COMPACT ACTUATED SHEAR PIN
An actuated shear pin includes an actuator and pin body coupled to the actuator. The actuator selectively configures the pin body in a locking configuration or a stowed configuration. In the locking configuration, the pin body is placed in a travel path of two components configured to move relative to each other, to inhibit such relative movement. In the stowed configuration, the pin body is out of the travel path, thereby allowing the two components to move relative to each other.
COMPOSITIONAL MULTISPECTRAL AND HYPERSPECTRAL IMAGING SYSTEMS FOR MINING SHOVELS AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
Mining shovel with compositional multispectral and/or hyperspectral imaging and associated methods and systems are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a mining detection system includes a mining bucket carrying a multispectral and/or hyperspectral imaging system and various sensors directed toward material entering and positioned within the bucket. The bucket can also carry a control enclosure housing image and sensor processing equipment that receives and analyzes the data collected by the multispectral and/or hyperspectral imaging system and the sensors. The disclosed systems and methods can provide real-time compositional analysis of mined materials at the mining site, which can be used to manage a mining field, including generating and transmitting instructions for where the material within the bucket should be delivered based on the data collected from the multispectral and/or hyperspectral imaging system and the sensors.

Loader apparatus configured for standing operator control are disclosed. The loader apparatus may include a loader adapted to carry a tool that is moveable between a down position and a vertically raised position. One or more linkages are connected to the first side of the loader support and connected to the loader. The apparatus includes a control station having operator controls for propelling the loader apparatus forward and for raising and lowering the loader. The apparatus includes an operator platform for standing operation of the operator controls of the control station.

The control system is configured to receive an input command from the user interface for a target grading device movement and adjust one or more of the right lift actuator, the left lift actuator, the side shift actuator, and the drive arrangement to achieve the target grading device movement using a first control pattern or a second control pattern.

A plough for burying a cable has a base frame, an upper frame member and a ploughshare support; a topside of the ploughshare support features a cable trough; and a cable guiding path extends from a front end to a rear end of the plough. The cable guiding path is arranged between the base frame and the upper frame member and along the cable trough. The upper frame member is movably connected relative to the base frame, such that the upper frame member may move between a first position. The upper frame member is arranged above the cable guiding path, and a second position wherein the upper frame member is displaced away from the cable guiding path. The whole extent of the cable guiding path is accessible from above when the upper frame member is in the second position, such that a cable may be lowered onto the cable guiding path.
