Provided is a work machine including: first and second work actuator control valves; a work command adjuster that changes a work command to be input to the second work actuator control valve in accordance with a work adjustment command; and a controller including an adjustment command part that inputs the work adjustment command to the work command adjuster. The adjustment command part performs an asynchronization control in a single work operation state and a synchronization control in a combination operation state including a turning deceleration operation and a work operation. For the synchronization control, the adjustment command part generates the work adjustment command to render a minimum work operation amount to open the first work actuator control valve equal to a minimum work operation amount to close the second work actuator control valve and inputs it to the work command adjuster.

A turn-drive apparatus capable of securing high acceleration at the time of turning start with a reduced relief loss includes a hydraulic pump of a variable capacity type, a turning motor, a turning control device, a relief valve, and a flow rate control device that controls a pump flow rate. The flow rate control device calculates a relief-cut-control target pump flow rate on the basis of the sum of a minimum relief flow rate and a turning-speed flow rate, and inputs a pump capacity command to the variable capacity-type hydraulic pump based thereon. The flow rate control device makes the relief-cut-control target pump flow rate larger than the sum of the minimum relief flow rate and the turning-speed flow rate at the time of turning start.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR LIMITING MOVEMENT OF A WORK MACHINE
A work machine comprising a power conversion system, a ground-engaging mechanism, a traveling body, a moveable structure, a user input, and a controller. The traveling body is coupled to the ground-engaging mechanism which is controllable to move the traveling body relative to the ground surface. The movable structure has an actuator controllable to move the movable structure relative to the traveling body wherein the actuator receives power through the power conversion system. The user input generates a user input signal. The sensor generates a sensory signal. A controller with a processor thereon is operable to execute a position control algorithm to receive a user input signal; receive a sensor signal, determine a position of the movable structure relative to the traveling body; and responsively control the power conversion system to control the ground-engaging mechanism or the actuator to avoid interference of a boundary limit with an object sensed.

A work machine having a traveling body, a moveable structure coupled to the traveling body, a sensor operable to generate a sensory signal, and a controller. The controller is in communication with the sensor. The controller including a processor and a memory having a position control algorithm stored thereon. The processor is operable to execute the position control algorithm to receive a boundary command establishing a defined boundary; receive a sensory signal from the sensor related to the movement of the movable structure; determine a position of the movable structure relative to the traveling body; and limit movement of one of the ground-engaging mechanism of the traveling body or the actuator of the moveable structure as the traveling body moves along the travel path when the position of the movable structure is within an allowable distance from the defined boundary.

A control method for a construction machine includes: generating a target value of an amount of control of each of a tilt bucket and a swing body, based on operation data obtained when working equipment and the swing body are operated and a design surface indicating a target shape of a construction target; calculating a predicted value of the amount of control of each of the tilt bucket and the swing body, based on the target values and a prediction model for the construction machine; calculating amounts of drive to control the working equipment and the swing body, based on the predicted values and the design surface to maintain a distance from the tilt bucket to the design surface and an attitude of the tilt bucket; and outputting control commands to control the working equipment and the swing body based on the amounts of drive.

A turn-drive apparatus capable of securing high acceleration at the time of turning start with a reduced relief loss includes a hydraulic pump of a variable capacity type, a turning motor, a turning control device, a relief valve, and a flow rate control device that controls a pump flow rate. Electric power is supplied to the first electric device based on an operating state of the start-up switch and an electric power supply command. Electric power is supplied to the second electric device based on the operating state of the start-up switch.

When an automatic operation is finished, a detection process for detecting a ground contactable range where a work implement can be set is carried out on a basis of terrain profile information acquired by laser scanners, and, when the ground contactable range is detected, an automatic operation command signal for placing the work implement in contact with the ground contactable range is generated, whereas when the ground contactable range is not detected, an automatic operation command signal for placing the work implement in a predetermined standby posture is generated. As a result, a suitable standby posture can be taken according to the surrounding conditions when the automatic operation is finished.
