Work machine

A hydraulic excavator includes a controller having an actuator control section that executes machine control of operating a work implement in accordance with a predetermined condition in a case in which a work implement is positioned in a deceleration area, and that does not execute machine control in a case in which the work implement is positioned in a non-deceleration area. The controller further includes an operation deciding section that decides operation of the work implement on the basis of an operation amount of an operation device, and a display control section that displays, on a display device, a positional relationship among the work implement, a target surface and a boundary line between the deceleration area and the non-deceleration area. The actuator control section executes machine control while changing the position of the boundary line depending on a result of the decision by the operation deciding section, and the display control section changes the display position of the boundary line on the display device, depending on the result of the decision by the operation deciding section.

Disclosed are power systems, and power machines employing the power systems, having dual in-line pumps configured to supply hydraulic fluid to respective left and right side travel motors of the power machine. In some exemplary embodiments, pump pintle arm controls and a single centering mechanism for the pintle arm controls are provided. The single centering mechanism is configured to center the pintle arms for each of the two pumps. Also in some exemplary embodiments, a mechanical control linkage configuration allows the separate pump pintle arm controls to be positioned on a side of the pump substantially one behind the other. This allows hydraulic connections to the pumps to be placed on top of the pump assembly, improving the routing of hydraulic hoses in the power machine.

RECYCLING SECONDARY RESERVOIR

A recycling secondary reservoir of a hydraulic system is charged with clean fluid from a primary hydraulic circuit. The secondary reservoir maintains clean fluid for use by a backup pump to cycle a hydraulic device. The secondary reservoir recaptures fluid used by the backup pump to maintain clean fluid that can be reused an indefinite number of times.

A hydraulic system for a working machine includes hydraulic actuators actuated with hydraulic fluid delivered from a hydraulic pump, control valves each of which is shiftable among shift positions to control a flowrate of hydraulic fluid flowing to the corresponding hydraulic actuator, a detection fluid passage, an interlocking control valve, and a pressure detection unit. Each control valve includes an input port, an output port, and a flowrate reduction section. One of the control valves includes a flowrate increase section. The interlocking control valve is configured to be shifted in accordance with a shift of the one of the control valves among the shift positions and to be shifted to a blocking position to block a pilot fluid introduced into the interlocking control valve from the detection fluid passage when the one of the control valves is shifted to the increase position.

Hydrostatically driven vehicle with a secondary braking or steering supply

The hydraulic braking or steering system of a vehicle driven by a hydraulic motor is provided with a secondary supply of hydraulic pressure in the event of failure of the primary supply to the system. The secondary supply is generated by the hydraulic motor when ground-driven by the momentum of the moving vehicle.

Provided is a work vehicle capable of satisfying a user's demand to brake performance in a flexible manner. A wheel loader 1 comprises a controller 5 storing a plurality of control characteristics each of which is set such that a brake valve control pressure Pi of a solenoid proportional valve 45 increases as a pedal angle θ of a brake pedal 43 increases, and under the condition where a pedal angle θ is equal to or less than a predetermined pedal angle θ, an increase rate of the brake valve control pressure Pi with respect to the pedal angle θ varies. In a case where the pedal angle θ detected by a potentiometer 33 is equal to or less than the predetermined pedal angle θth, the controller 5, calculates the brake valve control pressure Pi based on the selected one control characteristic.

Prime mover mountable hydraulic tool and related monitoring systems and methods

A hydraulic tool with a protective box assembly including a control circuit and hydraulic pressure sensors is used to operate a prime mover. The control circuit and the hydraulic pressure sensors are used to monitor performance of the hydraulic tool. Systems and methods implemented in a cloud monitor the performance of the hydraulic tool. The systems and methods utilize data collected by the hydraulic pressure sensors, processed by the control circuit, and transmitted via an antenna from the hydraulic tool to the cloud. A first set of systems and methods detect and predict a jam condition in blades associated with the hydraulic tool using statistical analysis of the data. A second set of systems and methods detect faults associated with the hydraulic tool including hydraulic leakage, mechanical wear, and friction.
