Remote server

At least an embodiment may provide a remote server that can predict overheating of an engine. A remote server may receives an engine rotational speed, an engine load factor, and a cooling-water temperature. The remote server calculates a moving average of the engine load factor during a predetermine time, and calculates a correlation between the moving average of the engine load factor and the cooling-water temperature. If the correlation during a predetermined period is in the status of a predetermined difference from the correlation up to the predetermined period, the remote server predicts occurrence of overheating in a swing working vehicle that is used by a user.

A work machine evaluates the fuel consumption for the whole engine running period including the time of operation and the time of non-operation of a work implement and informs an operator of the evaluation in real time to prompt fuel-consumption-savings. The work machine has an engine, a hydraulic pump driven by the engine, an actuator driven by a hydraulic fluid delivered by the hydraulic pump, and an operation device that operates the actuator. A display apparatus for the work machine includes a fuel consumption index calculating section that calculates a first fuel consumption index by dividing the operation time of the operation device by the fuel consumption amount of the engine or dividing the fuel consumption amount of the engine by the operation time of the operation device. The first fuel consumption index calculated by the fuel consumption index calculating section is displayed on a display section in real time.

Work Machine Management System and Work Machine Management Device

The present disclosure provides a work machine management system that can predict the maintenance timing of a work machine with higher accuracy than conventional techniques. A work machine management system 100 of the present disclosure includes an input/output unit 121 and a processing unit 122. The input/output unit 121 receives from work machines 200 positional information PI and operation information OI on the work machines 200, and also receives from a geographical information system server 300 geological information GI on an area where the work machines 200 are to perform an operation, based on the positional information PI. The processing unit 122 predicts the maintenance timing of each work machine 200 based on the operation information OI and the geological information GI. In response to a request from an external portable terminal 130, the input/output unit 121 outputs to the portable terminal 130 data on an alert based on the maintenance timing of the work machine 200 predicted by the processing unit 122.

WORK SUPPORT SYSTEM AND WORK SUPPORT COMPOSITE SYSTEM

The remote operation system has a mutual communication function of communicating with each of plural work machines and a remote operation device which remotely operates a cooperating work machine as a remote operation target among the plural work machines. The remote operation system includes a first support process element that acquires captured image which is captured by an actual machine image-capturing device of a first work machine establishing communication by a first communication path and transmits the captured image to the remote operation device and a second support process element that recognizes that one designation operation is performed, which is a portion of plural operations for causing a second work machine establishing communication by a second communication path and in which a changing situation corresponding to the operation appears in the captured image and that transmits a command signal corresponding to the one designation operation to the second work machine.

In order to provide an estimation apparatus estimating a true value from observation data without determining a state equation for a target to be controlled, the estimation apparatus includes a prediction section and an update section. The prediction section executes linear prediction on time-series data, which includes observation values acquired from a sensor attached to the target to be controlled, to calculate an estimate value before update relating to a state of the target to be controlled. The update section updates the estimate value before update by using the observation value acquired from the sensor. The prediction section may calculate the estimate value before update by weighted linear prediction on the time-series data of the observation values.
