REMOVABLE CAB TOE BOX FOR A WORK MACHINE
Removable cab toe boxes are described herein to provide increased comfort to an operator while still allowing a cab to be rotated upwards to provide access to equipment below the cab. The removable toe boxes are removably affixed to the cab and, when installed, may provide at least a partial seal to prevent or reduce the amount of dirt or dust entering the cab. When the toe boxes are removed, equipment may move through the space created from the removal of the toe boxes to allow the cab to rotate.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine includes a machine body, an operator's seat mounted on the machine body, an exterior cover positioned on a side of the operator's seat, and a handrail positioned with the exterior cover on the same side of the operator's seat and attached to the machine body. The exterior cover is fixed to a fixing unit included in the handrail.
Construction machine
A construction machine includes an upper frame, a machine room structure that is disposed on the upper frame and defines a machine room, a hood that has a box shape, has a lower surface, and is connected to the machine room structure so as to be disposed above the machine room, the lower surface including a hood opening communicating with the machine room, and at least one reinforcement plate that is interposed between the machine room structure and the hood to reinforce connection between the machine room structure and the hood. An outer end portion of the reinforcement plate extends further outward in a left-right direction than the beam member of the machine room structure.
MACHINE BODY AND WORKING MACHINE
A machine body comprises a sieving frame having a bottom plate. The machine body comprises an engine. The machine body comprises an exhaust gas cleaning apparatus that executes reduction treatment on a predetermined oxide in an exhaust gas of the engine by injecting a liquid reducing agent. The machine body comprises a reducing agent tank that stores a liquid reducing agent. The machine body comprises a reducing agent pump that feeds the liquid reducing agent stored in the reducing agent tank to the exhaust gas cleaning apparatus. The machine body comprises a cooling fan. The machine body is disposed on the bottom plate of the slowing frame and comprises an opening section that takes in outside air that cools the reducing agent pump by driving the cooling fan. The machine body comprises a duct section that leads the outside air taken from the opening section to the cooling fan.
WORK MACHINE WITH COMPONENT COOLING MEANS
To provide a work machine in which a filter can be manufactured at low costs and can be fitted into various shapes. A work machine comprises a cover member configured to partition a machine room in which at least a part of a cooling core is housed. The work machine comprises an opening part formed in the cover member, and configured to take-in an air for cooling the cooling core into the machine room. The work machine comprises a plain-woven wire mesh welded and attached to a position from the opening part to the cooling core, and configured to form a filter that prevents inclusion of dust into the machine room from the opening part.
Work Machine
A hydraulic excavator as a work machine is equipped with an engine room, and an electrical component mounting board located in the engine room, on which at least a first and second electrical components are mounted. The first electrical component is mounted on either a front or back side of the electrical component mounting board. The second electrical component is mounted on the other of the front or back side of the electrical component mounting board.
SECONDARY CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING WITH SERVICE ORIENTATION
A work machine includes a frame, a traction system, an engine, an implement system, an operator cab with a roof; a machine control system, and a secondary control system. The secondary control system is configured to interface with the machine control system and includes a secondary control device, a control module, a communication module, a base plate, and two rails. The base plate is configured to support the control module and the communication module, and protect the plurality of harness connections. The two rails are configured to support the base plate in an operation orientation and a service orientation and each include a plurality of channels configured to support the base plate in the service orientation.
Shovel
A shovel includes a lower traveling body, an upper turning body turnably mounted on the lower traveling body, a covering attached on the upper turning body, and a camera for surroundings monitoring placed on the upper turning body. A cut is formed in the covering. The camera is placed on the upper turning body such that at least part of the camera is within the covering through the cut.
LOADER WITH PIVOTING BATTERY ARRAY SUPPORT
An electric loader is provided with a plurality of independently driven wheels. For example, a four-wheeled electric loader includes four independently operated wheels, each directly coupled to a dedicated electric motor. A fifth independent electrical motor powers the lift arm and/or any attachments coupled to an auxiliary hydraulic. A central forced-air system supplies pressurized air to each independent electric motor to cool the electric motor during operation. In some embodiments, the auxiliary electric motor powers the fan and/or air conditioner of the central forced-air system. A lever and/or electric brake may be applied to an axle of the electric motors. A pivotable battery panel locks a plurality of battery cells to provide a central source of power, counter-weight the loader arm, and rotate away to provide the operator access to an internal cavity of the cab.
GUARD ASSEMBLY FOR WORK MACHINE
A guard assembly for a work machine includes at least one guard including a body. The body in part defines a volume, a first opening, at least one second opening, and at least one pair of first retention tabs. The door defines a first end and a second end. In an open position of the door, the door provides access to the volume and, in a closed position of the door, the door limits access to the volume. The door includes a plate removably coupled to the guard proximal to the first end of the door by at least one fastener, and at least one coupling arrangement extending from the plate for pivotably coupling the plate to the guard proximal to the second end of the door. The coupling arrangement includes a first portion coupled to the plate and a second portion extending from the first portion.
