A working machine includes an undercarriage supported by first and second ground engaging units powered by first and second drive units, a main frame supported by the undercarriage, a first sensor configured to sense an orientation and relative angular motion of the main frame with respect to the undercarriage, a second sensor configured to sense an orientation and relative angular motion of the main frame in an external reference frame independent of the undercarriage, and a controller functionally linked to the first and second sensors. The controller is configured to receive commands corresponding to an intended movement of the first and second ground engaging units, and generate control signals to the first and second drive units to achieve or maintain the intended movement taking into account a detected orientation of the main frame relative to the undercarriage and a detected orientation of the main frame in the external reference frame.

Pilot neutralizing system

A pilot neutralizing system of a work vehicle may include a pilot neutralizer. The work vehicle may include a first frame portion and a second frame portion. The work vehicle has an actuating assembly used to pivot the first frame portion relative to the second frame portion. The pilot neutralizer is electrically coupled to a controller receiving a signal indicative of an articulation position. The pilot neutralizer is hydraulically coupled between an operator control member and a steering valve to selectively change a pilot signal at the steering valve. The pilot signal is used to switch the steering valve to change a direction of a hydraulic fluid flowing from the steering valve to the actuating assembly. When the articulation position reaches a cushion region during steering, the pilot neutralizer is de-energized or energized by the controller to change the pilot signal at the steering valve to resist the actuating assembly from moving.

MOTOR GRADER BLADE WITH ABILITY TO FOLLOW FRONT TIRES

A blade positioning system for a work machine is disclosed. The system may have a blade control which has a blade position sensor, and the blade control may adjust a blade of the work machine to a fixed position relative to a wheel. The system may also have a steering control that has a wheel position sensor, and the steering control may steer the work machine. The controller may monitor the blade position sensor and the wheel position sensor to determine a present position of the blade and the wheel prior to the repositioning of the wheel, and adjust the blade position as the wheel is repositioned to maintain the fixed position of the blade relative to the wheel.

A work vehicle including: a first link having one end portion supported by a vehicle body so as to be pivotable; a second link having one end portion pivotally coupled to the other end portion of the first link so as to be pivotable, and another end portion that supports a travel wheel; a first hydraulic cylinder capable of changing a swing posture of the first link; and a second hydraulic cylinder capable of changing a swing posture of the second link relative to the first link. The action of the first hydraulic cylinder is controlled such that a swing position of the first link is located at a target position, based on the result of detection performed by a position detection sensor, and the action of the second hydraulic cylinder is controlled such that thrust has a target value, based on the results of detection performed by pressure sensors.

Work vehicle

A work vehicle includes a steering wheel, a steering cylinder, a steering valve, a feed line, a return line, an electromagnetic valve, and a controller. The steering valve is configured to supply hydraulic fluid to the steering cylinder in response to steering of the steering wheel. The feed line is configured to feed the hydraulic fluid from the steering valve to the steering cylinder. The return line is configured to return the hydraulic fluid from the steering cylinder to the steering valve. The electromagnetic valve is disposed between the feed line and the return line. The controller opens the electromagnetic valve in response to an oil pressure in the feed line.

Working vehicle

Provided is a working vehicle capable of increasing lifting operation speed of a working device without increasing cost, even when provided with a circuit configuration that prioritizes a steering operation over a working device operation. A wheel loader 1 comprises a priority valve 451 configured to allow hydraulic oil discharged from a hydraulic pump 41 to flow into a steering drive circuit 43 preferentially over a working device drive circuit 44, and further comprises: an electric steering lever 30; a pair of solenoid control valves 34A, 34B configured to control a steering directional control valve 33; and a controller 5. The controller 5 is configured to control the pair of solenoid control valves 34A, 34B so as to limit operation speed of a steering 3 when determining that an engine 40 is in a low idle state and a lift arm 21 is performing a lifting operation.

A working machine comprises an operation member for operating a hydraulic device via a control valve. An oscillation calculator acquires a specific value corresponding to a feature representing oscillation of the operation member when the feature appears in variation of an control signal output according to an operation amount of the operation member within one of a sequence of predetermined periods, and calculates an evaluation value representing a degree of oscillation of the operation member by adding up the specific value or values obtained within one or more of the predetermined periods. A control signal generator generates a control signal for controlling the control valve based on the operation signal. The control signal generator decreases a value of the control signal per a unit value of the operation signal as the evaluation value gradually increases with the elapse of one or more of the sequence of the predetermined periods.

A work machine, includes steering cylinders that drive a front frame with respect to a rear frame. A directional control valve changes a supply amount of hydraulic fluid to the steering cylinders. A steering wheel operates the directional control valve. A variable capacity pump discharges the hydraulic fluid to the directional control valve. Cylinder stroke sensors are provided for detecting the turning angle of the front frame with respect to the rear frame. A controller reduces the discharge flow rate of the variable capacity pump on the basis of the detection values of the cylinder stroke sensors.
