A working machine includes a machine body, a traveling device provided on the machine body, a traveling motor configured to provide power to the traveling device and to be switched between a first speed and a second speed, a traveling operation member to be operated by an operator, an operation detector to detect an operation extent of the traveling operation member, a traveling pump driven in response to the operation extent to supply operation fluid to the traveling motor, a revolution detector to detect a motor revolving speed, and a controller configured to switch the traveling motor from the second speed to the first speed when the motor revolving speed is equal to or less than a deceleration threshold, and then to switch the traveling motor from the first speed to the second speed when the motor revolving speed is equal to or greater than a return threshold.

A construction machine traveling control system is provided. The construction machine traveling control system includes first and second electric traveling pedals for outputting manipulation values including electric signals in response to the driver's manipulation and thereby operating first and second traveling motors connected thereto, respectively; a traveling pattern input means installed in the driving room so as to enable the driver to input a construction machine traveling pattern; a controller electrically connected to the first and second electric traveling pedals and to the traveling pattern input means; and a hydraulic circuit electrically connected to the controller so as to control the flow rate of operation oil supplied to the first and second traveling motors, as well as the flow of the operation oil, according to the command values delivered from the controller.

A system for proactively controlling rimpull limit of a machine includes a hydraulic system having a lift cylinder to move an implement; a lift cylinder pressure sensor that senses a hydraulic pressure of the lift cylinder and responsively produces a lift cylinder pressure signal; and a controller in operable communication with the power train and the lift cylinder pressure sensor. The controller is configured to receive the lift cylinder pressure signal; determine the rimpull limit based at least in part upon the lift cylinder pressure signal; and adjust the torque of the power train to the rimpull limit.

Provided is an electric work machine that allows an operator to know information on the state of power supply to the motor. The electric work machine includes: a work machine body connectable to a power supply unit; an electric motor mounted on the work machine body and driven by electric power supplied from a power supply unit; a hydraulic pump mounted on the work machine body and driven by an electric motor to discharge hydraulic fluid; a hydraulic actuator mounted on the work machine body and actuated by hydraulic fluid; a motor controller that detects a power supply state which is a state of supply of electric power from the power supply unit to the electric motor; and a notification unit that notifies an operator of information on the detected power supply state.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OF WORKING MACHINE
A hydraulic system of a working machine includes a hydraulic pump to output a hydraulic fluid, at least one proportional valve to deliver the hydraulic fluid to a supply target, a valve body including the proportional valve, a heat-up fluid passage in the valve body and into which the hydraulic fluid flows, a switching valve switchable between an open position in which the hydraulic fluid passing through the heat-up fluid passage is supplied to a hydraulic device and a closed position in which the hydraulic fluid is not supplied thereto and the hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic device is to be returned, a controller to operate the switching and proportional valves, and a return circuit through which the hydraulic fluid flowing into the heat-up fluid passage is returned as a result of at least one of the switching and proportional valves being operated by the controller.
WORK VEHICLE MULTI-SPEED DRIVE ASSEMBLY WITH GUIDED DOG CLUTCH
A drive assembly for a work vehicle includes a drive housing, a drive shaft rotatable about a drive axis, an inner hub rotationally fixed to the drive shaft, and a planetary gear set coupled to the drive shaft and configured to selectively rotate an output element. The drive assembly also includes a clutch arrangement having a clutch ring configured to selectively engage the planetary gear set. The clutch arrangement further includes a guide assembly mounted on the clutch ring and configured to selectively interact with the planetary gear set to effect disengagement of the clutch ring from the planetary gear set. A clutch actuation assembly is configured to effect movement of the clutch arrangement along the drive axis to engage the planetary gear set, and a guide actuation assembly is configured to operate the guide assembly to interact with the planetary gear set.

A wheel loader configured to reduce the traveling distance required for a raise and run operation, and reduce fuel consumption includes: an engine 3; a torque converter 41; a forward and reverse switch 62; a stepping amount sensor 610; an operation amount sensor 73; and a controller 5. The controller 5 determines whether a specific condition for specifying an operation of the lift arm 21 in an upper direction during forward travel of the vehicle body, on the basis of a forward and reverse switching signal, the stepping amount on the accelerator pedal 61, and a pilot pressure Ti pertaining to the lifting operation amount for the lift arm 21. When the specific condition is satisfied, the vehicle speed is limited by reducing the maximum rotational speed of the engine 3 in response to increase in the pilot pressure Ti.
WORK VEHICLE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING WORK VEHICLE
When an inclination angle is greater than or equal to a first threshold, a controller determines a displacement of a hydraulic pump from a command vehicle speed based on second pump data and determines a displacement of a hydraulic motor from the command vehicle speed based on second motor data. The second pump data defines the displacement of the hydraulic pump that is smaller than that of first pump data with respect to the command vehicle speed. The second motor data defines the displacement of the hydraulic motor that is smaller than that of first motor data with respect to the command vehicle speed.
WORK MACHINE
A work machine includes a manipulation device, a surrounding area monitoring device, and a controller. The manipulation device outputs a manipulation signal to operate the work machine. The surrounding area monitoring device serves as a device for detecting whether an object to be recognized is present or not inside a set region that is set in a surrounding area of the work machine. The controller controls the work machine. The controller is capable of switching a setting of an object sensing function between execution and non-execution, the object sensing function being to restrict movement of the work machine when it is detected that the object is present inside the set region. When the manipulation signal is detected in a state where the object sensing function is set at non-execution, the controller switches the setting of the object sensing function to execution.
