Hydrostatically Driven Vehicle with a Secondary Braking or Steering Sypply
The hydraulic braking or steering system of a vehicle driven by a hydraulic motor is provided with a secondary supply of hydraulic pressure in the event of failure of the primary supply to the system. The secondary supply is generated by the hydraulic motor when ground-driven by the momentum of the moving vehicle.
Work vehicle and control method for work vehicle
A work vehicle includes a hydraulic actuator, a hydraulic pump, an operation member, a control valve, an angular velocity corresponding value sensing unit, a notification component, and a controller. The actuator changes a steering angle based on a supplied fluid. The pump supplies fluid to the actuator. The operation member is operated by an operator when the steering angle is changed. The valve controls flow of fluid supplied from the pump to the actuator based on an amount the operation member is operated. The sensing unit senses a corresponding value corresponding to a steering angular velocity changed based on the flow of fluid. The notification component notifies that the corresponding value has reached a threshold value preset based on an upper limit of the steering angular velocity. The controller causes the notification component to perform a notification when it is detected that the corresponding value has reached the threshold value.
Drive motor displacement control
A power machine can include a hydraulic drive system that includes an infinitely variable hydraulic drive motor. A run-time displacement of the hydraulic motor can be adjusted based on commanded travel speed or based on a output torque. In some case, the run-time displacement can be selected from one of a plurality of displacement ranges, such as a high range and a low range.
Excavator track tensioning
Power machines, power sources for power machines, and methods which provide a hydraulic signal from a hydraulic system, through the swivel joint or swivel, to control a tensioning cylinder coupled to the undercarriage without requiring a modification to the swivel. In exemplary embodiments, the same hydraulic signal provided to at least one other hydraulic component on the undercarriage to control another machine function is also provided to control one or more tensioning cylinders. For example, exemplary disclosed embodiments provide the same hydraulic signal to tension a tensioning cylinder as is provided to shift one or more two-speed drive motors. This prevents or reduces the likelihood of de-tracking without requiring a change or redesign of the swivel.
Open center to open center load sense conversion valve and hydraulic systems therewith
An open center (OC)-open center load sense (OCLS) conversion valve and hydraulic circuits therewith configured to control flow from a hydraulic pump to multiple hydraulic functions. The conversion valve includes cartridge, load sense, pump, first function supply, first function return, and downstream ports. When an OC cartridge is inserted in the cartridge port, regardless of load sense, the pump and first function supply ports are connected and the first function return and downstream ports are connected. When an OCLS cartridge is inserted in the cartridge port and load sense is detected, the pump and first function supply ports are connected and the first function return and downstream ports are connected. When an OCLS cartridge is inserted in the cartridge port and load sense is not detected, the pump, first function return and downstream ports are connected.
Work vehicle and control method for work vehicle
A work vehicle includes a hydraulic actuator, a control valve, a pressure sensing unit, a force imparting component, and a controller. The hydraulic actuator varies a steering angle. The control valve controls flow of fluid supplied to the hydraulic actuator. The operation member is configured to be operated by an operator and to control the control valve when varying the steering angle. The pressure sensing unit senses a pressure produced by the hydraulic actuator. The force imparting component imparts an assisting force or a counterforce to operation of the operation member. The controller controls the force imparting component so as to generate resistance to operation of the operation member based on a pressure value sensed by the pressure sensing unit.
WORK VEHICLE
A work vehicle includes a hydraulic actuator that changes an actual steering angle, an actual steering angle detecting part, an operating unit that performs a steering operation, a position adjusting control part that controls the position adjusting part based on the actual steering angle, and a steering control part that controls the hydraulic actuator. The operating unit includes a support part, a rotating part supported rotatably by the support part, an operating part supported rotatably by the support part or the rotating part, a biasing part that biases the operating part to a predetermined position with respect to the rotating part, a position adjusting part that adjusts a rotation angle of the rotating part with respect to the support part, and a rotation angle detecting part configured to detect the rotation angle of the operating part with respect to the support part or the rotating part.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE AS WELL AS A VEHICLE WITH SUCH A HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Hydraulic system (120) for a vehicle comprising a vehicle hydraulic circuit (122) among others for the hydraulic supply of connecting means of an automatic coupling means, wherein the connecting means is designed to connect a coupling means (31) of the vehicle with a correspondingly designed coupling means (32) of an add-on unit and an operating hydraulic circuit (121) for supplying at least one Power-Beyond coupling, wherein the vehicle hydraulic circuit and the operating hydraulic circuit are designed independent of one another and each having a hydraulic pump.
Modular hydraulic valve assembly for work vehicle
A hydraulic valve assembly for a work vehicle includes a fan and brake function module. A first pump supplies hydraulic pressure to a fan circuit and to first and second service brake circuits of the vehicle. A second pump supplies hydraulic pressure to a steering and work function module that in turn supplies hydraulic pressure to a steering circuit and a work function circuit of the vehicle. The hydraulic valve assembly may also include a work control module and an auxiliary module. The modules of the hydraulic valve assembly are separably connected together via interface surfaces.
