the second pedestal. The internal support structure and the exterior frame wall may define fuel cell cavities for the fuel cell, and a component cavity from components of the electrical power system of the work machine.

WORKING MACHINE

A working machine includes: a machine body; a prime mover that is mounted on the machine body; a fuel cylinder that contains a fuel; a vaporizer that vaporizes the fuel sent from the fuel cylinder and supplies the fuel to the prime mover; a temperature detector that detects a temperature correlating with a decrease in the temperature of the vaporizer; and a controller that imposes restraint on the flow rate of the fuel flowing from the vaporizer to the prime mover when the temperature detected by the temperature detector is lower than or equal to a first temperature.

SWIVELING WORKING MACHINE

A swiveling working machine includes a swivel base; a working device provided on a front side of the swivel base; a battery unit; an electric motor that is driven by electric power output by the battery unit; and a hydraulic pump that delivers a hydraulic fluid by driving of the electric motor. The battery unit is disposed at a rear portion of the swivel base. The electric motor and the hydraulic pump are disposed sideward of the battery unit side by side in a front-rear direction.

Construction machine

Provided is a construction machine allowing a deck to be compact while facilitating water supply to a urea tank and access to a grease supply device. The construction machine includes a hose reel for grease supply disposed on a front-side portion of a deck of an upper slewing body, and a urea tank 30 disposed rearward of the hose reel on the deck and stores urea water for exhaust gas purification. The urea tank has a front surface provided with a water inlet for resupplying urea water. The hose reel is disposed deviated from the water inlet widthwise of the upper slewing body. The water inlet has a distal end located on the front side of a rear end of the hose reel.

A hydraulic oil monitoring system includes an image-data acquiring unit that acquires image data of the oil surface of hydraulic oil stored in a hydraulic oil tank of a work vehicle and an image analyzing unit that outputs, based on the image data, air bubble data relating to air bubbles included in the hydraulic oil.

CONSTRUCTION MACHINE

A construction machine comprises a lower traveling body, an upper turning body, and engine that is disposed on the rear portion of the turning body, and a turning frame that constitutes the bottom portion of the upper turning body and on which the engine is mounted. The turning frame comprises a bottom plate, a left and right pair of a first vertical plate and a second vertical plate, and a coupling member that divides the space between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate. The coupling member includes a top plate and a front and rear pair of a front side plate and a rear side plate that extend downward from both ends of the top plate in the front to rear direction, and forms a box shape structure with the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate. The box shape structure has a first opening formed in the first vertical plate, a second opening formed in the second vertical plate, and a front engine support part formed in the top plate.

Working machine

A working machine includes a support bracket attached to a machine body, a first mounting member provided to the support bracket and formed of an elastic member, a first cooler and a second cooler arranged in parallel to a horizontal direction and mounted on the support bracket with the first mounting member, a fitting bracket detachably fitted to upper portions of the first and second coolers, and a second mounting member arranged between the fitting bracket and the first and second coolers and formed of elastic member.

Hydraulic tank protection system

A hydraulic tank protection system is disclosed. The hydraulic tank protection system may include a sensor to detect a characteristic of a fluid, a fluid control device to control a flow of the fluid into or out of a reservoir of a hydraulic tank, and an electronic control module to: receive, from the sensor, information indicating the characteristic of the fluid, determine, based on the characteristic of the fluid, whether the fluid comprises a first type of fluid, and selectively provide a control signal to actuate the fluid control device to control the flow of the fluid into or out of the reservoir based on whether the fluid comprises the first type of fluid.
