Hydraulic system for a working machine
A hydraulic system includes a first electric machine connected to a first hydraulic machine and a second electric machine connected to a second hydraulic machine. An output side of the second hydraulic machine is connected to an input side of the first hydraulic machine. A hydraulic consumer is hydraulically coupled to an output side of the first hydraulic machine via a supply line and is powered by the first hydraulic machine. A return line hydraulically couples the hydraulic consumer to an input side of the first hydraulic machine. The second hydraulic machine provides a flow of hydraulic fluid to the input side of the first hydraulic machine if a requested flow from the first hydraulic machine exceeds a flow of the return line and recuperates energy if the requested flow from the first hydraulic machine is lower than the flow of the return line.
MOTOR GRADER
A motor grader in which a motive power source of an electric motor can appropriately be arranged is provided. The motor grader includes a front frame, a rear frame, and a coupling shaft. The rear frame is arranged in the rear of the front frame. The coupling shaft couples the front frame to the rear frame as being pivotable with respect to the rear frame. The motor grader includes a front wheel rotationally driven to run the motor grader, the electric motor that generates driving force for rotationally driving the front wheel, and a battery in which electric power supplied to the electric motor is stored. The battery is arranged in front of the coupling shaft.
SWIVELING WORKING MACHINE
A swiveling working machine includes a swivel base; a working device provided on a front side of the swivel base; a battery unit; an electric motor that is driven by electric power output by the battery unit; and a hydraulic pump that delivers a hydraulic fluid by driving of the electric motor. The battery unit is disposed at a rear portion of the swivel base. The electric motor and the hydraulic pump are disposed sideward of the battery unit side by side in a front-rear direction.
PREHEATING INTELLIGENCE FOR ELECTRIC-HYDRAULIC WORK VEHICLES
An intelligent work vehicle preheating system includes an electric drive subsystem containing a battery pack, a hydraulic subsystem containing a first hydraulic fluid (HF) heating device, and a first HF temperature sensor. A memory stores a first minimum target temperature at or above which a first hydraulic fluid body contained in the hydraulic subsystem is desirably maintained. A controller architecture selectively places the intelligent work vehicle preheating system in an off-duty preheat mode when the electric drive subsystem is connected to an external power supply utilized to charge the battery pack. The controller architecture further controls the HF heating device to heat the first hydraulic fluid body when (i) the intelligent work vehicle preheating system is placed in the off-duty preheat mode, and (ii) the current temperature of the first hydraulic fluid body is less than the first minimum target temperature.
MULTI-PULSE TRANSFORMER FOR USE WITH AN INDUSTRIAL MACHINE
A multi-pulse transformer for an industrial machine, the multi-pulse transformer including a primary winding configured to receive a first voltage from a power source via a transformer, and a plurality of secondary windings configured to output a second voltage to a converter, the second voltage less than the first voltage. Wherein the multi-pulse transformer attenuates harmonic distortions by phase shifting each one of the plurality of secondary windings with respect to the primary winding. Wherein the multi-pulse transformer provides bi-directional flow of power.
Wheel loader
A wheel loader is provided that can suppress abrupt change in vehicle speed accompanied by erroneous determination on a lift arm lifting operation. A wheel loader includes: an engine; an HST pump; an HST motor; a forward and reverse switch; a stepping amount sensor; an operation amount sensor; and a controller. The controller determines whether a specific condition for specifying an operation of the lift arm in an upper direction during forward travel of the vehicle body, on the basis of a forward and reverse switching signal, the stepping amount, and a pilot pressure pertaining to the lifting operation for the lift arm. In a case of the specific condition being satisfied, the vehicle speed is limited by controlling the displacement volume of the HST motor in conformity with increase in the pilot pressure.
CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
A construction equipment includes an electric actuator including a rod extending along a longitudinal axis, a sliding member movable along the rod, an electric motor for converting electrical power into a movement of the sliding member along the longitudinal axis, a connecting rod including a first end which is articulated on sliding member and a second end which is articulated on a first element of the construction equipment in order to move the first element relative to a second element or inversely and guiding means for guiding the movement of the sliding member the longitudinal axis. The electric motor, the rod and the sliding member are integrated into the second element of the construction equipment.
System for controlling the operation of an electric winch
A system for controlling operation of a winch assembly having an electric motor, a drum, and a cable. A controller is configured to access a winch load threshold, with the winch load threshold defining a hold zone and a reel zone, and one of the hold zone and the reel zone including loads greater than the winch load threshold and another of the hold zone and the reel zone including loads less than the winch load threshold. The controller is further configured to determine whether the drum is rotating, determine whether the winch assembly is operating within the hold zone or the reel zone, generate a hold current while the winch assembly is operating within the hold zone preventing rotation of the electric motor, and generate a reel current while the drum is operating within the reel zone permitting rotation of the electric motor.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
The present invention provides a construction machine, which includes a cabin in which a driver is seated, the construction machine including a ventilated seat having fans, an air conditioning device configured to adjust an internal temperature of the cabin, and ducts extending from the air conditioning device and configured to guide an air flow, in which the ducts branches to include a first duct extending toward an upper side of the cabin, and a second duct extending toward a rear side of the ventilated seat. Therefore, it is possible to improve a cooling effect that the driver actually feels.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A hydraulic excavator includes a starter motor for starting an engine with electric power supplied from a lead-acid battery, a second electric system connected in parallel with a first electric system to connect the lead-acid battery and a 24V electrical equipment, a 48V battery for supplying electric power to the second electric system, a relay for disconnecting connection between the first electric system and the second electric system, and a vehicle body controller connected to the second electric system to control the starter motor and the relay. The vehicle body controller estimates a remaining charge amount of the lead-acid battery and disables driving of the starter motor until an estimation result is higher than or equal to a threshold, and when the estimation result is higher than or equal to the threshold, disconnects the connection between the first electric system and the second electric system by using the relay.
