Hydraulic circuit of construction machine
A hydraulic circuit of a construction machine includes: a first pump line that connects a delivery port of a pump to a pump port of a first direction-switching valve; a second pump line that is branched off from the first pump line and is connected to a pump port of a second direction-switching valve; and a priority valve provided on the second pump line. The priority valve is configured to: fully open the second pump line when a pressure difference between a delivery pressure of the pump and a load pressure of a first actuator is greater than a setting value; and decrease an opening degree of the second pump line in accordance with decrease in the pressure difference when the pressure difference is less than the setting value.
WORK VEHICLE
A work vehicle includes: a hydraulic pump driven by an engine; a hydraulic actuator that is driven by hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic pump; a switching valve configured to switch from one to the other of a first state in which the hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic pump is supplied to a first channel and a second state in which the hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic pump is supplied to a second channel; a restriction operation device configured to generate an operation signal that restricts the drive of the hydraulic actuator; and a controller that controls the switching valve. The controller includes: an operation signal acquisition unit configured to acquire the operation signal; and an instruction output unit configured to output, to the switching valve, a control instruction that restricts the drive of the hydraulic actuator with the engine driving, in response to the operation signal.
WORK MACHINE AND MOTOR GRADER
A work implement lever is supported by a left console for operating a work implement. A steering control lever is supported by a left console behind the work implement lever for operating a steering mechanism. The steering control lever includes an upper surface and a stick located below the upper surface. The upper surface is pivotable with a center of pivot of the stick being the center, and the upper surface has an arc shape as viewed from a direction in which the center of pivot extends.
Cruise Control On A Work Machine
A cruise control system for work machines. The system comprises one or more levers for controlling the velocity of the work machine and one or more magnet assemblies. The magnet assemblies comprise means of overcoming the neutral bias of a control lever so that the velocity of the work machine may be maintained without manual input from the operator. The magnets may act directly upon a control lever or a surface adjacent a control lever. Additional controls may be employed to set a maximum cruising speed for the work machine when cruise control is engaged.
HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
Each of left and right direction switching valves includes: a pump port connected to a pump; a first compensation port connected to an upstream side of a corresponding pressure compensation valve; a second compensation port connected to a downstream side of the corresponding pressure compensation valve; a pair of supply/discharge ports connected to a corresponding travel motor; and a communication port. The communication ports of the left and right direction switching valves are connected by a communication line. When a spool shifts from a neutral position by the travel operation device, the pump port communicates with the first compensation port and the second compensation port communicates with one of the supply/discharge ports and the communication port. Each direction switching valve is configured wherein a degree of communication between the second compensation port and communication port increases in a shifting amount of the spool from the neutral position.
System and method for controlling track slip of a machine
A method, system, and machine for controlling the output of an engine of a machine includes calculating the difference between a measured track slip based on track speed and ground speed and a calculated target track slip depending on track speed and chassis pitch, inputting the difference into a controller to determine a propulsion engine torque limit, and limiting the engine toque to the propulsion engine torque limit plus a steering system input torque.
MACHINE DUMP BODY CONTROL USING OBJECT DETECTION
A mobile work machine includes a frame, a material loading system having a material receiving area configured to receive material and an actuator configured to control the material loading system to move the material receiving area relative to the frame, and a control system configured to receive an indication of a detected object, determine a location of the object relative to the material loading system, and generate a control signal that controls the mobile work machine based on the determined location.
Self-propelled construction machine
In a self-propelled construction machine (1), in particular road milling machine, comprising a machine frame (8), at least three travelling devices (12, 16), wherein at least one of the three travelling devices (12, 16) is realized as a pivotable travelling device (16) so that said travelling device (16) is pivotable about at least one vertical pivoting axis in relation to the machine frame (8) between a first pivoted-in and at least one second pivoted-out position, at least one working device (20), in particular a milling drum, for working the ground pavement (3), at least one hydraulic drive system (70) for driving at least two travelling devices (12, 16), wherein at least one of the at least two driven travelling devices is the pivotable travelling device (16), wherein the hydraulic drive system (70) comprises at least one hydraulic pump (78), it is provided for the following features to be achieved: the hydraulic drive system (70) comprises one each hydraulic variable displacement motor (72) for driving the driven travelling devices (12) with the exception of the at least one pivotable travelling device (16), wherein the hydraulic drive system (70) comprises a hydraulic fixed displacement motor (74) for driving the at least one pivotable travelling device (16).
