A shuttle valve connects a second flowpath and a drain flowpath when the hydraulic pressure in a first flowpath is greater than the hydraulic pressure in the second flowpath. The shuttle valve connects the first flowpath and the drain flowpath when the hydraulic pressure in a second flowpath is greater than the hydraulic pressure in the first flowpath. The ratio between the pressure receiving area of a first pressure section and the pressure receiving area of a second pressure section is the same as the ratio between the pressure receiving area of a first chamber side and the pressure receiving area of a second chamber side of a cylinder rod.

A hydraulic system for a construction machine having a protection device is disclosed, which can limit a flow rate of hydraulic fluid that is discharged from a hydraulic pump in accordance with a hydraulic fluid temperature and notify an operator of information on the hydraulic fluid temperature. The hydraulic system for a construction machine includes a hydraulic actuator operated by hydraulic fluid that is supplied from a hydraulic pump; a control valve installed in a flow path between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic actuator to control a flow rate of the hydraulic fluid that is supplied from the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic actuator; an oil cooler installed in a return flow path from the control valve to an hydraulic fluid tank to cool the hydraulic fluid; a hydraulic fluid temperature sensor detecting in real time a hydraulic fluid temperature of the hydraulic fluid tank; a hydraulic pump regulator controlling a discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump through adjustment of an inclination angle of a swash plate of the hydraulic pump; and a controller comparing the hydraulic fluid temperature detected by the hydraulic fluid temperature sensor with a predetermined hydraulic fluid temperature, and outputting a control signal to the hydraulic pump regulator so as to limit the discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump to or below a predetermined flow rate if the detected hydraulic fluid temperature is equal to or lower than a predetermined lower limit value, or equal to or higher than a predetermined upper limit value.
Hydraulic system
A hydraulic system is provided, the hydraulic system including a hydraulic load defining a first chamber and a second chamber. Additionally, the hydraulic system includes a pressure source, a fluid storage vessel, a load sense line, and a spool valve. The spool valve fluidly connects the fluid storage vessel to one of the first or second chambers and fluidly connects the pressure source to the other of the first or second chambers. A bypass line is also provided defining a flow path between the hydraulic load and the fluid storage vessel that bypasses the spool valve. Fluid flow may encounter less resistance through the bypass line, such that the hydraulic system may run more efficiently and with a reduced risk for cavitation in the hydraulic load.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR WORK MACHINE AND WORK MACHINE
A hydraulic system for a work machine includes a tank to store an operation fluid, a hydraulic device to be operated by the operation fluid, a control valve to control the hydraulic device, a first fluid tube connecting the hydraulic device and the control valve, the first fluid tube being to supply the operation fluid from the control valve to the hydraulic device, a second fluid tube branching from the first fluid tube and connected to the tank, a switch valve provided to the second fluid tube, the switch valve being to control a flow rate of the operation fluid, and an oil cooler provided to the second fluid tube between the switch valve and the tank.
Construction machine
To provide a construction machine that has a hydraulic system mounted thereon in which a closed-circuit pump, and an open-circuit pump and a proportional valve are arranged as a pair, and that makes it possible to use an unused open-circuit pump or proportional valve to accelerate the speed of a single rod hydraulic cylinder when the single rod hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic motor are driven simultaneously. A controller (51) controls a cap-side selector valve (46) and a rod-side selector valve (47) such that a particular open-circuit pump (15) not connected to a single rod hydraulic cylinder (3) is connected to the single rod hydraulic cylinder, and controls an opening area of a particular proportional valve (49) provided on a flow line that connects a delivery port of the particular open-circuit pump to a tank, when the single rod hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic motor (7) are driven simultaneously.
DRIVE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR WORK MACHINE
A drive control system for a work machine includes: a stabilization control calculation unit (60a) that calculates and outputs a gradual stoppage command and an operation speed limitation command; a stoppage characteristic modification unit (210) that includes a speed increasing unit and corrects a pilot pressure such that, upon a stoppage operation of a control lever, a drive actuator is stopped gradually; an operation speed limitation unit (240) that includes a speed reducing unit and corrects the pilot pressure such that an operation speed of the drive actuator is limited; and a speed increase interruption unit (330) that interrupts, when a failure of a speed increasing solenoid proportional valve of the speed increasing unit is detected, supply of the pilot hydraulic fluid to the speed increasing unit.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine includes a prime mover, a traveling device, a traveling motor configured to output power to the traveling device, a speed shifting valve configured to shift an output speed of the traveling motor between a first speed and a second speed faster than the first speed, an actuation valve configured to change a hydraulic pressure applied to the speed shifting valve, a first fluid passage fluidly connected to the speed shifting valve so that hydraulic fluid having the hydraulic pressure to be applied to the speed shifting valve flows through the first fluid passage, a drain fluid passage fluidly connected to the first fluid passage, a brake shiftable between a braking state to brake the traveling motor and a braking releasing state to release the braking, and a controller configured or programmed to control the actuation valve and the brake, and being capable of activate a warm-up mode. The controller, when activating the warm-up mode, is configured or programmed to shift the brake into the braking state, and control the actuation valve so as to make the hydraulic pressure to be applied to the speed shifting valve equal to or greater than a value corresponding to the second speed.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine includes a prime mover, a hydraulic pump driven by power of the prime mover, a cooler including a cooling fan rotated by either the power of the prime mover or hydraulic fluid delivered from the hydraulic pump, and a controller configured or programmed to perform a reduction control for reducing a target fan rotation speed that is a target rotation speed of the cooling fan in response to reduction of an actual prime mover rotation speed that is an actual rotation speed of the prime mover, and to perform, after the reduction control, a restoration control for restoring the target fan rotation speed. The controller is configured or programmed to make a difference between a reduction rate of the target fan rotation speed in the reduction control and an increase rate of the target fan rotation speed in the restoration control.

This invention provides to set plural test patterns in which two or more control valves are picked up from the plural control valves as diagnosis target, and there being installed a malfunction diagnosis means (47) in which the diagnosis of malfunctioned valve is applied to the test patterns as unit, and malfunction valve identification means (48) in which the malfunctioned valves are identified by checking the control valves one another, that control valves are included in the test patterns having been diagnosed whether malfunction exists or not by the malfunction diagnosis means (47).
