Purple Pipe Washing Machine Kit
20170306592 · 2017-10-26 ·

This invention harvests abundant, highly usable washing machine rinse cycle water for irrigation and other uses. This is accomplished using two separate devices working together; it is comprised of a valve assembly (FIG. 2B), for diverting this rinse water to a collector and the collector (10) which improves the quality of the water, then distributes it. By closing a single valve (7) during the rinse cycle, the user is effectively watering the landscaping. The rinse water is regenerated during normal household washing so it is not dependent on rain. It does not use power nor does it depend on filters or storing water. It reduces the amount of city water required as well as reducing the volume of waste water generated.

Graywater separation device

Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a device and method for the filtration of gray water from a household. In some embodiments, the gray water can be filtered using a conical rotor and filtration media, which can provide enhanced filtration through the use of Taylor vorticity filtration. The filtered water can have various uses back in the household after filtration.

Safety device for circulating water utilization system and circulating-water utilization system

A safety device of a recirculating-water utilization system to be constructed in a specific area includes: at least one of a circulating-water monitoring unit configured to monitor a water quality of circulating water purified by a purifying unit, or a treatment-vessel monitoring unit configured to detect abnormality of treatment vessels constituting the purifying unit.

Water disposable system using unwanted water
09739042 · 2017-08-22 · ·

The present invention relates to a water disposable system comprised of a connecting member having first side connected to at least one unwanted water source and one valve to control the flow of an unwanted water. A toilet water tank is connected a second side of the connecting member, wherein the water tank comprises: a strainer in a stand pipe; a two float system, wherein a first float is set at a minimum tank volume water line, and a second float set at maximum tank volume water line. A button is coupled with a second float allowing the intake of the fresh water from the fresh water pipe upon actuation. A transparent window or gauge is positioned on the front wall of the tank for determining the volume of water in the toilet tank.

Clean water conservation tank for a toilet
09732503 · 2017-08-15 ·

A clean water conservation tank for a toilet providing a secondary clean water source to a toilet holding tank from a secondary holding tank mounted to a surface above and in fluid communication therewith. The secondary holding tank includes an outer container having an actuation body therein, a drain, a hollow puncture body attachable to the drain, and a portable internal container, or a substitute container such as a milk jug, removably disposed therein. The internal container has a one-way spring valve controlling the water level therein. Upon the engagement of the actuation body with the spring valve, the spring valve provides selective fluid communication between the internal container and the toilet holding tank. The puncture body, removably disposed within a cap inside the internal container, is used to puncture the substitute container for water flow through the drain and into the toilet holding tank.

Siphon aid for siphoning grey water
09725887 · 2017-08-08 ·

Disclosed herein is a device for facilitating siphoning of greywater (graywater) or gently used water. An adapter is designed to fit onto the end of a hose or tube. The adapter is manually held tightly or attached by friction to a spigot or faucet. The faucet is turned on and running water primes the hose. The adapter is then placed under the surface of a collection of greywater in a sink, tub, clothes washer and the like. Greywater is then allowed to flow to a garden, lawn, cistern or other place where the greywater can be put to use instead of shunting it into a sewer. The device includes a funnel-shaped portion and a threaded portion. The device is made from a pliant material such as a silicone rubber or plastic.
