WORK MACHINE
20250129575 · 2025-04-24 · ·

A work machine is capable of inhibiting an unintended machine motion and reducing energy consumption. The work machine includes a controller, a drive source, a controller switch to which an on-operation and an off-operation are applied, a lock operation member to which a lock operation and a lock release operation for invalidating and validating a lever operation, respectively, are applied, and a drive source switch to which a start operation and a stop operation for starting and stopping the drive source, respectively, are applied. After activated by the on-operation applied to the controller switch, the controller starts the drive source when judging that the lock-release operation is applied to the lock operation member and the start operation is applied to the drive source switch, whereas suspends starting the drive source when judging that both the lock-release operation and the start operation has not been applied.

EXCAVATION SYSTEM PROVIDING AUTOMATED STALL CORRECTION

An excavation system is disclosed for a machine having a work tool. The excavation system may have first and second actuators configured to move the work tool in first and second directions, at least a first valve configured to regulate fluid flow through the first actuator, and at least a second valve configured to regulate fluid flow through the second actuator. The excavation system may also have at least one sensor to generate a first signal indicative of a performance of the first actuator, and a controller in communication with the at least a first valve, the at least a second valve, and the at least one sensor. The controller may be configured to make a first determination that the first actuator is experiencing a stall condition based on the first signal, and to selectively command neutralization of the powertrain and movement of the second actuator based on the first determination.

Management system for working machine

An operation system of a working machine mounted on the working machine, including a first control device to control the working machine, and a first command device to output a command to the first control device wirelessly, the command relating to control of the first control device. The first command device includes a first obtaining part to obtain an expiration date of the working machine from outside, a first time calculating part to obtain time, a third processing part to judge whether the time obtained by the first time calculating part meets the expiration date, and a sixth communication part to output a first command when the time meets the expiration date, the first command restricting control of the first control device, and to output a second command when the time does not meet the expiration date, the second command allowing the first control device to be controlled without restriction.

WORK MACHINE AND REMOTE OPERATION SYSTEM OF WORK

A work machine includes an object detection device, a photo shooting device, and a controller that controls starting of a prime mover. The controller determines whether or not an object exists around a machine body on the basis of a detection signal arising from detection by the object detection device. The controller starts the prime mover in a case in which a prime mover starting command has been acquired from an external information terminal and when it is determined that an object does not exist around the machine body. The controller transmits data of video shot by the photo shooting device and a starting approval request of the prime mover to the external information terminal without starting the prime mover in the case in which the prime mover starting command has been acquired from the external information terminal and when it is determined that an object exists around the machine body. The controller starts the prime mover when acquiring an approval command to the starting approval request of the prime mover from the external information terminal.

RENTAL SYSTEM OF WORKING MACHINE
20250273019 · 2025-08-28 · ·

A rental system of a working machine, including a customer terminal, a rental management server, a maker management server, and a network communicatively connected with the customer terminal, the rental management server, and the maker management server. The customer terminal submits to the rental management server via the network, rental information including first specifying information of at least one of working machine which is requested for rental by a customer, the rental management server including a rental processor to extract the first specifying information of the at least one of working machine from the rental information, and a rental communicator to transmit the extracted first specifying information to the maker management server via the network, and the maker management server including a maker storage to store second specifying information of at least one of working machine which is manufactured and/or sold by a manufacturer and an issuing processor.

LIFT ARM ATTACHMENT SAFETY SYSTEM

A lift arm attachment safety system may include, an adapter plate receivable within an adapter frame of a lift arm attachment; one or more configured to detect a proximity of the adapter plate to the adapter frame; a drive control system configured to control drive capabilities of a vehicle; at least one processor; and at least one memory device storing one or more instructions for: receiving at least one signal from the one or more sensors indicating that the adapter plate is within a threshold proximity to the adapter frame; transmitting one or more control signals to the drive control system to cause the drive control system to disable drive capabilities of the vehicle in response to receiving the at least one signal from the one or more sensors indicating that the adapter plate is within a threshold proximity to the adapter frame.

SLEW ROTATION SENSOR

A power machine or excavator includes a swivel assembly coupling the upper frame portion to the lower frame portion, while providing accurate slew position measurement using a swivel sensor which is positioned to reduce measurement errors over a thermal range of operation of the power machine. The swivel assembly includes a swivel barrel configured to be attached to the lower frame portion of the power machine, and a swivel spool configured to be attached to the upper frame portion. The swivel sensor is positioned and configured to provide a sensor output indicative of a rotational position of the upper frame portion relative to the lower frame portion.

CONSTRUCTION MACHINE

A construction machine includes a portable key, a body frame, a cabin, a transmitter disposed inside the cabin, and a controller. The portable key receives a first signal transmitted from the transmitter and transmits a second signal to the controller. The cabin includes a pair of cabin inner side walls and a cabin outer side wall disposed across an inner space of the cabin, the cabin outer side wall provided with an entrance. The transmitter is attached to the cabin inner side wall. The cabin inner side walls is a side wall closer to the widthwise center line of the body frame than the cabin outer side wall.
