WORK VEHICLE, CONTROL DEVICE FOR WORK VEHICLE, AND CONTROL METHOD FOR WORK VEHICLE
A work vehicle controls an engine output based on an accelerator operation amount and a work equipment operation amount. A control device for the work vehicle includes an acceleration correction unit, a target vehicle speed determination unit, and a deceleration correction unit. The acceleration correction unit obtains a corrected accelerator operation amount by correcting the accelerator operation amount based on an inching operation amount. The target vehicle speed determination unit determines a target vehicle speed based on the corrected accelerator operation amount and a signal based on an operation of a shift operation member. The deceleration correction unit corrects the target vehicle speed based on the inching operation amount.

A working machine includes a machine body, an engine on the machine body, a motor/generator to perform an assisting action in which the motor/generator functions as a motor to assist the engine in driving and an electricity generating action in which the motor/generator functions as a generator to generate electricity using power from the engine, a battery to store electricity generated by the motor/generator, an operation actuator to perform an operation of the machine body, a starting action determiner to determine, upon operation of the operation actuator, whether the operation corresponds to a starting action for the machine body, a first setter to set, if the starting action determiner determines that the operation of the operation actuator corresponds to the starting action, a torque of the motor/generator for the assisting action or the electricity generating action to a first torque, and a second setter to set, if the starting action determiner determines that the operation of the operation actuator does not correspond to the starting action, the torque for the assisting action or the electricity generating action to a second torque differing from the first torque set by the first setter.
Implement stall detection system
A work machine is disclosed. The work machine may include a frame, an implement system coupled to the frame, one or more sensing devices, and a control unit in communication with the implement system and the one or more sensing devices. The one or more sensing devices may be configured to transmit sensing device data relating to an operation of the implement system. The control unit may receive the sensing device data, compare the sensing device data with a stall threshold, and initiate a stall timer based on determining that the sensing device data satisfies the stall threshold. The stall timer may be configured to measure a stall duration. The control unit may compare the stall duration with a duration threshold, identify a stall event based on determining that the stall duration satisfies the duration threshold, and cause an action to be performed based on the stall event.
HYDRAULIC ARRANGEMENT
The invention relates to a method (50) of operating an actuated arrangement (1) including a lifting boom (3), an associated lifting actuator (4), a tool attachment device (5) for attachment of a tool (7, 23), and an associated tilting actuator (6). The torque that is exerted onto the tool attachment device (5) is calculated using the attitude of the tool attachment device (5), a mass information, representing the mass that is connected to the tool attachment device (5), and a tool type information, representing the characteristics of the tool (7, 23) that is to be attached to the tool attachment device (5).
WORK VEHICLE
A work vehicle includes a first hydraulic pump that supplies hydraulic oil to a first hydraulic motor so as to drive a first travel device forward when hydraulic pressure applied to a first port is higher than hydraulic pressure applied to a second port, and a second hydraulic pump to drive a second travel device forward when hydraulic pressure applied to a third port is higher than hydraulic pressure applied to a fourth port. A first pilot oil passage, a second pilot oil passage, a third pilot oil passage, and a fourth pilot oil passage connect the operation device to first, second, third, and fourth ports, respectively. A first bypass oil passage connects the first pilot oil passage and the fourth pilot oil passage. A second bypass oil passage connects the second pilot oil passage and the third pilot oil passage. A first throttle is provided in the first bypass oil passage. A second throttle is provided in the second bypass oil passage.
CONTROL SYSTEM
A control system is provided for a diesel particulate filter (DPF) system of a diesel engine configured for operation in an off-highway vehicle. The control system includes a controller configured to receive a signal corresponding to a fill state of the DPF being at or above a first threshold. The controller is configured to selectively induce a parasitic load on the diesel engine to increase an operating temperature of the engine in response to receiving the signal.
Apparatus for installing a land anchor
An apparatus for installing a land anchor of a foundation in an earthen surface includes an articulated arm assembly including a first linear actuator and a drill configured to releasably couple to a helical member, and a control system coupled to the articulated arm assembly and configured to operate the first linear actuator in a free-floating mode configured to maintain an installation angle between the drill and the earthen surface as the helical member is drilled into the earthen surface.
ANTI-STALL SYSTEM FOR OPEN CIRCUIT SYSTEMS
An anti-stall system to prevent an engine, particularly a low-powered engine, from stalling when encountering a load that the machine is capable of overcoming but due to the nature of the engine, the load encounter would result in a stall. The system includes a hydraulic system in communication with a control system that has one or more sensors that detect, determine, and/or transmit an operational variable. The control system further comprises a plurality of anti-stall blocks having unique configurations, including a first configured to limit output flow upon determination of an engine droop, a second configured to limit output flow based on available engine torque, a third configured to limit output pressure upon rapid engine droop detection, and a fourth configured to prioritize and share output flow between the machine functions. The anti-stall blocks provide for complementary and cooperative configuration to prevent a stall from occurring based on responses to the detection and determination of various dynamic and continuous operational variables in real-time or near real-time with operational parameters.
